Worst customer service!!! Called before coming and they stated they close at 9 and take the last patient at 8:30. Get here at 8 and they say they only do physicals before 7 PM. Drove 40 minutes for nothing! Waste of time and gas. Guess they don’t care about their patients. Girl with long braids didn’t even apologize!!

I came into this facility last week, I made sure to come in very early so i would not have a rushed visit like times before. I got to the back and was seen by one of the Doctors who happen to be one of the medical directors. He comes in i begin to tell him my issues and what i think it possible is, I then proceed to request some tests be done to come to a possible conclusion for my issues. he seems in a rush at this point with poor bedside manner and just say oh we will just run test another route. Being someone in the nursing field I know this way will be less likely to give me accurate results, and lead to misdiagnosis like it did. He seems frustrated at this point because i proceed to request to have other test done. He leaves out the room stating someone will come in and draw my blood. I asked the person that came in was this doctor in a rush today. She stated Oh don't worry he is always like that running in and out. I stated back to her that is not ok there is barley anyone in here and I feel like I'm being rushed and not heard. She asked me if I wanted him to come back in to discuss more and I stated yes. The medical director comes back in, and I asked him flat out are you in a rush as he was trying to hand me papers to discharge me before really doing anything and /or asking me if I had an understanding or any further questions, didn't even have the decency to explain my DC paper where I would have caught his error. He stated no and sits downs with a deep breath seemingly frustrated and asked me if i had any other issues. I felt so uncomfortable and upset at this point and forgot what I wanted to say. he hands me my discharge papers and a prescription that he didn't call in and i just rush out feeling very uncomfortable and upset. I later look at my papers to see he wrote a wrong diagnosis/ reason for visit, I was appalled with what I saw contacted the office 3 times to speak to him to have it changed with a promise from office staff that he would call back but never did. If he was not in such a rush, he would not have made that mistake, and if he had better bedside manner, I would have been more comfortable to take my time checking everything out instead of feeling rushed to leave. How are you the medical director treating patients this way. looking back at the reviews I am not the only one who has been rushed, luckily my tablet recorded the whole less then 10-minute encounter, so I will have proof if i choose to file a report for false documentation.

I had to take my son (1 year old) here yesterday(labor day) he was sick and this was the best decision I made for him. I was in there and out in an hour. The service was excellent, all the staff treated us with great respect and care. They genuinely seem like they like their job and enjoy providing an excellent customer service. They care! My son was quickly diagnosed and medications sent to our pharmacy directly. After our visit concluded they escorted us out the facility and asked about our experience and if everything was up to our standards. They even followed up with us 24 hour later to check on my son and how he was doing. I have only but great things to say about this place. Definitely going back there every time I need to. Highly recommend!

I went it early for my appointment and wasn’t greeted when I walked in. They charged me and when I spoke to the doctor. She pretended to listen and say ok I will do this. When I go the leave I see she changed my original prescription! I asked her to simply please refill it bc I need doctor authorization. She tells me to do google research and educate myself on the medication I’m taking. I didn’t ask for that. All I needed was a refill. CDC regulations I don’t care. Never spending 1 dollars there again,

Just took my 5 year old son to this place last week for a possible stomache bug with fever. They swabbed his mouth and sent to a lab and provided results that could not have been tested in the way of a mouth swab confirmed by two emergency room visits Made me believe my son had a danger bacteria. This place in incompetent

Of all the urgent cares I’ve been to this location is consistently the best experience. Everytime I’ve been every single staff member is SO friendly and in a good mood and it just makes the entire process so painless. I was also able to fill out all my paperwork and schedule an appointment online before I got there so it was super seamless. I’d reccomend Apex urgent care and its staff over and over again!

Great experience! The staff is friendly, professional, and respectful of my time. They kept me informed throughout the visit. The medical assistant, C.V., was extremely helpful and made sure all of my concerns were address. 10/10

This facility was helpful to me , even with the scanning for the check in. The male nurse was kind and and patient as he asks important questions. Your doctor listened to my symptoms and examined me with Care. She informed me of her diagnosis and what drugs she was going to prescribe for me. also, your medical assistance run in the paperwork with a smile I could not have been treated better head. I’ve been in my own primary care facility in California. The first urgent care I went to this morning did not treat me kindly like this. Thank you again.

