Dr. Stephen Thomas….. there’s not even enough words in the English dictionary to describe my respect for this doctor. He’s so knowledgeable, informative, he actually listens to you. He’s not one to rush you, he’s never in a hurry. He makes you feel like your time to come and see him is valuable. My entire family sees this doctor. He’s simply the best!!

Dr. Stocks is an amazing physician. She was great in diagnosing and treating me. I was afraid to have surgery, but it was the best decision and I made a full recovery. She has great bedside manners, honest, and knowledgeable. She listens to you. Overall, great doctor.

The pain management Dr. Nguyen is incredible. I trust him with my health more than any doctor I’ve ever had. He is kind and patient, always willing to listen to any and all questions with compassion. He is empathetic when he speaks to patients, and I feel truly cared for when I see Dr. Nguyen. I even felt better simply after speaking with him than when I went into the appointment. Amazing care, amazing experience, amazing doctor.

This is a great place: great location, clean and nice environment. I visited twice for baby's issue - one for him got cold, another for regular vaccination. The Doctor and nurses are Very Very nice, patient, professional, knowledgeable. The front desk receptionists are all time nice and patient, welcoming . Their waiting lobby is not crowded and clean all the time. Especially this location has a nearby pond, is direct opposite to Northgate forest neighborhood Gulf community, the environment surrounding is tranquil clean and relax. Like this place. will visit again and keep the doctor in our primary care team.

Dr. Thomas listens when I see him for my medical problems. I feel very comfortable talking to him and he takes his time and asks me questions about my feelings. He has been my primary Doctor since I joined Kelsey. I have not been disappointed. He returns calls and sends messages when I have questions. He is the best!

Dr. Kuhl is the absolute best! She takes her time to explain your progress, and what you can do to achieve the best future results. She remembers me and makes me feel that she genuinely cares about me and my health. I feel comfortable enough to talk with her about anything. She is the epitome of professionalism at its best.

Dr Sam is absolutely wonderful!!. Been seeing him for the last 3 or 4 years and can honestly say he has been consistent in his bedside manner,which is wonderful, listens to his patients, and actively engage in a discussion concerning any treatment plans or recommendations. It doesn't just spew directives . Very mild mannered and soft-spoken man who cares for his patients

The cancer team here is absolutely amazing! I have never had any issue or negative feedback. My oncologist, Dr. Sun is very engaged with me and I don't feel like just another patient. She has treated me with respect and kindness since day one and answers all my questions. The nurses and other staff at the infusion center are just amazing! I actually enjoy coming here to get my treatment. Don't get me wrong, chemo is nothing to enjoy but they make my time here enjoyable as best they can.

Every time I come there it’s not going home to a wonderful family. Dr. Wynn, Sylvia Daisy makes you feel at ease in at home.

If I could provide a 0 as a star result, I wouldn’t hesitate. I would never ever recommend anyone here to this location. The nurses and staff are very unprofessional and make assumptions based off race and personal discretion. I can say this because I I’ve heard staff and nurses discussing how “she’s just not trying to pay her copay” when technically all that was getting done was a regular check up with insurance and whatever copay (if any). How rude and inconsiderate to make someone wait just because its “a regular checkup.” Highly unprofessional for nurses to discuss this out in the open. Kindly would wait for my regular doctor opening next time before stepping foot into the spring location. I will make sure to inform family and friends to never go here for service.

I made my husband an appointment back in April he went in last Thursday June 23rd the nice lady in the front stated that the doctor had called in sick and that they would reschedule his appointment for today 06/30/2022. Now this new lady in the front is saying you have to wait until we verify his insurance why wasn't this already done prior to him showing up to his appointment or in between those 3 months he was waiting for an appointment. This is for the dermatology department Dr. Betty Markham's staff. This is extremely messy. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!

I had an appointment scheduled for 9/12/22 at this location which was canceled, but I didn’t receive any notice. I had medication coming from Accredo for this procedure which hadn’t arrived yet. I spoke with my doctors nurse, Melissa and my insurance company via conference call to sort out the details of my medication and steps to taken to ensure my appointment and the medication. All parties were in agreement. Something told me to verify my appointment that Monday morning while getting dressed. To my surprise, my appointment was canceled. I called the clinic to speak with nurse Melissa. She was absent, and she didn’t leave any notes so no one knew what to do next nor what she did, if anything on my behalf. I won’t be returning to this location because this experience was very unprofessional and unethical to me.

Dr. Won had thoroughly listened then explained what I thought to be a medical problem yet not. I m content that by reviewing further of my past test orders from different medical area and referred a new colonoscopy, Dr. Won had given me a push to a must do list of years long set back due to discomfort procedure. I was avoiding to seek out another potential cancer after the first one in 2018. I Thank Dr. Won. for your medical profession with heart getting me to the next step of journey or there may be no other journey if I stop it now. I also Thank Kelsey Seybol Clinic for getting me through my first cancer under all excellent Doctors and Nurses.

