Have been to cove many times but the last experience was very bad. The recent makeover in Cove terrace restaurant has introduced loud music. The speakers are placed right in the beginning of the restaurant above/near the smaller tables. The volume is kept high to make it audible to far away tables. Despite requesting that sound should be lowered, we were told we have to adjust with it. Unbelievable attitude. May never visit Cove again.

One of our favorite dine in place. It has two restaurants but it's Puzzles restaurant that is on the roof top has the best view. There is an open air swimming pool also. The quality of food is great and service is quick. The restaurant offers you the facility for reserving your table as well. I would definitely love to visit again.

Best location to go with your family and friends to dinner. I had my most beautiful time over there. Plus it is a great place for photos and make memories with your loved ones. Food has a lot of variety and was so yummy. Amazing presentation and decorations. It is worth going over there.

We went for a dinner and opted for the buffet option. Was a ok place. The food was not at all hot... Even I asked the manager to give me the food from kitchen. Over all the staff is polite and well groomed. But they should look more into the service side and make user experience more worthy.

The staff was welcoming and attentive. Spacious rooms having Large bed and comfortable for sleeping. The staff is helpful. The receptionist staff is friendly, fast and oblizing. The food is delicious and quality.

Food served in banquet is really awesome . Everyone loves to not only taste the quality food in Panchkula in good ambience but the hospitality of service given by the team headed by Captain Ravinder Bhatia is really awesome and unforgettable. Keep it up !

Location: In Sector 5, Panchkula, not difficult to locate. We visited their restaurant ‘Puzzles’ at 3rd floor. Parking: The hotel’s own parking space is not enough, however, you can park in open parking spaces of the market around. Alcohol: They had only limited items from the Menu. Cocktail I tried was decent not great and with too much ice, too thin glass. Food: Food was tasty, service size was average to good. Service: Good, nothing to complain of Hotel Ambience: Overall neat and clean, toilets were well maintained and clean and nice decor set up for a wedding function. Would have been much convenient to have 2 lifts instead of just One.

It seemed to be decent place by reviews it had but the actual scenario was quite opposite. The open air restaurant seems to have been converted into a discotheque by installing the loudest music near the ears of the guests. I mean if I wanted to go to a pub or bar, I would have gone to other places which are by name of pub or bar not some covert restaurant running bar type ambience. Music is so loud that you fail to hear even your own thoughts, leave alone listening to the people whom you have been with. If you want to spend quality time with good service, this is jot the place to be. This place has tried to be cheap copy of uptown restaurants of Delhi but failed miserably in that process. Moreover, the staff asks you to adjust to the way it has been built. If you want to have dinner, it's not a place to be...if you want to get drunk, again this is not the place to be.

Excellent food, service and ambience.

I go to cove for the roof top restaurant called puzzles. I have been here many times on team parties and family gathering and everybody along with me just loves the place. Needless to mention ambience and food is amazing. Only problem is people smoking and no restriction on them as it is open area. Request to management is to make this no smoking place and keep smoking zone separately.

Nice place to organize party here. I went there for New year Celebration. The party was organized really well. We had so much fun there.

Cannot thank enough to the cove members for an amazing hospitality to the food quality, service, decoration and everything was just perfect. Everyone Loved every bit of it. Just made my Ring ceremony day a lot happier by their service. Will definitely recommend everyone to consider it. :)

I visit this place from last 5 years. But now the quality of food is zero. Very low quality food in buffet in restaurant. Please don't visit . And over priced food. No worth. They only promote their roof top. Restaurant quality is zero. Big zero.

I visited Cove with family on my birthday recently. Starting with the ambience from entrance going to the roof top was just superb. The staff was very courteous. Food quality and portion size was good enough. The roof top was almost packed but service was again high-speed. Special thanks to Mr.Jai and concerned person at roof top Rakesh. After renovation we visited for the first time it was just amazing. The ambiance, food quality , service by the staff evry thing was very good. Special thanks to thier chef MR PRAVEEN. He made all the arrangements for us😊

Shocked to see service at The COVE - Masala Grill 1) Snacks were Ok although options are very less on Grill.. 2) Snacks on Grill are very limited- Just Two - Pineapple - Paneer - That's too you can Grill yourself.. It's pretty grilled and they don't provide your sausage to apply on them while grilling When I asked for the sausage - chilli, vinegar and soya sauce with marinating Brush - They simply refused to provide that and mentioned that it's pre-grilled. So seams like they are fooling on the name of grill. They should change the Name to Cove- The MASALA FOOD not GRILL as they are not providing Grilling service. 3) But the staff is a bit rude and asks you to eat everything before 3p.m as it's closing time. . We called them before arrival at 2pm to confirm if the restaurant is Open or Not. They confirmed buffet is open but didn't mentioned the closing timings and start serving snacks at around 2.20pm. Then after few mins on person from the serving staff came to us and said please take the food as well.. We will close the food area at 3 PM. They don't know how to handle the customers.. Poor service.. They don't ask you before taking away the Grills box. Now this is the whole experience about our visit.. If you had the same experience. Please let me know as well.. Not recommend to anyone who wants to have a LIVE GRILL food experience..

Stayed in February 2023 and was enjoyable enough. Great food in the restaurant so props for that. Didn't like the unrequested 8am breakfast call, especially after a long flight and car journey to get to the hotel.

