Terrible service workers only speak minimal English, that they don't understand, No hospitality. They only take cash USD and evict guests that are loyal and sourcing cash to pay for they lodge and are rude about it. No shops close and if you come home late no one to open electric gate. Was told by receptionist that she's needs to sleep and can't be woken up. From 6am the workers are loud and inconsiderate about guests, as they shought out they daily gossip. Would not recommend it, order spend a$1 there.

Some professional work still needs to be done. There is room for improvement. There was no hot shower, the room wasn't dirty and wasn't clean either. If other guest houses that charge the same fee are fully booked, you surely can use this one. They have a safe parking Clean Bed Polite receptionist Wifi & TV Work Desk, e.t.c

my friends house is the next door neighbor so Google always thinks i'm here, it's a quiet neighborhood I never really see anybody except gardeners

Location is OK but very far from the shops ,has nice big garden, linen is very clean and bed is comfortable, place is clean but needs dusting and walls needs to be cleaned and fixing of broken sinks, otherwise it's an OK place ,staff is very friendly esp Wendy was very helpful during my stay

Really bad place, 30mn needed to check-in, even if nobody there. They make me paid a higher price than on booking I don't know why, whereas there was not power. Funny. I do not recommend at all

Great people, and the ambience is more on the locale side. The inside rooms are not private at all. The noise that comes from the reception is in your ear all the time. New guest or inquiries, it's noisy. The washroom is super tiny and the echo is too much. The food I got the last night was horrible , maybe it's because it was $3. I don't know but my 2 days there was not the best and not the worst either. So go there with a low expectation but if you just need a place to crush with no activities you may consider this.

It's a very good place for budget traveller's but should improve on hot water availability, food.

Perhaps less noise from the staff members would make the place quieterand more peaceful

Poor customer service. The hostees require you to probe them with questions. The shower wasn't working well.

It’s good but need a lot of cleaning especially the inside rooms.

Quiet environment, clean place, but there is room for improvement & friendly staff, especially a lady called Wendy, she was so helpful, always there to assist. The place is a bit far from the CBD, hence quiet & peaceful. However, you have to drive for a few kilos to get to the nearest shopping complex. They don't have Wi-Fi, so you have to make sure that you have data.

Noisy Staff. Make noise ALL day long no matter how many times you ask them to stop. Rude check in girl as well. Had a horrible time and won't ever be coming back.
