Waited for more then an hour to get food. The manager did not care about the business at all. All the garbage bins were over piling with garbage

This is not a fast food it's something else imagine waiting for one hour and thirty minutes plus and with no hope of working on your order until i had to ask one of the workers to see how far my order was and only to find out it wasn't in there system yet. For real i wasn't really impressed at all with there service however there chicken was tasty. But uuhhmmm.....

This was without a doubt the worst experience in a long time. Waiting 35 minutes for a meal. Bad service from the cashiers, could not get the order right etc.

By far the worst KFC I have ever been to. Fast food with a 35 min wait in what seemed to be average footflow is terrible. Thank you, I'm now that much closer to one day topping myself.

Dirty dirty dirty! All the tables have crumbs or stains. The floor is sticky and sticky. What a pity, as the restaurant has much potential.

Drive was not working(broken card reader). Went inside to get a milkshake, after waiting 15 minutes, someone told me the milkshake machine was also broken. This place is a joke

Serious ? So I paid over 10 euros for about 100g of chicken. The parts, as you can see in the photo, are all torn apart and not even as thick as a finger. Plus a great idea with the reusable cups. I pay and don't get my money back. This is only available via an app by transferring only to a Dutch IBAN. I will never eat there again

Horrible service!!! The worst KFC I ate at. The first time ever that I eat at a KFC and for a kids meal they give a child chicken breast and then refuse to replace it while blaming me that i am to blame because I chose original pieces and apparently that means that they can give you their left overs and you don’t get to argue because I am so dirty that I might have “did something to it” in the second it took me to open the box and discover what I got? Even if it’s a certain branch/country policy, it needs to be clearly published!! And the manager was not serviceable about it at all. Simply didn’t care that my kid can’t eat her meal. And it wouldn’t help ordering a new one, would it? To make things worst, the food tasted stale, old and soaked - no crunch whatsoever.

Way below standards, compared to other KFC's. The location, and the vibe is perhaps the only good thing about this joint. Customer service is a joke: no proper restocking of tissue and straws, cleanliness of the bathrooms is not okay: no soap dispenser, and smelly. Now the biggest complaint: we've repeatedly been given 'economized' or incomplete food: it seems that they scrimp on chicken sizes, and fries. Overall focus is on the big profit. When we go back and confront the preparer about it, we are laughed at. We've made it a habit now to open the package and check at the counter, and count the pieces in front of the whole counter staff. Even if it's missing pieces, they go back and consult their manager about it, and then return with a jokingly substitute for the problem.

Ive been in many KFC I love it but not the one in Harderwijk the Hot wings are more skin then Meat and its made me sick I hope they improve it

the food was cold, after replacing it the next one was cold, the service was very unpleasant and rude. Don't expect sugar in your coffee because there is no milk in it, not to mention milk. I highly do not recommend it, especially the terrible service

Plenty of tasty combo meals under 10 euros. The facilities are modern and spacious, with plenty of indoor and outdoor sitting space. Drive through option available. Nice fast food option.

I am here from last 1 year but now the attitude of staff is too much a there is no vegetarian available no cleaning and very rude behaviour this is not good a fat staff lady talking too much rude and I don't know her name because she refuse to share her name very rude behaviour this time in branch no Cola available only water in machines 😢 not good

After two years I change my mind...its not fast food...its slow food! No people inside and so long you have to wait for your order...this workers are so lazy...

The branch was so good at the beginning but now iway too far from fine ..😵😵 One of the staff don't know abut the offers and the self choosing machine Not that only but give us wrong order and we discovered this after 10 km away but we return and he wanted to give us another sandwich not my order as well 😐😐. Extremely slow service with a hit or a miss quality on the freshness of the food. If you have very little money and a lot of a time this is the place for you.
