Pretty decent hotel, although all the rooms are very different from eachother, some have a bath tub and others only have a shower, and they differ in size quite a bit. So if you get one you don't like and you choose to move rooms, it will most likely be very different. ALSO! Beware the ocean swimming area!!!! There are lots of sharp objects, sea urchins, and random trash. Two people in my group stepped on sea urchins. Not a fun time🤣

Our stay was good , staff helpful, rooms clean . It's about a 3 1/2 star resort. Free breakfast that was good . Don't get the lunch or dinner package as those meals were not great. Lots of little family restaurants in the area at good prices with great food.

Nice hotel and employers are really kind. The pool area is little bit crowded during the weekend by local peoples and they are coming by buses only to be on the pool. Rooms are really clean 5/5. Taxi to the city center and Capitol building is around 6-8(maximum) euros and needs around 15 mins. Hotel should be renovated for the price they offer.

Cuba, things were falling apart and at this hotel--which we loved to pieces! The breakfast buffet was really grand with its many breakfast options and drinks. The workers were incredibly efficient. The hotel's lights would go out every now and then, which just added to the Cuban experience. There's not much for TV channels, but hey you are on vacation, so just a little bit of the CNN International before bedtime. When it rained the roof leaked. You can exchange your money to the local Cuban currency at the front desk. Bring down Canadian money, so you won't look American! Although the Cuban people are super friendly. The most convenient part of the hotel is that there's the hop on, hop off bus that has a stop right at the doorstep of this hotel. You can ride and see all of Havana for $10. Nice pool too...

Beautiful swimming pool, good breakfast and an amazing view from the balcony. There is a lobby bar with cheap drinks too. The only downside, you can only pay by card, no CUP or EUR accepted, as in many places in Cuba. I wasn't quite ready for this.

This is probably a great hotel for Cuba. But if you are expecting an American style newer hotel you'll be disappointed. The food is good and plentiful, there is 24 hour money exchange, and love music in the lobby. It's an old hotel but still relatively nice.

It was a great experience being in Cuba for a week, dont get me wrong, but we found ants in the beds, mold on the curtains, and when we showered there would be water all the way out the door. All of that put aside it was a beautiful view of the ocean and that made up for it.

Very nice location. The touristic tour bus stops just in front of the hotel so it's easy to go downtown and come back, plus it's cheaper than taxi. Breakfast buffet is diverse and good. The Miramar neighborhood is safe and the aquatic center is close to the hotel. It's not a 5-star hotel, so the bedrooms are not special but they're clean, including the bathroom, and you have a beautiful view of the ocean. I enjoyed sleeping with the sound of the waves. So peaceful. Me gusta, Havana! 😎

You have to understand that you are in Cuba so you should not expect new facilities, but we have flooding twice in the lobby and the facilities definitely need an update. The pool is OK and the staff is more or less. The highlight of the hotel is the food, specially lunch

Good value for money. I liked the location near the beach and their ocean pool. Room was always clean, internet works well. You can catch the tourist bus right in front of hotel. There is also a nice ice cream and place for breakfast in front of hotel. Within a short walk you can find a few bars and restaurants near the ocean sidewalk.

Beautiful big pool and view although at the cost of being far from the city center. Kind and helpful service, cheap drinks at the bar, food was satisfactory. The rooms were just okay.

They are advertising themselves as a 3 star hotel. However, it's definitely not. Rooms are outdated, which overall would not be an issue to me, but they are very, very dirty. I think they need to hire more cleaning staff, as it does not fit the numbers of the rooms (hitel is massive and they're hiring maybe a few maids). Air con and vents are black from dirt and mould, and rooms feel extremely damp. Woodbords behind the beds were covered in dust and mold, mirrors and windows haven't been cleaned for ages- I don't think that floors were cleaned too, I walked barefoot in a room for a split second and they were all dirty after- like black dirty 😳. Bathroom looks like it has not been finished yet it looks used and dirty, lime scale is all over the place, shower head was covered in rust and scale, tap in a sink was loose, there were a huge gap in between sockets. Also, rooms don't even have one socket with 220v (just110v), so if you have any hair tool, it won't work. Whole room smells of old, damp wood. Just in the overall room looks maximum like on 1 star Hotel. Air conditioning is just working in one mode - super extra cold, moldy, and damp. The thermostat which is fitted in a wall is most likely for decoration as it doesn't work eathier. Curtains in a room are ripped and dusty as well as everything else in a room. Some old spider webs on a wall... Food is OK, but all-inclusive does not include any drinks during evening dinner, which is laughable. Staff were very friendly but the hotel seriously has some problem with cleaning- there are not enough people for numbers of rooms. Air con in a lobby is also super super cold. Whole hotel has a funky smell. Also when we arrived there was no towels in a room, there were some rubbish left in a draw by previous guest. For the whole stay until last day we had to use some tiny towels which were not changed into a new ones (in a course of 5 days) which also had some stains on, on final day we received big towels. Plus is a free WiFi (you have to log in on a website every few hours but I don't think hotel has a lot to do with the process as Cuba only recently have an opportunity to access WiFi). Pool and pool area are not very pretty eathier, looks neglected and actually depressing 😂 which I presume you do not want to feel like on holiday! Corridors are spooky, unfortunately due to the rooms being so dark, damp and smell funky, we had to have window open during the day which let a lot of insects (tiny flies which bites like mosquitos). One girl from our group had a cocrach in a room, there were bugs all over canteen floor. We had a room which was right outside staff or kitchen area so we could hear shouting and loud conversations all the time. Also windows were pointed right to another part of the hotel so we had a lovely view on other people's rooms... Also, windows don't close properly. Tv cable had very poor signal. In overall room was a mess. I was very very happy to check out from there, when I first saw the room I tought I'm was gonna cry 😂

I stayed here in July 2019. It was so perfect. The staff were nice to me and my husband (he is Cubano, I am Canadian) The lady at the front changed our rooms for us, the bellman was so happy , and had great stories for us. The pool was amazing, the built in swimming area on the ocean was gorgeous, full of fishes. I fished on the barrier, and the locals helped me with using the proper tackle. They had entertainment at the pool , kids there loved it. The pizza was yummy. The coffee was strong. I came back to Havana in 2020 to see family, but got lost walking . I ended up making my way down to the Copacabana, and they got me a taxi , and gave the taxi driver my mil 's address in Spanish as my Spanish is terrible. We are coming back in February 2022 and will ONLY stay here .
