The earned their 5 stars by hard work: The good - clean nice rooms - quite and private - very good food by the cook (ask for his fancy Mac and Cheese) - beautiful well kept grounds with lots of trees and lots of places to sit - very friendly and helpful service The few things them to work on - Internet did not work in our rooms (important for my work) - for the many wonderful but hard metal chairs, offer cushions for them When I am back in Harare I will definitely stay again.

Good customer service and lovely environment

Whilst I have never slept in the lodge. I live nearby and my sleep is often affected by the hooting and gate banging that goes on there at all hours of the early morning and night. The business needs to invest in gate security for the benefit of its clients and for the neighbourhood as a whole. I wonder how the patrons sleep with all the noise they have from their gate?! Sort it out Ruvimbo Lodge, your business shouldn't be a nuisance for the neighbourhood. As I type someone has been hooting at your gate for the best part of an hour. Some of us are trying to get some sleep!

The place is spotlessly clean,hot water for bathing,they promised breakfast which they never offered though...prices are fair,staff professional and friendly

Funny enough it's actually not bad

It's convenient for an overnight stay. There was hot water and WiFi was working. Parktown shopping centre is nearby. I had a good night's sleep

Competitively price. Clean rooms. Fan or Aircon will be required in the hot season
