Overpriced food. Bad service very loud. Ice cream tastes like iced water. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. very poor service provided by cuban employees

Good ice cream, two bathrooms for use with a good hand dryer, and a great kid's play area. My little one loved it! I wish we had been able to return to try some of the other desserts.

It is quite unfortunate an establishment as this one is not making the best effort. The place was dirty and unhygienic. The ice cream ~ 7$ per scoop !!! is overfrozen and of no top quality. There were some homeless people on the corner and trash all over the place and the corner. Stay away.

Tasty treat that cuts the heat. I enjoyed the rich and vibrant flavors offered and others I spoke with enjoyed theirs as well. Very tasty and nice. I would return.

Never though we would eat such a fine ice-cream in Cuba !! We already suspected it by the amount of locals, always a good sign, but still we were surprised by the price, the quality and even the selection, limited to around 10 it was an interesting blend of choices. It is housed in the same building as an Italian restaurant, which we would give a 3-4 stars, the 4 is only because they tried so hard, but the food was just worth 3 stars.

One of the best ice creams out there. Guava was to die for. Staff is very nice and indoor/outdoor seating is abundant. Highly recommended

Absolutely delicious ice-cream to be had here with a large selection of flavours to choose from. A little bit pricy and hectic when busy but definitely worth a visit.

If you wanna enjoy the best icecream of Havana you need to visit El Gelato, you can enjoy a variety of different flavors and some tasty desserts. I recommend this place to enjoy with your family and if you have kids this is one of the few restaurant in Havana with a playground, you will have a very good time here and have fun.

Best ice-cream ever in Havana. So happy to try it again after 1.8 years not having been there due to covid in the world. Great service and skilled staff. 🤩

Better Ice cream in Havana. The place was crowded but the service was fast.

After COVID lockdown situation I went there to enjoy with fresh ice cream. This is the best place in Havana to taste lot of kind if flavours. And there is a play area for kids too.
