They were extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in as early as 8am. I got the booking late and i needed to be working the next morning so this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well, and i got my car washed on site after the dusty rural travel. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Harare.

This hotel was disgusting and the quality does not match the price we paid. As soon as we walked in there were stains, bugs, hair and other filth around the room. The place is really run down yet they charge quite a lot. We managed to switch rooms but were still underwhelmed as there were more bugs and old worn out towels. Fortunately we only booked one night and moved somewhere better the following day. I do not recommend this place.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Deluxe Double room is spacious enough with a small "lounge" in the room. Bed is not up to standard for good hotel even though you can still sleep but I liked the pillows as I prefer them soft. Breakfast was decent English/American One noticeable and very annoying point was no lift in the hotel with 2 floors... Not ideal for people with with walking problems

We booked it for an evening event and dinner. The hotel was good but the interiors could be more professional. The arrangements were very basic. We also hosted a dinner post the event and the food was nice. There were food and drinks coupons for guests. It was hosted in the lawn next to the pool. Overall it was a good one but they can provide better service while booking conference rooms.

The hotel is located in the CBD, easily accessible. Friendly staff, very welcoming. Rooms are ok, clean linen and towels. Some items in the rooms are worn out and need to be replaced. cracked fridge, broken chair, shower head is blocked. Housekeep should improve on cleaning the floors thoroughly. We will try the restaurant next time. Accommodation, maybe if they do some renovations.

I had a nice short stay. Try the steak for dinner, it was amazing. It's located in the CBD though, the parking is cramped and there isn't a lot of outdoor space. The fixtures are more modern than Cresta Lodge since it is the newer hotel.

Cresta Oasis is conveniently located in the Capital city Harare and most notably in the peripherals of the city where the air is much refreshing and cleaner. The service is super awesome and top notch, the food is great and above all the place is nice ...

The lunchtime restaurant is good , you get meal varieties.. though the eating area is small and sometimes gets crammed ..

After checking in to my room, I found the floor dirty (food crumbs, food stains, hair, toothpick) on the floor. The hotel said there were no other rooms to switch me to. So they send a fellow to haphazardly clean. The bed linen was ok, the amenities minimal and noisy from outside. The dinner ( had a steak) was barely average, food for breakfast just average. Very poor value for the money ~100US$ per night. I only give 3 stars for security… otherwise a 2 star at best.

Service is friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit old and not well maintained. My mattress should be replaced and the wifi was not so stable. Suited for budget travelers

Besides the gossiping waiters and g/digging waitress the place is five star keep up the good work

No service at reception. No one at switchboard. House keeping needs serious standards in improving cleanliness. Reception deserted and no one able to help. To get a packed breakfast, had to arm twist the only staff member I bumped to outside....

The rooms were great except for the lighting which was a bit dim conditioned to sleeping. Personally had no problem but colleagues with eye sight problems.

Great place for conferences and meetings. A few amenities are showing age but it's still pretty reasonable. The wifi is pretty fast, and their projectors for use in conferences are awesome. Lots of power points and charging stations.

Mukute Conference Room 2 is not ideal for workshops with more than 25 participants. There is a pillar at the centre of the room and the L shape of the room obstruct workshop participants especially if using an overhead projector. There is need to improve or increase light in the room. Room set up and space needs to be relooked at when a workshop involves many people I.e. more than 25 to 30 people

First time having a meeting here. The conference room we were given was a little small but all amenities were working. It is conveniently located. Parking gets a little full.

I ran a series of classes at Cresta Oasis and I have to say their level of professionalism is refreshing. Well done to the GM and Princillia for your responsiveness and ability to maintain a professional standard. I am looking forward to working with you on my upcoming events.

Felt the drinks are over priced. The band performing was excellent. Toilets could also be cleaner in the cafe. Didn't stay there or eat there so can't comment. Love the artwork of the hotel in general.

Love the upgrade. Service was really friendly and comforting. At the pool area service needs to be more efficient. Ignored enough times.

I enjoyed the stay but only dislike how the staff and security personel discrimate guests just because they are pedestrians and walking in for enquiries seems unfruitful sometimes. Not everyone needs to be dressed formaly to attend a conference or use hotel service. It is annoying to be asked where you are going while you are fully booked for a conference just because you look different does not mean you do not deserve respect.I might be a dressing cassually but on a official bussiness routine.Just imagine how it feels being called by staff to explain where you are going yet you have conference there.Your staff should learn communication skills and respect. No one will just budge in a hotel conference or rest rooms without having bussiness there. They should learn to accept guest of nature without discrimation.Poor or rich we are still humans. The restaurant is awesome i liked it and the staff there are ever smiling and that makes the exprience even awesome.

