The location has beautiful sites and views. It’s a very nice spot for breaks from the CBD noise and pollution. Their service is not top tier because we wanted to review rooms physically first before booking the night but they didn’t allow that so we just had to book away

Simply beautiful!! The resort is beautiful with some zebras and elands roaming around that add to the aesthetic. It gives visitors a cultural experience and the friendly staff is always there to help. I liked the Manna view , it is a beautiful space to work, catch up with friends or propose. The view there is amazing , quiet and private.

Having zebra all around was just amazing for me. The roam around so close to the lodge. The staff especially Caroline are so respectful and attentive to your needs.

I love everything about this place! Beautiful gardens, conference rooms, animals on the lawn, zebras, waaw! Well located in the heart of Harare, a hidden jam. Very serene environment. The food could be better, though.

One of the beautiful places to visit in Harare. I'd you want some away but to feel at home at the Same time visit Manna Safari. It has marvelous views and and the buildings and just beautiful. One can experience lunch with Zebras. There is a pool accessible to dinners. For corporates, churches and other organisations that may be interested in team building activities then this is your place. There are a number of indigenous trees and a cool breeze seasons the air.

Visited for three nights along with about 10 family members across 5 rooms. We were appalled by the conditions faced in each room considering we paid us$140 per night for the cheapest room. The place looks lovely on the surface but rooms were falling apart, toilet seats dismantled, kettles had bare wires, no fans or Aircon, fridges didn't work, we had to have cold showers despite pointing this out on the first day it was left unresolved. Several people have left with bed bug bites all over their bodies. We stayed in cheaper lodges that far surpassed the standards of this apparently five star rated place. Also they are not a safari safari lodge as stated, there are only a few zebra and nothing else. Poorly managed place...and don't bother buying expensive whisky or spirits here, they are all watered down. What a rip off and disappointing experience. You are lucky we didn't demand a refund, we were too tired to argue.

The place is nice but the services were terrible !! First we paid extra money than the one we had agreed on when we booked. 2ndly we slept the whole night without electricity. No electricity means no water. Before we left we bathed in the bucket πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ....... The people need to improve customer care.

This is a good place where you can have your conferences, workshops and meetings done. They offer quality services and with upgrading very soon they will be a top tier services provider.

Very nice, quiet and well maintained place suitable for any type of event whether corporate or family outing. Beautiful calming sites around. The poor lighting in the conference room(s) could be better though. The food is decent, i give it a 4/5.

Can't wait till this resort is fully functional. It's ideally located and the zebras are so amazing. Beautiful grounds, space and function for days. We had a nice staff lunch. Will be back with family.

Beautiful gardern and friendly workers. Improve on your food, its not value for money. Also as you advertise for special nights highlight what is included not to then inform guests when at the venue.

Good place for workshops and business meetings. The WiFi at the conference rooms however is subject to a number of cuts due to electricity problems. The staff membets are good at their iob ready to assist and at the clients disposal. Overally it is a beautiful venue with wild life (zebras and impalas) moving up and about.

I loved the ambience of the lodge, I have not seen the rooms yet but love the tranquility of the venue and the nature, saw zebra and gazelle. The vegetarian pasta and sandwiches could be improved upon but service was really great πŸ‘

My friend is the neighbor, I've never stayed, but the area is beautiful. It's a bit far from town so prepare to pay a lot for a cab if you want to do anything touristy downtown

Venue was ok. But to be left in the cold for hours until midday because no one checked the gas bottles before hand was not on! AV setup was a disaster

Very beautiful surroundings in natural vegetation, with some wildlife seen grazing close by. Rooms are quite clean and comfortable. Coffee lovers should bring their own coffee as they only serve Ricoffy (chicory mixture). There was only white bread on offer during my 3-day stay. I loved the fresh vegetables served.

Amazing place . The security is top class. The rooms are also excellent. The only down fall was that the pool was dirty during my visit. It’s located in a quite and beautiful neighbourhood. Great staff. Make sure you see the animals around the property.

Literally out of this world. The service is good, if I get another opportunity I would not miss it. Manna brings the wildlife into the city of Harare and nature will you away.

The place is beautiful , staff is great but please do something about your rooms, you can clearly hear each and every single thing happening in the next room , really made the stay uncomfortable.

Lovely place with Zebra and impala roaming around. Calm, peaceful, serene. You have to request them to turn on geyser for hot water. You also have to request them to turn water feature on. The downside is there is no proper view for a sunrise or sunset. Breakfast is also great.

Worst customer service l, they double book rooms, and they are not apologetic at all.

  • 3/5 Michelle G. 2 years ago on Google
Under renovations... Rooms big spacious and clean. Seemed understaffed.... There was no one at the reception when I arrived, few women to clean the whole place... Staff at restaurant overwhelmed by customers... Often had to get tea for my self. Limited food choice... only one type of desert offered and often guests had to wait while cooks made more food as food was finished...

It was a pleasant surprise to see such a beautiful place right at the outskirts of Harare. Scenic environment with beautiful animals the Zebras welcome me or so I thought πŸ€” security is impressive right from the road leading to the Lodge and just as you enter the Lodge. The place is different feels like you are in wilderness yet still in Harare. The buildings are beautiful and unique. Conference facilities amazing and clean air as it's up there πŸ™Œ wasn't a staying guest so can't say much on accommodation but quite teasing πŸ˜€ a great place for a family outing, function or just chilling alone or with that someone special. Check it out

The rooms had no air on and in this sweltering heat its a no no, then the toilets are see-through from the bedroom offering no privacy.Servixe was okayish, the food for lunch was okay we had Christmas lunch and we paid 45$ a head in my opinion the food could have been better for that price. The dinner was better though not worthy the 50$ we paid, one out of 4 meals was a disaster burnt chops. My disappointment was having to be served the same desert as the one on the lunch menu their excuse being the other deserts were finished which wasn't truthful they never was any of the deserts mentioned in the menu. We had a great Trevor Dongo performance both at lunch and at dinner that was a plus πŸ‘πŸΎ
