Wonderful trampoline center! Both adults and even the smallest children will like it there. There are many trampolines, slides, a pool with balls, a cable car, an area for parents with very young children. There is a cafe, ice cream stand, coffee and milkshakes. We jumped a lot and enjoyed it!

Such a fun place to get that adrenaline high. It’s better to go with a group of friends or family. Whether you’re 30 or 5 you’ll still have a blast. Definitely plan a visit. Bring a pair of socks, consider wearing open shoes if the weather permits and sit outside for lunch.

This is the largest trampoline park that I know of in Harare. It’s worth the kids (and those young at heart)’s while though an hour goes by so fast! They also have two spots selling food but because of COVID 19 they have stopped serving food and people can bring in their own food. Great ablutions facilities, very clean environment, staff unfortunately are not so friendly as they are all about ensuring people get in and out so I would advise against leaving kids without adult supervision...

I love the aesthetic of the mini restaurant and candy bar. It's great for both children and adults with many different activities.

Excellent place to detox at!😮‍💨 Going with a friend group or family is the best thing to do for yourself you will definitely have a good time. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Do not forget to bring socks. They do sell some though at the counter. 🧦 There are enough trampolines for everyone. Three basketball hoops, climbing wall and an obstacle course that is actually quite hard to complete but fun. 🤣 an hour is more than enough time. 🤞 We had a good time, you deserve to jump your stress away. ™️

I gave them five stars coz it's a five star place. Loads of parking and I love the fact that you have to book to use the place. Very clean place the guys in the place place are super cool. Very friendly we had loads of fun. If you have kids full of energy this is the place to take them. Pricing is on point

My kids had so much fun here! Adults can also jump, but I didn’t. There is kind of an obstacle course to spice things up. Staff was very attentive. There is also a smaller place for kid 5 and under that is pretty swell. Rest rooms are clean, parking space is spacious. They also sell food so you can munch while your little ones hop away. So kids pay $10 and little ones, I’m guessing under 5s, pay $8, for a full hour. You are not allowed to jump without socks, and if you don’t bring any, you buy for $5 a pair. I ended up going to Edgars at the village and got all 3 pairs for $2. Definitely a place to go for some fun

Fun place to spend an hour or so for toddlers and children under 11 or 12. There are different zones with different activities in each zone. There is a good elevated obstacle around the trampolines. There is a height restriction for this. The cost in January 2024 was $10 per child per hour. Snacks available for the children as well as a limited menu.

My 1st time at a trampoline park and I will go back again. After all the stress with work and school my friends and I needed this. We enjoyed every moment and we plan to go back soon

Good place for kids and family to have dunny

My baby’s happy place… calls it his “playground” 🤣. Definitely a place of fun for everyone - young and old! The facility is childproof - though you have to keep an eye out especially at the trampolines - a lot of hyperactive teenagers there. The food is amazing and easy on the pocket. Definitely recommend their cheesy fries with bacon bits. They serve the most tender chicken - literally just falls off the bone. 😋

I don't remember the last time I've had so much fun whilst exercising! At first I was a bit worried that I would be too old for the trampoline park but I soon realised that Jump zim has a way of pulling out your inner child. 1 hr is just the right time to have the full experience of the park and it makes each dollar worth it. Highly recommend for kids as a way to keep them active.

It was lovely i must say. The place was a bit hot but its the time of the year. There were several fans but they didnt really help that much. Overall, it was a great experience.

Super fun place to hold a birthday party! We ordered food in-house and the dishes were big and plenty. Great place to also spend a fun afternoon!

I only give them 3 stars due to the bad attitude of staff. Some of them are friendly but the team overseeing the safety on 1 jan 2023 in the trampoline section seemed disturbed from their phones when kids needed harnesses. I tried to speak to the only male there and he was ignoring me and answering me with his focus on his phone. I will actually never return here again. It's not like they were doing me a favour. My money will serve my kids better elsewhere. Other than that all you need is an hour. The concept is good. Hopefully they will add more fun stuff so they stay relevant. The car guard was very friendly and welcoming and so was the lady manning the payments. I noticed they don't answer people who ask on cost, so I paid $8 per child for an hour. Not to bad considering in cape town we pay slightly more but granted there is also more. The restaurant has decent food for the parents. You will pay typical zim prices.

It's a great place to let off some steam. Safety is an issue though for some of the areas. You jump at your own risk. Also avoid hot days: it's hot under that roof!

The kid in me loooved it and I'd go back again, it's a good place to unwind for playful individuals, it's a great place for kids, the staff understands the assignment, they shows you how to do things and they wowed me with their skills on trampoline, I enjoyed every moment and I left tired 😂, the restrooms are clean, there is food and beverage on site and a seating area, Carry your pair of stockings and go have fun!!

Great place for children. You can enjoy double the fun for less on Tuesday and Thursday.

Everything was fine except for the cleaning lady must be taught about customer service she is very rude. Why should she ask customers to leave their seating because she wants to clean. Yet we were waiting to order food.