We celebrated first b day of our son in The Cove. The food was excellent and the staff were very compassionate and humble in serving the food and taking care of the guests. In addition, they have ample and free parking in front of the palace. I am highly thankful to Anuj Kumar who was coordinating the party with us and managed the rest of the staff in a very efficient manner.

I had a great time here. The food is fabulous and the staff here is very kind and helpful ❤️ Great place to celebrate your special day. ❤️

The food is decent. The music is unreasonably loud and the manager ridigly refuses to lower the volume to a bearable level. Mr. Rakesh's excuse is that people on neighbouring tables must not hear the conversations of each other. Unbelievable logic and this is the second time it's happening. Absolutely our last visit to Cove. It's better to goto a loud pub and not be able to speak to your friends rather than come to Cove.

We celebrated our daughter's first birthday in The Cove. The banquet hall was very beautiful and the food was delicious. Mr. Manish was very polite and accommodating. We had amazing birthday bash over there.

One of the best hospitality we have experienced. Made our most prestigious guests stay here always. This time again it was a fantastic experience. The property is extremely hygienic, and beautiful. The location is great and super convinient. Always recommended highly.

We attended a ring ceremony last evening at 6pm (1)the service was very poor, (2)the captain in yellow shirt was very rude and not atall cooperative..as we asked for coffee 3-4 times but he ignored us… (3)starters snacks were not hot atall… (4) not worth the amount they charged (5) it was a very bad experience

I have been to cove several times. It’s one of the best places to eat in Panchkula. Pizza & cocktails were really amazing. Ambience & music was also good. Overall it was a good experience. I would totally recommend this place

Excellent service and hospitality. Very nice ambience of basement hall. The interiors of the hall are very good, there is very less need of decoration. I had previously done two functions in the hotel, last one was a retirement party on 16th October,2021 which was a great experience and now I have booked the hall for my marriage on 30th November, 2021. Also Mr. Manish Sharma, General Manager is very cooperative and pro active. There were no issues in service and everything was smoothly managed in the functions.

We hosted a family get together in the halls 3,4,5. We were very pleased with the set up and decor. They had a great DJ and an amazing staff that made our celebration special and memorable. The food was very delicious as well! We highly recommend this place. We will be definitely hosting another event here in the future.

It was a family celebration and everything was better than expected. The staff goes out of their way to make us feel welcome, serving us hot snacks and drinks. The banquet Hall was clean and spacious. Highly recommend it for any event.

We had our daughter's first birthday party and the management was very cooperative and experienced in handling our event. Also, our menu was without onion and garlic but still the taste of food was amazing. Most people couldn't even make out the difference. Definitely recommend it.

We tried the puzzles rooftop restaurant for a family dinner in early March 2022 and chose to sit in one of their huts. The ambience, service, music and venue were fantastic. The menu is elaborate and food is delectable. The prices are reasonable and staff are professional. The place is starting to show its age with fading paint, some lights being non functional, dirt on surfaces but this can all be mended. It does get crowded on Saturday evening so reserve a spot prior to coming. The menu too could use some simplification. Parking is ample and location is in the heart of panchkula. Do give them a try!

Reason of 2 star is service, food was good. But service was next level worst. Main course will be given when you are in middle of your snacks. Plates of main course will never be served because they don't bothered if you are there. Reason what I felt is because I went in head count 2 with my wife and there focus is to make group personal happy.

Always so lovely to be at their rooftop restaurant, vibrant and chilled place in Panchkula, the misters being such relief from the hot days , food is awesome but they need to work on their Chinese cuisine…. DJ plays nice catchy numbers but always very loud . Staff is friendly …. Their buffet in the ground level is too good too

I booked 1st floor hall for my lifetime event. Very nice experience of having a function here, great staff with very well coordination, well managed. Crew is damn awesome, they helped us throughout our function. Thanks a lot, I'd recommend this for any kind of party and function.

My stay at The Cove has been superb. I am falling short of words for compliments. The service is great , the food is very delicious. The best part is having dinner at the roof top with beautiful ambience. Loves this place and would surely recommend to others as well.

It was a small family celebration and mostly everything was great. The staff was cordial and sure made us feel welcome. Everything was clean as well. Having said that, there are two things that I/my family absolutely disliked: 1. Our function was supposed to end at 4PM and we had multiple quick power cuts around 3.45-3.50. I would've considered it as coincidence if they haven't been pushing us ALL THE TIME to finish as soon as possible. The next function was around ~6PM so it was super irritating on how kept rushing us every 15 minutes. 2. Also they make sure you give review in front of them and take screenshot. I originally gave 5 stars because what else are you supposed to do when someone is breathing down your neck asking for review.

The event management, food services, staff management etc as well as hospitality from Mr. Anuj and his staff was commendable on our function hosted at The Cove Hotel. We thoroughly emjoyed our celebration without any delay.

We had earlier tried to do a function at this hotel but due to shortage of space during Covid19 hay days, we didn't get any slot & hence shifted to a 5* near Zirakhpur. My younger brother had arranged a function earlier for his 25th marriage anniversary & I had fallen fancy of their cleanliness & good snacks as well as food. Fortunately, my brother recently arranged another reception fuction after marriage ceremony of his son and I was again highly impressed with everything overall - sna ks, food,stsy arrangement. I would love to have some function here, some day.
