We organized a family event at ITC Hotel a few months back. The overall experience was really satisfactory. Services, arrangements, location, venue all were very good. Food was sublime i must say. The rooms were very nice too. The view outside provides a great sight of Himachal and Baddi.

One of the finest hotels in the Tri City. We shifted here after an abysmal experience at Holiday Inn Panchkula. The Bella Vista exceeded our expectations. Courteous staff, gorgeous views, really good food. Room service is also prompt and very hospitable. The open deck had some great views. The buffet breakfast was pretty good. The staff will absolutely make your day. Our experience was so much more better because of them. Would highly recommend. Non smoking rooms throughout with dedicated open areas for the indulgent. Also boasts of a bunch of cafes and restaurants/ mall within the same premises. We didn't have time to check them out, but they are related pretty high on Zomato.

It is a verified truth that the place has not only lived up but has actually exceeded our expectations both in terms of quality of product and service offered. This is so obviously visible in staff's welcoming behaviour and warmth towards guests. Being an internationally travelled hotelier myself, i am hard to be pleased but reality is i am more then pleased and i think all credit goes to staff, staff training and will to keep up the standarfs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

A good hotel in Panchkula with easily approachable location. Cabana Rooms and Suite Rooms with swimming pool are the best to stay as they have private entrance to swimming pool from the balcony. For suite rooms, the pool is private and for Cabana Rooms, pool is shared among 2-3 rooms. There is one big swimming pool on the top floor for other guests. Rooms are big and spacious with Jacuzzi in Cabana suits above category. Deluxe rooms are also good, there are premium rooms which are big sized but not private swimming pool attached. Food quality is fine and service is good

Though it's very expensive, i was charged 10k + tax per night. But it was a awful experience. Electric kettle was not working, in bathroom shower was not working and it has a jakuzi, in which after filling water when I turned on the pump it's infused dirts which includes hairs and dirty things. When I shared this with receptionist, a lady, she just reacted like this is normal and asked me to pay. While waiting for cab in lobby near reception two other customers also gave similar kind of feedback but receptionist expression was normal. Heights was when a customer after using toilet near reception came out and shared that no water is there in washroom. Receptionist "male" argued twice that may be customer is not able to turn on the tap and got embarrassed after when he himself went inside and found that the water is not coming. I don't know for what they are charging so high. Please avoid this hotel as many non branded hotels in Chandigarh and Panchkula offers better service even though they are not 4 ⭐.

Amazing stay at Welcomhotel in Chandigarh ! The view from my room was amazing and the service was perfect. I particularly appreciated the breakfast : various choices and tasty food.

Attended pre-wedding functions here. The whole building looks like a horror film set, scratched walls, the chilly chicken served here was as good as boiled leather and stinks as well. Snacks were over cooked and ice cold. Saag chicken, mixed veg, breads were pretty awesome,

Nice location and comfortable rooms! I would suggest to them to modernize the rooms a bit, their brand is big but the rooms are a bit worn out though have all amenities! Best part is their restaurant which offers very good food and courteous staff, though the prices are a bit disproportionate!

We have been checked in for an hour in this hotel. There is no working ac and fan in our room. Called reception at least 5times. They haven't send any maintenance or considered to switch our room. The inconvenience caused to my husband and me on our anniversary is highly disappointing. I will not recommend this property to anyone who wants a stay without any inconveniences. Worst hotel. So disappointed with itc.

For an ITC group hotel, it was quite a disappointment. We booked a Cabana type room (expensive one) for some comfort, and as we have no bath tub at home we were looking forward to a hot bath tub/ jacuzzi that they have. First of all the water was not warm at all. When we wanted to switch on the jacuzzi, the switch didn’t work, you’d have to hold it in all the time. Then the water that came out of the jets was dirty. After this brief and nasty experience we wanted to shower the dirty water off and the shower drainage was clogged, resulting in flooding the whole bathroom. Also the toilet was clogged. On the top of all there was a wedding with very loud music, while when booking we were clear on that we’d come with a 3 month old baby - nobody warned us about the wedding. After calling the management they turned down the music and they shifted us to a room next door (suite) assuring us everything works properly there. After checking the jacuzzi (run the water for 15 min and still cold) we gave up and went sleep. At least the beds were comfortable. Could not use any other facilities because of the whole hassle. So our stay overal was pretty disappointing.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel with my family. Every staff that we met from the time of check in until check out were very courteous and hospitable. Special kudos to Housekeeping staff ( Vishal and Ashish)who took care of the smallest details in the room and also surprised my little one with towel arts and chocolates. I would love to be back to this hotel.

