This Hardees is really gone down hill,, used to be the place to go for a quality home style biscuits and gravy,, If you’re that stupid to hire low quality managers/employees who don’t care what they serve your customers, you should seriously consider closing, or send someone from corporate to over see what you’re serving! Prices have gone up tremendously and the quality of the food you serve is sickening! Takes me a few visits to get terrible food before I leave this kind of review.. when you charge the prices you charge atleast care enough and have enough common sense to prepare and serve the orders how they should be served,, not raw undercooked meals! Tired of throwing this food away!

Customer service was great and friendly employees. Got my kids hamburger kids meal and myself a famous star. I didn’t have to wait long for food.

I ordered the loaded biscuit meal and made it a large. I ate it and took my medications before my nursing appointment today my blood pressure was normal. It hasn’t been normal in two months. I am so happy to know I can still eat the delicious foods from Hardee’s it’s always been my favorite fast food restaurant but none are close to wear I live. I hardly get to eat here. So I can say my doctor tells it’s unhealthy to eat on a regular basis and never eat before and appointment or the day before. She was wrong it helped my blood pressure go down.

I was riding and noticed a Hardee's. I remember going there back in the day! I went through the drivethru. The cashier was courteous and polite. The line was long, but it was moving pretty fast. I ordered the mushroom swiss burger combo meal. The food was absolutely amazing. The fries were hot and delicious. The mushroom swiss burger was fresh, hot and mouthwatering. Hardee's has the best mushroom swiss burger! I will definitely visit this Hardee's again.

Burgers were A little on the cold side. Dining area was not very clean nor were the bathrooms. Service was friendly, not real fast but fast enough. Love me a good Frisco burger 🍔. But only when it's hot not sorta warm.

The food is good but the up keep of the landscaping is terrible. I just left there and couldn’t tell if it was open or closed and most of the surrounding businesses landscape is much better. This one most definitely an eye sore👀👀👀👀don’t b mad take the good criticism and FIX it!!! PERIOD😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

The food is pretty good every time I go. Sometimes the service isn't at its best. Other than that no complaints.

Sorry but this place is complete trash now… building/experience is not as colorful, nor professional as in the past. Food was also nasty… please hire literate employees… overall bad experience. Will not recommend nor go back

I had been seeing commercials for the BLT SUMMA!! Drove about 15 mins to get there, meal came up to 19 bucks!! As u see the burger BARELY had anything RANCH BACON SEASONING SOME TYPE OF TASTE THE BACON SHEETS DONT EVEN TEAR WELL! I ADDED MAYO ONCE I GOT HOME SADLY IT DIDNT WORK STILL DRY THANK GOD FOR THE MONSTER SIZED DRINK YOU FS WILL NEED EVERY DROP FRIES WERE DECENT .

The food here is always fresh and hot. The service is warm and professional. It is easy to get in and never crowded. I have always had a good experience in the drive thru. Ample parking.

The biscuits are delicious, Too much frosting on the cinnamon raisin biscuits!!!! The drive thru wait was way too long ,10 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me.

The place is way too overpriced for what you get. 10 chicken tenders only you get a sauce and nothing else for $13!?! Even chicken shack is cheaper than this place and I always thought chicken shack was the most expensive chicken place around. The burgers are lackluster, not worth 6-10.00 I’d say it’s confusing to say the least that there isn’t any type of value menu so nothing there is under 5.50 besides the dang drink lol just not worth it go to Burger King and save 10.00

I was so excited to learn that there was a Hardee's near where my niece lives as Hardee's around me went under over 20 years ago and it was always my favorite. I always look forward to going up north because ik there is Hardee's on the way up there so I was excited for this and it was absolutely disappointing:-( The burger meat was NOT good!! It tastes NOTHING like the burger meat from the Hardee's I have when going up north and I'm really hoping that this was just a bad day or they gave me impossible meat?? They also don't do sesame buns like other Hardee's but even the bun wasn't very good. I'll go back and give it another try the next time we bring my niece home and change my review if my experience is better and I'm hoping it does. Oh and their parking lot is HORRIBLE so be cautious if you care about your car.

