The service there wasn’t so bad the food was alright the facility too was alright they have a little kids playing area but due to COVID 19 regulations it was closed and all the staff were wearing masks too and the drive through was just too busy and that solid 3/5! The fried chicken there wasn’t so bad too!

A very convinient channel but cx training needed. Favourite drinks were replaced due to unavailability without asking the customer consent. This is a behemoth of a brand. Ensure staffers are smart and trained continously in customer service. Poor service spoils the appetite.

Great place to grab a quick bite. The food was well done and the waiting time is tolerable. However it does get crowded when there are events at the racecourse causing a bit of a delay in service delivery.

I do not eat this kind of food often but who doesn't like fried chicken and I feel like their service and efficiency keeps improving. Staff are wonderful.

I just received discovered that this drive-through is open open 24 hours and that made me love it even more. Now I have a place for my midnight cravings, yayy!!

No commotion and disturbances. Parking is very accessible. There is drive through for those that don't want to enter the building physically. You can order with Dial a delivery. Creamy Inn is available too.

The speed was ok, though the ordering system was down,I had to talk to someone while they write the order down. Then the walked to submit it

Like any mass market Fast food outlet, it was extremely busy and crowded with very little in the way of covid crowd control. The servers did their best to be cordial but they were overwhelmed. The burger was decent- on a fresh bun which earns them a star just for that but the chips were disappointing as they appeared to be cooked in oil past its prime.

Incredibly salty chicken couldn't eat more than 1 wing after ordering a bucket

The best drive thru so far on all chicken inn outlets. chicken burger and rotisserie chicken remains my favorite. Always serves fresh food 😋 👌 keep it up

I loved the assistance from the sanitisation station ,Good communication skills, waiters so professional and you don't have to wait for longer period for your food to be served to you.

A wide range of food stuffs sold there. The ice cream is not as firm as that at creamy inn though. You have to cross the Pomona Creamy inn to get a good ice cream.

The staff here is really great always bubbly and ready to help move the queues along as much as possible. All chicken Inn options are available via drive through and the process seems generally quicker than traditional instore ordering. Missing one star because of the poor planning around queue route which can get confusing when the queues are long.

Yesterday's service I don't know why i had to give my order to 3 cashier's at different times yooh. The delay was just uncalled for.

So this past week I have visited a few chicken Inn outlets I must say. This Borrowdale Drive through has order and the service is different the guys behind the counter seem happy about what they are doing special mention (Bertha by the till) that alone makes the experience of ordering food amazing. They also have amazing deals last night I ordered a spicy wrap and an extra piece of chicken for just 4.50. The chicken was nice and hot the wrap was to die for. So go ahead and try it out

Had a wonderful experience. Staff were courteous and my kids loved it. We love the chicken wrap + ice cream combo👏👏

One of the better Chicken Inns around. Clean and comfortable. Plus they have a drive thru and children's play area. Still I've noticed a slight drop in standards. Hope this is nipped in the bud.

A busy place but the service was excellent of the 10 minutes for waiting just waited for 5 minutes. In the evening it will be fantastic as the mbingas will be flexing muscles of their machines.

If you are from Zim you know all about Chicken Inn. If not then try the local, most say better, version of KFC

Very unprofessional manager, we recieved milkshakes order 30mins later. He told us to park outside because milkshake machine was broken. Other people received their orders and we didn't get ours on time. Please try cleaning the bathrooms every 5mins especially of weekends.

The drive through staff are very friendly and proffesional. Keep It up.

I bought for $6 but they did not provide a paper back fory tack out. Its so unprofessional of a big outlet
