Dr. Yakoob is my PCP, and even though I give her a hard time about scheduling regular appointments, she is still thorough, and patient with me, when I do come. She encourages me and we always laugh about something!! Makes me feel at ease. With my breast cancer diagnosis, she assured me that she would be beside me every step of the way, even though it wasn't her area of expertise. Love her, love her, love her!!

I can tell Dr. Muhammad really cares about his patients' well-being. I can contact him via the My Kelsey App, when I have questions or concerns, and he responds in a timely manner. He ensures he addresses all my concerns, whether I inquire via the App or in person. He is proactive in treating my Hashimoto's condition, ordering test when necessary.

I purchased an inhaler from the the pharmacy inside and it hasn’t worked since I bought it and I went back up there as soon as I noticed it wasn’t working less than 24hours and was told I couldn’t get a refund exchange or anything even tho they sold me a product that did not work. inhalers are not cheap and I was very disappointed that I was not Heard out or helped I don’t know if it is because I am young or by racial but when my mother went there they had no problem helping her. I am a very well spoken Individual and have never been treated like this I am very disappointed at this pharmacy and will be going back to cvs. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY TO ANYONE.

Dr. Yakoob is very detail, she let you know what the problem is and explain the measures needed to resolve the problem and what happens if you don't. She followup with her patients to make sure they are getting labs and exams in a timely manner. The most important thing is she LISTEN TO YOU!

At the time I visited Kelsey-Seybold, I had insurance. It was not great insurance, but I had something. It was a high deductible plan which, as I understand it doesn't really pay anything, but negotiates discounts. I initially chose a doctor at Kelsey-Seybold because most other doctors that accepted my insurance were booked for months. My initial visit was fully covered. I had a really hard time getting anyone to tell how much anything was going to cost, which discouraged me from seeing the doctor or doing any of the tests he requested. After a subsequent health scare, I decided to go back and see the doctor. I did a virtual visit which was surprisingly frustrating. I was asked to be 15 minutes early to the virtual visit for some reason, and then the doctor was about 30 minutes late. We talked for 5-10 minutes. The bill for this was $269.14. Doctors on Demand without insurance costs $75. Most providers offer free virtual visits since they take very little effort on the doctor's part. In addition, I was charged another $129.19 for something which I had already paid for, but Kelsey-Seybold decided I needed to pay more. I can’t even remember what it was for and their patient portal won’t tell me. My doctor had ordered a test for me, but I was reluctant to do it because the prices at this place are so crazy. A few weeks later, after increasing concern about my health, I decided to ask about the test. I was told the test would cost $129.19. I was extra diligent about asking about the cost because of the outrageous virtual visit cost and being charged extra after the fact for whatever the other thing was. After the test, I was anxious to get my results which the doctor did not immediately evaluate. The doctor had also asked for a follow-up with me, and although I knew it would be expensive, I thought it would be worthwhile to get my results in a timely manner. I made the appointment and I was told this in person visit would cost $189.66! This is WITH insurance. I reluctantly bit the bullet because I really wanted to get my test results as fast as possible. A few weeks later, Kelsey-Seybold emailed me stating that I owe them even more money. After the visit, after being told I would pay $189.66, Kelsey-Seybold decided I should pay yet more and billed $387 for a 10-15 visit with the doctor, leaving me with a $79.48 balance. They claim my insurance "covered" $117.86, but what that really means is the insurance was able to secure a discount. So basically they decided initially to give me a $197 discount and then later decided not to. They also decided I owed more than they initially quoted me for the test I took and are asking for an additional $18.45. Only go here if you like never really knowing how much anything is going to cost, but knowing that whatever it is, it's going to be outrageous.

My experience with this general surgeon Dr. Saif Hassan was by far the best experience ever as compared to my previous general surgeon. He is very knowledgeable, confident and has exceptional/excellent bedside manners. He also actively listens to what I had to say and answers all my questions without making me feel intimidated. Everyone is very nice. Dr. Yakoob is a wonderful doctor! She always makes me feel like she genuinely cares about me. Her nurse, Hellen, is very kind and caring.

A terrific place to be in a time of need. PA-C Wesley McMcreary was very informative and made me feel at ease although I had to get 2 shots 1 in the neck and the other in my buttocks. I love kelsey-seybold and this is the second location that has had top tier quality care and even better professional staffing.

Dr. Itam was my OBGYN! This was my first pregnancy and honestly he made this journey remarkable! The nursing staff he works with are all nice and caring. Ms. Kiana was my favorite. She made sure to answer any questions I had and made sure all my appointments were booked. Dr. Itam was very knowledgeable and made sure all my questions were answered and even my families questions were answered. He was very attentive and gave his expert opinions on varies things. His bedside manner was amazing. Even when he had to deliver hard news to me he did it very professionally. I love that he is a straight forward doctor and I truly value his opinion throughout my pregnancy! He and his staff was always a phone call or email away. I have recommended him to several people! If you want to have an amazing pregnancy/ birthing experience this is the team you should choose!

I love Dr. Yakoob, she is perfect for me. I have been going to her for 15 years. She is caring, always helpful and very kind. She is also the consummate professional. She explains medical issues very well and never hesitates to spend enough time with me. At my recent visit, she saw me in a moment's notice adding me to her already full schedule. Excellent service and quality at Kelsey. If you’re looking for a primary care physician, I particularly recommend Dr Husain Mogri, an excellent physician. He is knowledgeable, courteous and considerate. He followed up to make sure he had addressed all my concerns. I will be recommending him to my family and friends.

He is absolutely wonderful! I’ve had an array of doctors and everyone of them have different qualities however when Dr Parikh came into my life I was at my lowest and feeling helpless with my rare condition. With no light in sight he has been patient with me and always reassuring for my care. Even though I know for a fact I don’t have a cure and condition can be tricky he is absolutely make me see hope and does everything to calm me down till my next attack. Haha! He is now my family Dr!! I wouldn’t want it any other way. Love this Dr!!!

I was able to arrive as scheduled. The staff were all helpful and courteous. Going to the doctor is something most dread. This was so well organized, the work, scheduling and processes flowed very smoothly. Making a trip to the doctor a pleasant experience instead. No wasted time waiting to be taken care of.

All my family get treated at Kelsey Seybold and I would have given 5 stars but One star removed for the ultrasound tech Tami (white/curly hair). She did 2 of my scans and She rushes through them, gives you neglecting images and never talks to you or answer a question (she will leave you anxious even when everything is fine with the baby because she says the doctor will talk to you). We love The Pediatrician Sharon Pettway (she’s wonderful with babies❤️) and the Asian ultrasound tech (she makes you comfortable and cares about showing you your baby as clear as possible 💯)

Dr. Muhammad is a very kind and gentle doctor. His nurse is very thorough and makes you feel at home. The two as a team are awesome together.

Dr. Davidsohn has been my Doctor for over twenty years (I have lost count, really) and I drive some seventeen miles to see her. I feel that I am in good hands with her. I’m very happy she’s my Primary Physician.

I had one of the best exam experiences ever. Dr. Mohamed was thorough, friendly, punctual, and explained the issues and care plan in crystal-clear terms. I would highly recommend him to others.

The pediatrician front desk lady was not nice. I had an appointment for my daughter at 11:40. We arrived early. She asked me to wait as she had to verify the insurance, but I saw her walked away from her desk for more than 20 minutes and then I walked to her to check if she did verify my insurance. She said my insurance was turned. I know it’s a lie because my son just visited the pediatrician last week. She didn’t make the call. Then she said she will call again. I stand in front of her to make sure she actually called. We finally got to see the doctor at 12:40.