We went there for one of our friend’s birthday party . In total around 25 people were there including spouses . The sitting arrangement was rectangular, very convenient for serving . There were around 5-6 people serving food and beverages. The service was very good . The ambiance was good . I would go again there . Best of Luck to Welcome Hotel

Last night I had dinner at Upstairs and it was a poor experience. First of all, I was served with totally a wrong menu. Snacks were very poor in taste, I can cook 10 times better. Overall poor taste in food, they must change their Chef immediately. Ambience was acceptable. Quite surprised with the poor taste in food, should not happen at an ITC hotel. Won't visit again!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Food was good and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. Came to the Serenade restaurant for dinner with my buddies. Food was good and the behaviour and the service of the staff was excellent.It was my first time visiting Chandigarh and a friend of mine suggested this hotel to make my stay and I was surprised how well the staff was and the way they treated me was amazing. Interesting. I came with my friends for dining in the Serenade Restaurant. The food was good and the Staff of that restaurant was very kind and nice and treated us so well with their Service. Thanks to Mr. Varun and his team and respect to Calvin.

Hey guys !! It’s a fabulous place to stay for all the reasons a traveller needs to make the experience worthwhile. The view of the hills is breathtaking. The rooms spic n span. As are the facilities, food and helpful staff. It’s my forever favourite choice in the city......

Really enjoyed stay during my sister’s wedding, the staff and all coordinators were supremely professional and the hospitality was excellent! The food was delicious, the complimentary breakfast especially had a lot of variety of dishes and was something which your guests will never forget. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Families with kids will definitely enjoy the Cabana rooms which are alongside a very inviting swimming pool perfect for kids and parents. Apart from that there’s a gym and a common bigger pool available to swim for every resident. They arranged DJ and decor services as well for us at reasonable rates. The total costing was well in budget… (we booked about 35 rooms) All banquet halls were adequate. Overall a great choice for organizing parties, weddings or just a family vacation!

Had a very pleasant stay in this property though stayed for one night but had amazing experience and breakfast was awesome. Front desk was very friendly and quick. check out was very fast hardly took less than 3 mins. Definitely will plan next stay here only.

I stayed there for 2 nights with my family and I would like to say first the location is easily accessible . Secondly, Baljit from front office team is very hospitable in terms of dealing. Thirdly, Rooms are spacious and we'll maintained with hygiene and aesthetic upkeep which is very much required these days. Fourth, service was fabulous at the time of breakfast . At last, will definitely come again to stay with this beautiful property.

Everything here is excellent beyond words. The breakfast buffet at SERENADE is one of the best in business. The lavish spread spoils you. Special mention to Gurwinder and her dedicated team of ITC BELLA VISTA to further enhance the buffet. A must visit place :)

They have a weird requirement for PAN or driving license in addition to Adhaar. Have not seen such requirement in any hotel I have stayed in India. Otherwise it's a good hotel albeit ways to go to become a true ITC which is miles ahead in service and hospitality. One thing I sorely missed was welcoming guests with smile. I smiled but alas did not get a smile in return from anyone except the server in restaurant. Definitely not worth 6k that I paid. Only Fantastic thing about this hotel is its location.

This is a very nice hotel. It is also good to eat and drink here, it is also right to stay, pool are also made for bathing in it, it is very nice. It is 5 star hotel. The view from the rooms of this hotel is very nice, mountains are visible from one side and the whole of Panchkula is visible from another side. So nice, beautiful. Party for upstairs club and also marriage functions,also the FO team was very sportive.

Food was excellent. Service was really good.Breakfast buffet was amazing. Rooms are small. With extra bed we dint had the space to move. Bathrooms are old and lacked maintenance. Staff was cordial and made the stay comfortable.

The location and the size of the room was awesome. Personal pool was the best choice that we had during the stay.The food was tasty in breakfast lounge.They provided the best customer service while breakfast time. Overall service and experience was excellent.