I always received good care at Kelsey-Seybold. At this appointment I met with the doctor’s PA. Christopher Hayes listened and addresses may concerns. He recommended a treatment and followed through with the treatment.

My experience here at this Kelsey has been extremely pleasant from the front to the back.never have l experienced negative everyone speaks thru their smile and talks with their hearts. I so love my Kelsey and would always tell friends about this Kelsey. Kudos to you all.

Dr. Fernandez-pediatrics Her care for my son was excellent. Great listener, patient, and above all very caring. Took time to explain treatment for my son, was very knowledgeable and had a great manner. I highly recommend Dr. care. Very satisfied and amazing service.

I love going to Kelsey with all of my medical needs. When my family and I moved here 7 years ago, this was the first place we all came to and I'm glad we did. Been going ever since. We had a good experience from day one and it kept us going back. What a great group of nurses and physicians. Really, all staff members.

Terrible service. I came for the TB test. I had the TB skin test positive. (But I got the TB vaccine when I was a child so the skin test always shows positive.) Therefore I need to do the X-ray and the TB blood test. In stead of ordering the TB blood test (Quantiferon-TB gold plus), the doctor ordered the regular blood test (CBC with Differential). When I asked, he then ordered the TB blood test for me. I had to pay for the 2 lab tests (blood tests), both the wrong and right orders. I was not happy at all but I paid anyway. Then 1 month later, they said I owed $110 for the phone call I received from a doctor I don’t even know and never talked to before. They said my doctor referred to that doctor regarding the positive TB test and they called me about that. I did not receive any call or message from that doctor. I know the test results thru the app. Now I called the people there to ask about my bill, the lady couldnot give me a clear answer, she just said it was for a phone call from the doctor I don't know. and tell me to call my insurance. If this clinic were not in network with my insurance, I would never use their service ever again.

PA Jade Piper is an asset to this clinic Her compassionate care that she has shown to me is appreciated. She understood my concerns and offered reasonable knowledgeable solutions to my questions. I am very pleased that what she said was going to happen did happen and the result she expected was the result I wanted as well I am very pleased with PA Jade Piper Dr Pan is also a caring Dr who acknowledge me when I passed him in the hallway, unlike others that Ive seen before them The nurses and staff treated me with dignity and respect. Went out of their way at least in my mind to answer my questions about my care and did what they said they would do in a timely matter. Nurse Dana Cruz especially helped me. She knew how worried I was and did everything she could to reassure me that I was taken care of. Thanks Nurse Cruz

Kelsey Seybold providers are exceptional with mostly great doctors. The insurance company I dealt with ten years ago cancelled Kelsey but another insurance was provided about six years ago and Kelsey was again provided. During that time without Kelsey I had to search for doctors which is a hard process. All doctor's at Kelsey can review Lab work, x-rays and other doctors comments on my care.

Dr. Nathanni listens first and then explains everything so that I understand the issues. He makes sure I know what is needed and why it is needed. He is an excellent doctor! He has been my doctor for about 12 years, and I have enjoyed knowing that he will always take care of whatever I need.

I love my doctor at Kelsey. In 73 years, I have had two docs I liked and he is one of the two. If he ever leaves, I'll be lost. He's the greatest ever. I am not sharing his name because it's already hard to get an appt with him!!

Kelsey-Seybold is wonderful for Medicare patients. They offer comprehensive quality care with a spectrum of specialties and with an emphasis on prevention. Wait times are almost never long. Everyone from staff to administration is pleasant. Financially, it's compelling. Drug costs are almost always better than Prescription D plans.

My overall experience when I go to the clinic is always a friendly and caring atmosphere. Dr. Nurridan is personable, knowledgeable and thorough. I have had her as my PC physician for 12 years and have recommended to my friends who are new members of Kelsey Seibold to consider having Dr. Nurridan as their PC physician.

. She has been my primary doctor for over 20 years and I am able to talk to her about any of my health issues and always get the cure needed. Always available when needed! So happy she is with kelsey!

Dr. Nuruddin is an excellent medical professional. I love that she listens to me and responds to my concerns regardless of how trivial it may seem. She is thorough in the assessments, diagnoses and shares the information she gleans from the data in a cogent manner. Dr. Nuruddin is friendly, warm, welcoming and presents herself in such a way that relaxes me. I can receive both good and unwelcome news without falling apart, but rather strive towards becoming healthier!

A very caring physician. On time, thoroughly explains any test results, and answers any questions I may have in an easy to understand way. Thorough in going over my records and with current exam of the day. Highly recommend choosing Dr. Ferguson as your Cardiologist.
