Vegetarians stay away, I got chicken bones in baby corn manchurian. When questioned, the manager was so arrogant and told if we had mentioned pure veg, he would have got it seperately prepared. He was reluctant to say sorry also. According to this hotel there are 3 categories Pure veg, Veg and Non veg. Because Veg dishes may contain chicken and bones. Owner of this hotel is krishna poojari from mangalore, you can complain to him also...... this is whay the manager of the restaurant told.

We there for lunch, quality of the food was not upto the mark. And also they didn't provide few items in the north Indian thali. Only the seating is good and service to.

Food was just normal and when I asked for ghee, waiter said “Ghee is 30 rupees for a single spoon serving” and he said it quite rude. Bad service and unacceptable attitude by the hotel staff. Felt like the staff is really angry that they are working there. Worst service.

Poorly maintained rooms. When asked about the quality of rooms, the reply we got was that the property is about 27 years old. I have been to properties older than this, but maintained so nicely. Even the attender boy was behaving rudely, and he made us to carry our luggage all alone. No facility for luggage transport was arranged even. The attender boy was even giving back answers to the manager when asked about his rude behaviour to clients. So pathetic. But to highlight one thing, the manager was so friendly and helpful.

Nice family restaurant with bar attached. Nice ambiance with roof top and timely serves the food with out any late. I ordered Butter non with chicken kollapuri it's good and little disappointed with mutton biryani the taste is mild but ok. Nice place to visit with family and friends..

If you are looking for a very happy and peaceful place and this is the the in Hassan where u get A very good environment with good service and good food quick compare to others. Loved the food and service here 👍👍🎉

Very bad experience about a room service dated 22/11/2023 1) Maintenance of room is not good. AC not in working condition. 2) Hot water mixer not working. 3) Bath soap and drinking water is not provided here *4)* Attendant avoid intercom call as if it is network call. He just say hello hello as if he can't hear. He could not solve the problem of hot water mixer in room no. 306 & 307 by providing a bucket of hot water or a key of empty room. We have to use cold water for bath. It was bad experience. So I would suggest that not to select this hotel for stay in Hassan, Karnataka.

Actually they are still in 2G they are not upgraded rooms and hotel amenities to 4/5G it's all about old... Wash rooms, rusted cumords and doors.... Providing 1 rupee medimix soap and clinic plus shampoo they don't even provide tooth paste if you forget some needy shaving set combo. The rooms key as well weigh around 250Grms weight and it's heavy to carry in my pocket. Okay okay kind of food. Room tariff also it's not reasonable. Overall I am saying it's into the poor management average kind of hotel stay rooms.

Dear Suvarna Management, Since long Suvarna Hotel was our regular choice for stay. But my recent two stays have been really disappointing, specially the one on 22nd Nov 23. Inspite of a phone call reservation, the front office guy took a long time to finish the booking procedure. Was not at all courteous and asked my phone number 5 times. Gave me a triple occupancy room when I asked double, had to go down again and get it changed. The flush of the commode wasn't working. We had to fill the bucket and pour water. The wardrobe was very dusty. They were polishing the lobby area with utter disregard for the hotel guests. There was slushy water everywhere. All the hospitality rules were thrown into the air. No apologies, no greetings. It seems like they are not bothered about guests. I don't think I will ever choose this place again. Komala

This review is only for their restaurant that's in the basement. The location is quite good as its in the main area of Hassan. There are few parking spots on the peripheral roads next to the hotel. The food is good. I have had both South and North Indian food there. Roti curry, Dal, Idli, Dosa, Kichdi, Dal soup are all good. The service is fast and the waiters are nice people. Once they gave our juice at the end of the service after I got the bill. The owner did not take it back when I asked him to. My father had to drink it in one shot which was not nice and hence the 3 star for service.

Nice experience in Suvarna regency you will be provided complimentary breakfast the taste is just awesome very limited options in veg but the taste is great in veg also rooms are clean and hot water facility is available 24x7

Food is good and delicious. Very good atmosphere for family gathering. Service also good. Location is also safe place front to main road with all shops shrouding to Hotel.will get all required to daily routine.

Had North Indian meals here for lunch. Roti and curry was very good. Rice item was average. Curd rice was way above the mark. Best place to have nice lunch. Service was good as well.

No hot water in wash basin, ordered for manchow soup, got a pretty bad and asked for return, they insisted, once ordered , good or bad, you have to pay, shocking , fought with me for 2 hours, no one took onus, how poor , how cheap of the admin of the hotel to have such untrained staff. Spoilt my day and left sulking . Come at your own risk or better avoid this hotel

This property is located in the city centre and has many facilities like accommodation, pure veg restaurant (suvarna sagar), non-veg restaurant (suvarna gate), party and conference hall with ample parking place. Veg food is good anytime during the day. Service is good is veg restaurant. Not sure about the non veg dishes and the service. Rooms are well maintained and room services are good too. This location is located on Bangalore Mangalore road.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel, it was right on the main road and very close to a lot of eateries bars, and shopping. The hotel was nice and very buffet friendly.

When I reached the hotel and checked with the staff they said hot water was available throughout the day which was not the case. When I called the reception to cross check instead of being honest, they sent a house keeping person and he told me to give it some time for hot water and I would have to waste 3 to 4 buckets for that... seriously????? The bathroom was dirty, commode not clean, tiles had grime and the taps looked nothing compared to the pictures they put on the net. It was dirty. The food in the restaurant was nice and so was the service. Overall an average place. Nothing upto my statisfaction with tems of cleanliness. I would definitely not book the hotel again.

They are providing same food with different different taste... I ordered veg fried rice and other food 2-3 time.. all the time taste is too different for same dish. However rooms and othe services is good 👍

It's not a good place at all very bad experiance .I prefer you to stay at Krishna regency nearby suvarna rooms are not worthy at all bad quality of service and room. get lost suvarna regency. The food is especially good for one who never eat food .it's kind of worst food experience!.

The hotel really sucks. After 11 o clocks the security are not allowed the guest to out. The entire staff service sucks. Dont ever take rooms in this damn hotel .Not kids friendly atmosphere.Most of the doors are not able to lock. The ac are not in working comdition . If you need good and peaceful stay look other hotels for your saftey . Due to my experiences i wont prefer this hotel anymore
