We rented a car from Mufambi. The contacts were smooth and we were picked up from the airport. On the return of the car it was easily coordinated to be picked up and being returned to the airport. That is the simple story, but we can assure you that Loraine really did anything possible to make us comfortable, explaining every detail and last but not least provided a very good Honda SUV, one that is build for the tough roads of Zimbabwe. We can highly recommend using Mufambi for your rentals in Zimbabwe. A car rental with affordable rates!

I don't recommend this company at all. Very untrustworthy and unreliable. I received a quote for a upcoming trip. I contacted them today to shift the rental by one day and am told they will not honour my 3 days rental. Very bad for me as I already booked my flight and other arrangements.

The Serivce from Mufambi Rent a car has been world class. From the first enquiry, getting personalised quotes immediately to receiving the car at the airport and after I had it for 12 days being dropped back off at the airport. Lorraine and Tinashe from Mufambi have gone out of their way to assist me. At first I didn’t understand well how to use the keys and after a short text message Mufambi came out all the way where I was just to explain to me again how to use the keys properly. On return of the car the was no hesitation or debate to return the full deposit. Not like other car hire companies around that are trying to take a chance to keep some of the cash deposit. All in all I couldn’t have found a better car hire company and I can wholeheartedly recommend them to local and international visitors alike. Thank you Mufambi.

Had a business trip to Zim for 3 days. Avis is crazy expensive for a small car and I needed something bigger than a Chevy Spark that could deal with dirt roads and potholes. Mufambi rented us a bakkie at a good price compared to Avis and the entire experience was fantastic. We were met at the airport, our car was a 2012 Isuzu but everything worked, including the aircon. Returning the car was easy and my security deposit was fully refunded - no funny questions or chances taken. This is a local Zim company providing excellent service in a gap in the market. Would recommend them to anyone travelling to Zim and will be using them again. 10/10