Been visiting here since 3 years and every time I arrive, a refreshing environment covers the whole era positively' i highly recommend for all the tourists coming Chandigarh to have there stays locked here. Great deal n value for money as well. Staff is really polite and quite helpful. Thanks once again.

Stayed here for 3 nights for business trip. Overall stay was good but surely missing ITC group hospitality. If your are booking this hotel expecting ITC group hospitality services like other properties (e.g. Fortune hotels) then it would be disappointing to you. Surely it is not 4*hotel as claimed. Check in staff was really not interested to explain you about property. This property have 2 restaurants, one at 6th floor and other at 4th floor. Restaurant at 6th floor was managed by third party and on 4th floor restaurant is managed by hotel. Also ‘Bisto’ bar on 5th floor not sure if it was open or not. This you have to search yourself as you will not get any information during check in. Also no one will explain way to your room and you have to manage your own luggage. The lift opens both sides so it would be difficult to find out proper direction towards room. I went for dinner first night at 4th floor which was hotel restaurant. Food is too expensive and it took almost more than one hour to just serve ‘veg soup’ and plain ‘dal khichadi’. Dal khichadi cost you around Rs. 600 which is terrible. No one will attend you until you find place to sit your own. One person was only attending phone calls and others just keep running. Person talking on phone will ignore you although you are searching for assistance. You have to scan the barcode for ‘Menu’ and find out your dish. Nobody will assist you to find out menu or explain you about food options. Never had dinner there after such terrible experience. However, during morning breakfast it was good experience. Lady was so attentive to your needs and will serve you promptly to get your things. If I recollect correctly her name was Ms. Gurvinder. Room was overpriced as compare to services, amenities etc. Although it was Deluxe room there was small partition in bathroom for shower which was really not comfortable. Room was good but surprise to observe no ‘Bisleri’ water bottles in room. There were glass bottles wrapped in plastic film. Housekeeping person told me it is RO water. But I asked for Bisleri water bottles and those were provided. However, you need to keep asking Bisleri bottles during your stay as they will not provide you their own. Overall good stay but staff really needs to be trained how to welcome customers, hospitality and explain about the hotel property/services. Not sure if I would stay here again during my next business trip as there are plenty of other hotels available with good pricing and services.

Went to the restaurant to celebrate my Wife’s Bday. Disappointed with food w.r.t being overpriced. 1) A 400 rs beer pint was not even mildly cold. 2) Non veg appetizer was not upto the mark Overall 2.5/5 on food experience for us!

It was a nice experience. Their rooms and service are pretty decent and so is the food. Enjoyed their restaurant on the 4th floor, which also offers a buffet. Would not recommend Italian here tho, especially pizzas, as they aren't the best. The pool upstairs on the top floor is quite pleasing. All in all, it was a good experience.

Beautiful view from room and delicious food. Subhash at welcome cafe provided exceptional Customer service. Definitely staying here next time visiting panchkula.

The food was great. Excellent breakfast buffet - not too wide a selection but very very good. The room however left a little bit to be desired - the couch and the dustbin could have been cleaner. But overall a good stay.

I really liked the food menu, taste and variety. Even the restaurant staff is very proactive. I would like to mention about this girl 'Gurvinder' at the restaurant who has a care attitude while serving us buffet. She insists to experience varieties like you are a guest at her home while maintaining the discipline, communication a gesture like a 5-star staff.

Not an ITC standard hotel. At best this hotel is slightly better than Oyo. In no ways this follows any of the ITC standards. The bathroom was dirty and the room quality seemed like it was a local hotel with no brand experience. The reception experience is also very unwelcoming. Don’t even try to go to the spa.

We visited the upstairs club inside the hotel. Rates are of a five star (of course). Food is good. Service is wonderful. Perfect place for a date. Live music is played. Recommended

Excellent ambience and friendly vibes with comfortable environment. Our room had nice view and the staff were really really polite. The room, food and staying experience all were luxurious and felt worthy. Would definitely recommend to stay at this hotel.

The premises and the venue for the wedding is great and a perfect fit for all type of functions. MR ROHIT RANA and his whole team are dedicated to their work and made our event successful. They are the best service providers in the Panchkula Property. Kudos to them. The restaurant manager AJAY and the the restaurant staff GURVINDER are great and manages everything very well and are very good in their respective work. Everyone is soft spoken and well trained. ✨✨