After my two-day brief stay at a luxurious business hotel in the city last week, I ended up staying at Cresta Oasis and if I must say, this cozy hotel is the 'it' when you want to relax and enjoy flora. My room overlooked a refreshing garden and man-made waterfall. For someone who had been used to Cresta Lodge Msasa, this was a wake-up moment. I loved Cresta Oasis and time permitting, will come back in the near future. While I would definitely want to visit this cozy hotel again soon, my next stop shall be Cresta Jameson and I will come back with more feedback on which of the three Crestas is the best.

Very friendly staff who go out of their way to be of assistance to visitors. Keep it up. Using Google maps directs visitors to a locked gate along Nelson Mandela where unruly thug like men hangout. Not sure how this can be avoided . For foreign guests it will be a nightmare to be directed there

Good hotel considering the paid rate, nice clean room with big window and AC, room only missing small refrigerator, Hotel restaurant also is really good with nice pool seating area, Area around the hotel is not really nice for walking foreigners specially at night, although it’s in good area close to the holiday inn, but the hotel itself is extremely secured and quite

The place is like situated in Mbare as the outside surroundings are dirty filled with vendors and dodgy buildings. The place voted do with African art, and floral flowers to spruce place up

  • 4/5 Lerato J. 1 year ago on Google
Overall great but service for non-guests is pretty bad. Whole different attitude to someone who is not a guest. Takes 4 times as long to get help when not a guest. Perhaps it only happens to me which is unfair.

They make everything so easy. From booking to checking in to checking out. The reception is very elegant. Bright with smiley faces behind the counters and desks. The rooms are quite spacious with all amenities one would need. Room service isn't too far to come assist as well. When I was walking out even the room service people were smiling . I would recommend this place for its affordable price.

Thursday, March 3rd, 2022. Room 328. Small but very cosy room, delicious pork chops, very friendly staff, excellent airport transfers and BEST. Mojito. Ever! However room and complimentary tray were not very clean, the bathroom drain was blocked, television reception was awful, I didn't get all my change back from room service and it was quite noisy on the ground floor. Housekeeping was not responsive.

Cresta Oasis Hotel is located in Harare at the corner of 6th Avenue and Kwame Nkrumah Avenue. The hotel is conveniently located and is easily accessible by car, taxi and even on foot from the Central Business District in Harare. Their rooms are well maintained, fresh and have a modern touch. Their food is also well prepared and their service is better than most. The hotel is definatly a world class standard facility and it has its conveniences in that it provides the required services at an affordable cost.

Service generally fair but management should ensure that occupants in order rooms do not disturb others. Some occupants in second floor were very noisy

Classy and neat. One of the few places that are being kept up to par when it comes to environment, infrastructure and services; both general and customer care. Located in a convenient area for those who want to avoid all the traffic jams and have a quick access into the CBD, well, technically, it is in the CBD. For those who are a bit concerned about their security, worry not because the place has a tight security system from tech surveillance to the security team who are constantly walking around and making sure everything is safe and okay. There are also several security checkpoints before getting to the guest rooms. The only setback in security is when it comes to their packing lot, it is all good and okay but whatever happens to your vehicle when you are in their building, is none of their business, apparently; but rest assured, it will be parked well and they will make sure that another driver does not scratch your car while it is parked. I would suggest that the area around their perimeter be kept well lit though, because one time, when I visited Cresta Oasis for the first time at night, and I didn't know where the entrance was, I walked along their western wall and it was one shady place.

I stayed at Cresta Oasis Hotel for 1 night in the suite. The room was very clean and well presented. The airport transfers were excellent and the staff very professional. I can't fault anything here. At check in l was pleased with service from Ropafadzo. Very pleasant lady and professional. Made me feel welcomed. At airport was picked by James and he was also very pleasant. Many thanks will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you.

Place is clean. Rooms are spacious enough. Food is good. Only issue is the noise made by other guest way after 10pm. Management needs to manage that. Also they need to arrange someone to assist with bags since there's no lift.