It's heartbreaking that the closest one is bout a 30 minute drive but it's definitely worth it and I try to go at least once a month 😊

Theres an older lady at drive thru in mornings. Shes very pleasant very accurate works hard. More than 1 person has commented how she has improved service!

Everything was good quick order quick through the drive though overall a good experience only down side is I ordered curly fries and they gave me regular fries but overall good service would order from here again

There is a sweet woman that is usually at the drive thru at the window I believe her name is Linda..... She is the epitome of customer service! They don't make em like her anymore I stop every Friday morning and get my staff a sandwich or platter for breakfast and with a smile she serves it right up! Kudos to Linda!

Fries were cold and well over salted 🧂, the burgers were ok other than the onion rings were old and reheated. The guy who packed my order didn't listen when I said I didn't want any ketchup. I don't plan to stop here again for a very long time.

Hazel Park location has gone down hill since Covid, the food & shakes are nasty now. It's dirty and in shambles. I ordered through the drive thru, the employee kept interrupting me when I was trying to order. I said something about it and then when I pulled up to grab my food and pay, i was cursed at lol. Definitely not going to this one anymore

John R/ 9 mile location needs to close. Staff handles money with the same gloves on and had to be told to wash hands. The manager remade our food but germs kill these days not worth the risk. Ijs

Still wondering how Mobil ordering isn’t a thing at this location. The food is great but the building looks damn near abandoned and the service leaves a lot to beg for . I would love the option to be able to order and just pickup without having to sit in a seedy parking lot .

Best fast food Ive had in a long time. All 4 people in the car loved their hot, fresh meals. Chicken sandwich was a surprise banger.

Great food every time I order here. One of only 2 fast food places that didn't let me down during the pandemic. Employees are always pleasant to deal with. No complaints at all about this location.

It started with placing my order (confused) Must have been new employees they were lost. They came at the window & asked what my order was then lifted & then came back with another person at the cash register, and then they both lifted again after 10 minutes. She came back with my 2 famous star & 2 plain cheeseburgers stuffed in a small bag.

Love this place!! I stop and grab something different every time I see one what ever city or state I am in. This one has the best customer service ever!! Everyone was really nice and patient as I took my time looking over the menu for something different. Thanks guys for the best service!! 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

I really do like Hardee's. But for the extra money and wait the burger feels like it was slapped.together and not assembled with care. Every ingredient should be crisp and defined for their method. They got a 3 atmosphere cause it's driver thru. Unless they add music or video or a light display it's not all that special. The food was still good and the staff nice I'm just very picky about a top rating for a average job

Food is FANTASTIC! Frisco burger is amazing, and although the hot ham and cheese is different than back in the day, it is still very good. I don't want to come off as mean, but I feel the cashiers need to be briefed on basic math skills. The cashier was extremely friendly, but... My bill came to $11.11. I gave her $21.11 expecting to get a $10 bill back. She starred at the cash for like 10 seconds and then asked me why I was giving her coins. I explained I was hoping for a $10 bill back. She didn't understand. She called over someone else to help her, but it didn't go well... She ended up giving me a $10 bill and 2 quarters back. I gave her back the 2 quarters and she had no idea why. So, a bit frustrating, but no big deal in the end.

Stopped here for a quick burger everything was really good this was my second time having them well worth it 👌 😋 thanks guys keep up the good work 👏

This place is so awesome! Whenever we go the food is fresh, the employees are nicer than they have to be and it's always a decent time waiting on the food.

The food was great and prepared quickly by the people here under difficult conditions. The lobby has been frequently closed due to lack of staff but it doesn't affect the service or quality.

We will literally make the 20 minute drive to go to this specific location. Top notch customer service & the food is always hot, fresh and CORRECT. Great job Hardee’s!!!
