Very poor customer care from staff. The staff is ill equipped in handling matters as they arise, they could do with a bit of training.

For an outing with friend, its a good spot, with the swimming pool also present it adds spark to the place, however you have to be careful of air bottle missiles since it attracts loads of assorted characters

Poor customer service. We went in with the knowledge of a promotional discount and that suddenly changed when we got there. After we had paid!

It's a nice place ,but they should revisit their check in time. Their wifi was not working and they need to fix their door locks for security reasons.

Rubbish place and very unprofessional,also embarrassing to say the least for a place in Harare Made a reservation for a client from Mutare and he complained about the dirty filthy rooms,used condom's under the bed and they keep the best rooms for ZAOGA congregants The doors don't have keys to lock and showers are small and he said it was a struggle to take a bath For $45 their services don't deserve a star rating at all 🤣😅😂🤣😅

They definitely need to change a few things ,the room had spiders,the beds are so old ,the receptionist not so friendly and helpful and for the price they definitely could do with paint in the rooms and we couldn't even plug the tv cause the plugs were so far

Unprofessional, was double booked and had to find somewhere else last minute. Prices were changed last minute when i wanted to make payment after they had refused to take my deposit so i could secure my booking. Had booked a month in advance. 0/5
