I have nothing to say positive about Keep Cool and the way this site is managed. First and before the Covid, the site has never been super clean, making me not secure to go when it was opened and in between lock downs. Then despite not been open, they kept on withdrawing regular subscriptions when I had asked at least 2 times to cancel my subscription. They also claim this money can’t be reimbursed. In essence, do not join any Keep Cool facilities. The way their management is treating customers is anything but professional.

A Mixed Bag Experience Although the gym has some perks, there are a few significant drawbacks that I cannot overlook. Let's start with the positives. Keepcool Gym offers autonomous access, which means you can indulge in saunas and other SPA facilities without any restrictions. This freedom is a perk that not many gyms offer. However, the gym is a bit small, and the machines feel rusty and require greasing to be more fluid. Now, for the negatives. Keepcool Gym is more autonomous than other gyms, which results in the staff workforce being almost inexistent. This lack of staff presence leads to cleanliness problems. During my visit, the gym was dirty and mouldy, and the equipment was not cleaned regularly. Being autonomous should not mean that cleanliness should be disregarded. This issue was highlighted by many other reviewers as well. Overall, visitors are more likely to experience an average gym experience at Keepcool Gym. The ambiance is somewhat dull and lacking, and the service can be better. The quality of the products or services offered is decent but not extraordinary. One unique aspect of Keepcool Gym is its autonomous access, which can be a major selling point for some. However, the gym needs to address its cleanliness issues and improve the quality of its equipment to attract more customers. To improve the gym, the owners should focus on hiring more staff to maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the equipment. Additionally, they could consider offering more personalized services to customers to make their experience more enjoyable. While I appreciate the perks of autonomous access to SPA facilities, the cleanliness issues and lack of maintenance make it difficult to recommend Keepcool Gym wholeheartedly. However, I encourage the owners to make the necessary improvements to attract more customers. As for whether I would recommend this gym or visit again, my answer would be no. However, for those interested in visiting, I would suggest proceeding with caution and keeping in mind the issues highlighted in this review. If you were to look for what's good about this plan, feel free to enjoy the sauna though

01.03.2023 Hi when are you going to repair the 3 treadmills that are broken... it is nice to have 9 but not if almost the half are broken update 06.03.2023.. the 3 treadmills are still broken 29.03.2023.. Now, There are 4 treadmills disconnected 🤦‍♂️30.03.2023 Thanks... only one is disconnected today

Update on October 2nd (2 months after my original review): - The issues are still not fixed / addressed. The pulley downstairs (side of the cross trainers) is still not fixed. The adjustment handle is still missing. - Several machines downstairs are still missing basic safety snaps. You need to change them with other machines. - It is hot and the airco is on minimal setting. Keep cool responded to the last review saying it is 'not that easy' and that they depend on suppliers. But frankly, I wrote the previous review after this was already the case for months. The staff is there every day to give private lessons. They see it every day, yet, they don't address it. Why is it so hard to just get basic maintenance in place? Why does it always take so long to address any issue?? ------------- Generally like this gym for convenience but is lacking hugely in terms of maintenance. The staff is generally friendly. While it is a relatively small room it offers a good range of equipment. That said, the gym needs a very serious effort in terms of maintenance: - Most machines downstairs are lacking safety snaps making it impossible to attach equipment: 9-10 missing at any point. - The pulley downstairs (on the side of the bikes) is broken for ~6 months. Only the lower position works but it cannot be moved. Despite telling staff several times, **nothing** happens. - Several machines make a lot of noise due to lack of oil / maintenance e.g. abs trainer upstairs, several cross-trainers - They removed free-weights a while back due to complaint from the neighbours. What about moving them downstairs / to another room instead of just removing them? In terms of cleaning, the floor is cleaned daily with a mop but the machines are cleaned by the clients (at least by those who do so). I've been going to this gym for a while now and those are not new issues. Frankly, it would only take minimal effort (get safety snaps from Amazon, repair what's broken proactively) to make it better. I hope management wakes up to this. It is very much needed.

After 6 months of training the coach asked me not to train anymore with a debardeur. Especially since it is hot during the summer. this clothing restriction is the regulation of the room but I find it against the spirit of the sport.

This is a good gym, well equipped and with friendly staff. Too bad the equipment is not always clean or well maintained.

I would like the reception, they are so welcome, they adjust for me good price to subscriber for 2 weeks. If you are in vacation and you want to continue your sport, this gym is the best.

Very good gym, clean clean clean! All the machine u can find and collective course. No free bars for muscle builder so it is really cool. As a student, I enjoy a super price. Very happy with the staff and equipment here!

Customer service is horrible. Completely agree with other comments/reviews here along the same lines. All throughout COVID, they kept taking direct debits out of customer bank accounts while the gym was closed. When I contacted them about a reimbursement and cancellation, they said I could have a reimbursement or cancel but couldn’t do both. I asked for a reimbursement several times, and either got no response or said there was nothing they can do in a very smug manner. I eventually canceled and they continued to charge me after I canceled. Long story short - don’t go here. The facilities weren’t that nice and the stress of dealing with their management was definitely NOT worth it.

Adore this gym. Staff are really friendly and genuinely care about your experience. It’s never too busy, and never has unpleasant people in it. They were also very flexible with my contract as I’m only here for a short time. Thanks guys! 💪🏼

It's a wonderful experience for me! I work around and don't have much time to do exercises in lunch time. This fitness center is a little different, there are many small rooms and you can choose the exercise you want in each room and I really like not being bothered. The 12h30 and 18h30 the team propose also the collectif training. The Keep cool team is really nice! Welcome and enjoy it! I'm Meng!!!! Maybe see you one day in Keep Cool!😀

I’m giving this gym two stars because they are not good with cancellations. I have been going to this gym since 2020 and decided to close my account in March this year. I went to the desk and asked how I could do so and they gave me and email where I had to write a formal cancellation with a signed note. Fast forward to today, when I see that they have been charging me these last three months even though I was specifically told that my cancellation would be processed in a week. Smh. I better get my money back!

Best gym I ever signed up for by far, really good equipment for building muscle and loosing fat, staff are also very friendly and the gym is overall super clean and proper. Front desk coaches are also very experienced and give amazing advice and coaching sessions

It’s reasonably priced, the staff is very friendly, the place is very clean (although most people don’t wipe down after use. It would be nice if this was encouraged a bit more), but I do have a bit of criticism. The 3 elliptical machines upstairs have needed their monitor’s batteries replaced for a good while. I’ve asked staff twice myself. One of the handles is loose on the middle elliptical and another exercise machine has been out of order for months now. But aside from that, it’s a great gym.

Keepcool is not only a great place in terms of infrastructure. It's the place that gets me ready for my day! The machines are of good quality, most of the cardio tools have Bluetooth for my headphones and access to YouTube YouTube if I wanna watch the news while I run (gotta get things done). I have had a great reception with the Leo, Valentin and Thibaut. They are kind and responsible professionals. Personally, A+. I really recommend this place.

Honestly i don’t understand how a gym in monceau is this week! No dumbbells, no mirror, and it’s been more than a week that two machines are broken and haven’t been fixed!!!
