Stayed
here
for
3
nights
for
business
trip.
Overall
stay
was
good
but
surely
missing
ITC
group
hospitality.
If
your
are
booking
this
hotel
expecting
ITC
group
hospitality
services
like
other
properties
(e.g.
Fortune
hotels)
then
it
would
be
disappointing
to
you.
Surely
it
is
not
4*hotel
as
claimed.
Check
in
staff
was
really
not
interested
to
explain
you
about
property.
This
property
have
2
restaurants,
one
at
6th
floor
and
other
at
4th
floor.
Restaurant
at
6th
floor
was
managed
by
third
party
and
on
4th
floor
restaurant
is
managed
by
hotel.
Also
‘Bisto’
bar
on
5th
floor
not
sure
if
it
was
open
or
not.
This
you
have
to
search
yourself
as
you
will
not
get
any
information
during
check
in.
Also
no
one
will
explain
way
to
your
room
and
you
have
to
manage
your
own
luggage.
The
lift
opens
both
sides
so
it
would
be
difficult
to
find
out
proper
direction
towards
room.
I
went
for
dinner
first
night
at
4th
floor
which
was
hotel
restaurant.
Food
is
too
expensive
and
it
took
almost
more
than
one
hour
to
just
serve
‘veg
soup’
and
plain
‘dal
khichadi’.
Dal
khichadi
cost
you
around
Rs.
600
which
is
terrible.
No
one
will
attend
you
until
you
find
place
to
sit
your
own.
One
person
was
only
attending
phone
calls
and
others
just
keep
running.
Person
talking
on
phone
will
ignore
you
although
you
are
searching
for
assistance.
You
have
to
scan
the
barcode
for
‘Menu’
and
find
out
your
dish.
Nobody
will
assist
you
to
find
out
menu
or
explain
you
about
food
options.
Never
had
dinner
there
after
such
terrible
experience.
However,
during
morning
breakfast
it
was
good
experience.
Lady
was
so
attentive
to
your
needs
and
will
serve
you
promptly
to
get
your
things.
If
I
recollect
correctly
her
name
was
Ms.
Gurvinder.
Room
was
overpriced
as
compare
to
services,
amenities
etc.
Although
it
was
Deluxe
room
there
was
small
partition
in
bathroom
for
shower
which
was
really
not
comfortable.
Room
was
good
but
surprise
to
observe
no
‘Bisleri’
water
bottles
in
room.
There
were
glass
bottles
wrapped
in
plastic
film.
Housekeeping
person
told
me
it
is
RO
water.
But
I
asked
for
Bisleri
water
bottles
and
those
were
provided.
However,
you
need
to
keep
asking
Bisleri
bottles
during
your
stay
as
they
will
not
provide
you
their
own.
Overall
good
stay
but
staff
really
needs
to
be
trained
how
to
welcome
customers,
hospitality
and
explain
about
the
hotel
property/services.
Not
sure
if
I
would
stay
here
again
during
my
next
business
trip
as
there
are
plenty
of
other
hotels
available
with
good
pricing
and
services.
