The boxing ring and punching bags are a delight for boxing aficionados like myself, making strength training and boxing a convenient duo. The staff are always friendly, creating a wide training area that feels like a dip into a fitness ocean. With its well-kept facilities, the gym impresses, earning four stars. While perfect, it's certainly a contender!

Looks like a decent location, but current membership deals are a bit steep for the amenities.

Their employee physically assaulted myself and another customer. The police confirmed that the employee is a verified convict.

Came for a session at 7:00 AM on a Friday to train and there was no way to pay for a one-off session and the person at the reception was not providing for any solution for this case. There should be a solution for this type of situations.

Terrible service, visited twice within regular business hours but there was nobody at reception. Only “security” person who yelled at me. Would recommend the EasyGym across the corner if you’re looking for a gym in the weekends

Well equipped and maintained. Near and clean. Superb facilities.

Cheap, relatively well equipped but hugely oversubscribed during peak hours, it can be problematic finding a spot to work out. The client relations are genuinely appalling, staff are consistently unpleasant and treat clients as inconveniences. Be sure never to forget your badge as you will be spoken to like a child and will be lectured on the importance of remembering your belongings. Having paid membership for 2.5 years seems to count for very little here.

Great equipment quality, almost every machine are available. Peak hours are crowded but people usually share machines with you and staff is great and very friendly. Very nice facilities.
