This place have soo much varieties of namkeen! Snacks! Cookies! Sweets etc and gifts option also available.. Food is good in taste and not much expensive.. Place is crowed sometimes.. Self service facility but fast service.. So overall good place.. There sweets are really tasty..

The place is usually crowded within peak hours (7 PM to 9 PM IST). The food is delicious and the service is fast. The one thing i didn't liked was untidy washrooms and not-so-friendly staff. This place does have a nice ambience.

No support for senior citizens/ handicapped.. 1. Restaurant is on first floor, no elevator. 2. We were the last to leave the restaurant, this bloody guys shut the main door. When I asked them to open the door for my father, who walks with a stick, and can't walk much. They rudely denied and told to go from back door, which was all slippery and totally shady. 3. They were totally rude, and showed zero support. Ambience: While we were eating, on nearby table ceiling start leaking and got flooded with water. Luckily it didn't happen on our seat. Food: 1. Soya chaap was totally burnt. 2. Amritsari chole kulcha were converted to kulcha with some gravy. 3. No clarity on how to take order. I order at cash counter, thay guy gave order via mike to kitchen. I though that's it we waited for order like half an hour. After half an hour we came to know that we have to give slips on counter as well. I request Gopal's franchise to take against the outlet manager: Kamal and Sandeep. Overall, I highly recommend people to not visit this place.

This spot is very easy to find from main road of Panchkula to Chandigarh, amazing food they serve. Also all the safety measures kept by the staff. Nice place to have Lunch and dinner (only delivery or take away available during the lockdown). The restaurant is situated on first floor but not a wheal chair accessible. Staff behaviour is good. It is mostly crowded place. Chhole Bhature and sweets are damn testy but too expensive.

The food taste is very nice and have a variety of sweets and food. It also have a seating and deliver food via different food apps. Washrooms are not much cleaner. The service is good however during evening it was little bit slow.

Snacks and cakes are very good here at Gopal Sweets. The sweets are also good but are very overpriced as they consider only riches will visit this place and they can sell anything for any cost. No doubt the quality is good, as I have bought many sweets from here. But Still PRICES ARE HIGH. You can decide once you visit this place. Restaurant has a decent sitting arrangement on first floor. Self-service of ordering and taking food from counter seems a hassle; specially when the helping staff is roaming around to serve you water and pickup the used utensils. Have been going there for Cholle Bhature regularly. I like the Cholle Bhature here. Disclaimer - Taste is subjective and varies according to the palate. The preparation is hygienic. The portion size is considerable and the size of one bhatura is substantial. One plate of cholle bhature will contain (not compulsorily all) 1. Two bhature 2. Chickpea (Cholle) curry 3. Masaledar Potato sabzi 4. Masaledar Green Chillies (Mirchi) 5. Onion salad 6. Seasonal pickles like carrot and chilly in vinegar (optional) 7. Pickle, you can get this from the counter (optional) The quantity of cholle is a bit less. Considering the size of bhature, the cholle offered is not so much. Everything tastes decent. If you want a kick of spice, the masaledar mirchi just makes it savoury. While there are other outlets in the city for cholle bhature, Gopal’s is one of the better ones. This is a conventional sweets shop and restaurant offering a multitude of sweets and dishes for takeaway and dine-in. Located in Sec 8 Panchkula, it is a multi-storied shop. The restaurant is on the first floor. It’s a self-service place. Overall the service is nice and the place maintains first-rate cleanliness.

It is mainly a sweet shop and bakery but it has a restaurant as well. First of all the Indian cuisine is unreal tasty. Chole bhature was delicious, specially the pindi chole was lip smacking good, and we've also tried Amritsari Kulcha which was amazing as well, all the Indian food and street food (specially gol gappa) is a must have. What I'll not suggest here is Chinese I had chowmien and it was not very good just okay okay. And this is one of the best places in the area if you want to buy edible gifts for someone, there gifts are beautiful, tasty and they have a vast choice as well. If you visit here, must try chole bhature 10/10.

Customer Experience** Overall experience of mine in terms of assistance and customer service it was very poor they are barely interested who is waiting on the counter and the cashier is also not know what all product is available currently. Manager is missing too on the floor and all the management on the floor is very pathetic. Products review Bought Pineapple cake and the quality it quite good and the cream over cake is fresh too. Other products like sweet and baker products is also very good option to go with Covid Precautions No precautions deliver boy from (Zomato and Swiggy) is roaming in the outlet for the order pickup without any precautions also Sanitisors with security guard is just for show off. Neat and clean Well located in sector Everything from pastry cake bakery sweet snacks desserts and packed dried fruits are available Rabri faluda is awsome So is the pav bhaji Chola bhatura is also gud so as the chat Must visit Dining place and snack place is good Lighting all around Descent support staff They are less bother about the customer who were sitting in front as they dont clean the table soon. The place is located in Sector 8 market with vegetarian options. Chana bhatura is really delicious and mouth watering here. The place is a self service restaurant. You have to get a token and will be called upon by staff to pickup your food to the table. It's crowded on weekends but the seating arrangement is comfortable and spacious.

We had some coffee and assorted pakoras which were fine. Large space on the first floor, or is it mezzanine, which was quite empty on a mid-week evening. The service was quick and efficient.

Had breakfast of poori sabji. The serving was good enough for 2 people. But food was too spicy for breakfast. If they can reduce the spices it will be really good. Service was ok ok. If you love spicy food then this is the place for you.

It's ok place and hygienic, if you want to have snacks. Taste is not that awesome as the name is. Sweets tastes good especially rasmalai was good. Namkeen snacks are not that tasty as they would taste good only when you are served freshly cooked

A shining example of a place which sells on its name but sans food quality. Only onion Kachori tasted okay. Choley were so bland that it did not seem to be for the palate of common Indians. Bhatura's were fairly light on oil and were good for fat conscious people, which actually is good. The rest of the spread on the table was fairly mediocre in food palatability and quality. The silver lining of the food experience was the helpful and very accommodating service staff.....rest being said given an option would rather patronize another outlet than this for meal experience.....

I would say its a fraud restaurant chain, I had ordered 3 paneer naan through swiggy, they charged over 100 for each paneer naan, they had put less than 2 grams of paneer. Avoid this restaurant chain, they are only after looting customers, flying abroad with our money and serve poor food. I have attached a photo as well.

Great outlet with a vast variety of sweets , snacks and delicacies. You can enjoy some of the delicious hot and fresh food in the restaurant located on the first floor. The only reason behind giving 4 stars against the food is, some of the Chinese preparations were not up to the mark. It would be nice if they can just stick to what they are good at.

The food is very nice. The service of staff is excellent, and behavior is very humble. There is a variety of food options. The atmosphere is good. The rates are bit costlier but it's ok as per the quality of the food. I have to wait much to get the table as it's too much rush. The food is served very well. All the standard payment methods are accepted here. It's a very nice experience, I will visit again soon.

Alert customer can get away with cheating.Today on 9.01.2024. I went to buy a gift for my daughter due to upcoming Lohri . When enquired about the cost of gift pack. I was told Rs 1440/- same number of items and quantity. Acting immediately sales person said Sirit costs Rs 194O/-. On checking I found the number of items and quantity was same. But Sticker of Rs 1940/- was pasted on it. On raising the alarm sales person instead of apologising argued to justify the tampered cost by saying the that quantity and number of items are more. When checked . It was found that they had pasted the Sticker of Rs 1940/- instead of 1440/-. There I was saved from being duped of Rs 500/-.
