What a great experience. My fiancé and I could not be happier. Ancaster Jeweller took me through the entire process starting with picking the diamond, designing the ring presenting 3d printed renderings for me to view before casting. They listened to what I was looking for and were super easy to talk with. The ring turned out beautiful and was completed well within the estimated time. I would recommend everyone to come here. While dealing with my poor/rude customer service, I decided to scroll through the reviews. Most of them are the exact reasons you should not take your business here. Brought a watch in for polish/link removal, they try to upcharge by saying "needs full service". I declined and said I just wanted what I had asked for to be done. They then turn rude with attitude and said it doesn't make sense to have what I wanted done and to come pick up my watch. Scammers.....

Knowledgable and friendly staff. My mother's wedding band was completely destroyed and they fixed it like new. They have a great vintage section. I would highly recommend this Jeweller.

Excellent service in shop and on telephone. However I thought more than 4 days to repair the clasp of a Medic Alert bracelet too long - they should be done on the spot or at least take priority, as life depends on them.

I needed a battery replaced for my watch,as well as links removed from the band,and adjustment on closing mechanism.The watch needed a pressure test for 200 meters,and had to be sent out for this service.The watch was ready two weeks earlier than expected. Pricing was fair for work done.I have two other watches that also need batteries, Ancaster Jewellers will see me again.