I always have a great experience when treated here. I encountered multiple staff members during my visit & they were all extremely polite, professional, & easy to express my health concerns with. The wait time from when I arrive to when I leave is very quick, which I appreciate. The doctor (not aware of his name at this moment) was very knowledgeable & was able to answer all my questions.

I was very impressed with the office and the staff. They were very friendly and efficient. My own Physician didn't have an appointment for me till two days later. I was able to see and be treated by the Dr in about 30 minutes. I will definitely go there again.

I was very pleased with my experience at APEX Urgent Care. I can be a hard critic of emergency care places and the people employed by them. When I’m not feeling at all well and the result can be much less than pleasant. This time, my first time at the urgent care was a world away from previous experiences elsewhere. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care.

Being a nurse has given me great insight on great place with genuine people vs bad places with people who don’t care. I’ve been on both sides of the spectrum. Even thought I was feeling horrible, I had the greatest experience at this urgent care! Everyone was amazing, especially the young lady that called me to the back and took my vitals. I’m so sad that I don’t remember her name but she was so kind and knowledgeable! The PA Supreet is amazing and I can’t thank her enough for her attentiveness and help with my medical concerns.

My family and I love going to Apex. I even bring my little ones when the Pediatric Urgent Care is too busy and unable to get us in. They are always quick, friendly and very thorough. I appreciate the follow up call as well to check in and make sure everything is going ok. Highly recommend Apex! Also, thank you to Dr. Amna at our last visit who made my daughter very comfortable with her ear infection, she is feeling much better now!

Service was Great - everything from the reception to the treatment. Wait time was minimum, staff was courteous, and overall experience was excellent. My treatment plan was spot-on and I'm almost 100% after 24 hours. I found the physician to be very knowledgeable - he listened, he discussed his diagnosis, the possibilities of how I contracted it, and his plans for treatment. I had my doubts about Urgent Care facilities, but this visit assured me. I would not hesitate to return or to recommend the service .Thanks!

Quick and easy visit! There was no wait lobby was empty, I literally walked in and was asked about my symptoms taken back for vitals put into a room and seen. I’m glad I read their reviews I was referred to Urgent Care but after reading their reviews I was like no way! Over excellent place would go again and recommend.

My visit was good! I was there a reasonable amount of time (if I had to guess maybe an hour?). The front desk employee Kimberly was very cordial and helpful. The medical assistant who worked with me was great. He was friendly, thorough in getting a pertinent history, gentle with the injections I received, and was professional when collecting testing samples from me. Ben (provider/PA) was very nice & listened to me as I described my symptoms. He was thorough in explaining tests & medications. Overall I had a pleasant experience despite feeling so sick & awful.

Had previously gone to this urgent care and had pretty quick and nice service. This time I went in for a covid ( rapid ) test and was told the wait would be 45 min. Instead we waited 2hrs and did not get the results rapidly ( not that day). Upon leaving, I went to get my insurance cards, and they had been given to my daughter without my knowledge; therefore, I began searching for them unnecessarily. This whole situation occurred while my husband had to wait the 2hrs in the car with our 3 week old baby. It seems like they try but things weren't running accordingly this day.

I come to this clinic on average maybe once or twice a year. I usually avoid it because I have had some experiences with staff that were not palpable. But I would accept it because they are one of few who will take my insurance and they're closer to home. But yesterday, I had the best experience, better than any in the past. And despite how busy they were I still didn't have to wait long before they saw my daughter. Seems like they are making improvements every year.

The facility was clean and everyone my 12 yr old son and I came in contact were nice and respectful. However, I won't be coming back. Only 4 people ahead of my son it took an 1 hour and 45 mins before he saw the P.A.

I’ve been here multiple times with no issue. This time my visit ended up costing almost as much ER visit with my insurance!!! They use health track rx to test me for strep (main concern) and they ended up testing for multiple random things they don’t even treat! $377 for just a throat swab that took 24 hours. I had to call for my results and was met with a rude attitude when I had questions about what I tested positive for.

Staff very friendly, everyone introduced themselves and explained everything, Dr. Ben was very professional and he took time to sat down and listen to all my concerns and explained them to me he didn't have a problem explaining it to me twice , they all worked together as a team I have been to this Apex Urgent care of Katy before and they are THE BEST WITH GREAT STAFF OF NURSES AND DOCTORS GOD BLESS YOU ALL FOR GREAT WORK YOU DO 🙏

Super clean office and professional staff members. All the ladies, front desk, MA's and PA are super sweet and very friendly. I was worried about my child last night and they were able to see her. I'm thankful to have you guys so close to my house.

My son came in with an earache, and they picked up he was developing pink eye. We were in and out with our prescription in less than 30 minutes. The staff was friendly as well.

I absolutely love the staff! They are quick, efficient, and so compassionate. Dr. Dili, Ms. Claudia, and J Ashton are simply awesome! I can come day or night and they take care of everything.

I don’t like going to the doctor unless I really need to- but when I do this is my go to place. I love that is close to home and the quality of care is amazing. It was quick and effective and the provider is caring and actually listens. The staff is also friendly and informative! The location was clean which is always a plus. Apex Urgent Care Katy facility deserves 5 stars. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and professional. They genuinely care about every patient that walks in. They physician that saw me was definitely the best physician I've seen. The waiting time is very short and I received two follow-ups after my visit. I strongly recommend this clinic to everyone. Services was quick and I appreciated it. Check in was via a link sent to my cellphone but definitely wish I would have known if I could have done it before coming in. But it was quick enough. It had been a couple of years since I used APEX but the doctor had no issue resending my prescription to my new pharmacy because it was sent to the old one initially. I got a shot and some meds and the shot immediately helped the day of the visit so I'm happy with the service they gave, as well as what I was prescribed.

I was in and out within 2 hours with the antibiotics I so desperately needed. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. If I HAD to pick out 1 bad thing, they were out of sugar for the coffee and tea stand. I will definitely return with any urgent care needs.

Got in as quickly as they could see me as there were lots of people and seems like most had same symptoms of bug going around. The doctor that saw me took great care of me on October 23. She prescribed me everything to make me feel better within hours!! I’m so thankful for her because the next day I had to be ready to “fight” at passport agency. Urgent care is less than a mile from my house and that’s a huge plus too.

Exceptional care from the front desk (I forgot the nice gentlema's name), and nursing (Kimberly is thoughtful, caring and compassionate!) They were kind, caring and very attentive. The only reason I can't give them a 5 is because of the practitioner, she was cold, uncaring, very rude and disrespectful to the staff. She saw a patient that arrived after us, before she saw us. She didn't explain anything, just came in, barked at my son to remove his mask, checked him ordered testing and walked out. Didn't get her name because she didn't introduce herself. Other than her, it was a very pleasant experience!

Really love this facility! The physicians are exceptional, the MA’s and Nurses are very compassionate and professional! I’ve been here 3 times and it was consistently a great experience! I’ll update my review when next I visit with specific names (was too disoriented to ask for names). I highly recommend Apex.

I went to Apex with a issue. The place was clean Tania was at front desk. She greeted me with a caring smile. I did not feel too good. She was helpful and super understanding. Waiting was very little. Eddy-Alecia Lavalais was the most patient understanding and detail about my symptoms. Thank you Apex Urgent Care for amazing experience. Definitely go see them !

I love going to Apex. But this day made me love them even more. The visit was quick and the staff was amazing. The doctor who cared for my son was empathetic, cared for him, encouraged him, and talked to him and me through the entire process. The follow up to ensure he was doing well was very touching. Thank you all for your service, hardwork, & heart for your patients!
