Never order a menu here. Never. I ordered 2x chicken nugget menu with garlic sauce at 9:00 PM. There were no salads included. And no garlic sauce. The fries are just wet and limp. Same goes for the chicken nuggets. Took an hour to get the food. When I called about half the missing menu, I got a big mouth back and nothing was done about it.

Heb hier gisteren avond besteld. Eten was minder dan matig maar de service was al helemaal erg. Meerdere dingen werden gewoon niet bezorgd. Toen ik erover belde werd er helemaal niks aan gedaan

Onbeschoft tegen mijn vrouw doen bij bezorging, en dan ook nog minachtend reageren bij een fooi, terwijl bezorgkosten inbegrepen waren. U had geluk dat ik de bestelling niet in ontvangst nam met deze onbeschoftheid! Wees klant vriendelijk, en zeker tegen een vrouw die met een glimlach uw bezorger te woord staat! Schandalig zoals deze bezorger reageerde!

Om 17:00 besteld. Eten om 19:30 aangekomen. Wij hebben 2x gebeld omdat wij hadden aangegeven het eten om 18:00 te willen. Niet alleen was het eten anderhalf uur te laat, maar ook was het koud? Hier de meneer te over gesproken te hebben aan de telefoon, waren onze opties om OF zelf eten op te halen, OF ze konden niets voor ons doen? De korst van de pizza is niet te eten, dan wel niet de onderkant. Alles aan deze ervaring is een en al slecht geregeld, en ik zal hier nooit meer wat bestellen. "Drukte" op de maandag vinden wij geen excuus voor zulk slecht eten. 1 ster voor klantenservice, 1 ster voor het eten, en 5 sterren voor hoe koud het eten is.

Besteld via Thuisbezorgd 25-05-2023. Wij zaten in Epe, een mannelijke bezorger komt met de auto, belt op. Eenmaal aangekomen zegt de man, het is 13 km en wij doen tot 10 km rijden. Ik geef aan dat dit nergens staat vermeld. Ik geef hem € 1,00 en dat vind ik meer dan genoeg omdat er al € 3,00 bezorgkosten bij zit. Krijg ik een minderwaardige blik zo van: is dit alles. Totaal niet vriendelijk! Dus: éénmaal, maar nooit meer bij Cleopatra. Jammer!!

Outrageous service and delivery. Delivery was already over an hour late and cold. Cleopatra's response: a 12-minute drive is far, so pizzas should be cold. No solution offered, no apology

Bezorging op woensdagavond zoals aangegeven en vriendelijk. Eten (chickenwings met patat) was heet en prima op smaak. Klein minpuntje: het gerecht "meloen met ham" blijkt uit veel ijsbergsla met dressing en twee stukken meloen en schouder- of achterham te bestaan. Volgens mij hoort dit Parmaham of serranoham te zijn. Deze combi smaakt niet lekker, en is niet zoals de beschrijving op de menukaart weergeeft. Hoop dat dit aangepast wordt. Dan bestel ik zeker nog eens.

Rot bedrijf. Je word niet respectvol behandeld. Meerdere producten werden niet bezorgd. En als je belt doen ze er niks aan.

Very bad food, food was spoiled... pizza was clammy and dirty, pasta with cheese sauce smelled like it had been in the fridge for too long and it gave off a putrid smell, but they decided to heat it up and serve it instead of throwing it away in the bin outside .

Ordered from Cleopatra for the last time tonight. In the summer we ate in the restaurant, dishes without salad and sandwich (it was on the menu), after asking we received 1 sandwich (for 2 dishes) but this was not very pleasant. It can happen of course, everyone has a bad mood sometimes. Later I ordered food and there was a piece of metal in the shawarma. I called about it and got an apology.... It can happen. Ordered again tonight, 3 dishes. Again no salad and no sandwiches (only meat and fries) but we spent more than 30 euros. For us it ends here now.

Такого количества мяса не ожидали увидеть ,прекрасная выпечка( тесто) , с хрустящей корочкой,с ароматной начинкой( dominos отдыхает😂) Так вот!!! рекомендуем отведать лакомый кусочек чудесного произведения искусства 😏 P.S.доставка ракетой,приятный доставщик,добрый и ласковый,хоть мы и недостаточно знаем нидерландский язык,но с ним все было понятно и приятно общаться!!! Из 5 баллов оценка 10!!! Желаем процветания!!!

Wat een slechte tent. Eerst anderhalf uur te laat. Vervolgens een koude pizza krijgen .. 2 besteld vervolgens 1 gekregen koud !! De andere nog niet eens bezorgd... en aan de telefoon.. word je nou niet pepaald goed te woord gestaan ! Heel slecht .

Bad delivery. The delivery person arrived after 2.5 hours of waiting. The döner was tasty, but the fries were tough and dry.

I took a quick shower and when I got to my room the delivery person was just at the door. The gentleman asks if I had ordered, I say yes and he suddenly starts shouting angrily for me to come down. I told him to act normal for a while, then he left it at the door and left

Once again way too late!!!! Cold pizzas! Not as described, there is almost no sauce on it! Bad bad and even more bad!! Get over it a bit

Terribly long wait more than 2 hours. Indifferent someone on the phone when you call where it is you know what the weather is outside 😭😭😭never never order here again too expensive cold food and a long wait you order at 5 o'clock with a small child it is there for something half past eight. Really ridiculous.

On a weekday evening I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for a pizza and a shawarma sandwich. It is about a 5-minute drive, but if you first drive via Wezep, it will take you half an hour. The delivery person banged on the door about 8 times and grumpily said "order" and he was gone again. In any case, the speed was good there! The food had now become lukewarm/cold, which was not positive for the taste. By now I was so hungry that I could eat it without fear of burning my mouth, so that was a positive!

Unfortunately not a good experience with this restaurant. The food finally arrived after 1.5 hours. Still indicated that it was not a problem and could happen. Delivery person also knocked (I just have a bell?) and seemed very rushed. When I opened the bag, I couldn't believe my luck! At least the food finally arrived. Ordered a kapsalon chicken fillet and baguette with herb butter. The kapsalon with chicken was unbelievable. The chicken looked like it had been butchered 5 minutes before, and not fried. I think fries just came out of the freezer and were quickly thrown into the microwave. Then on to the baguette with herb butter. Baguettes were very tough, and the individual containers of herb butter had a layer of fat and mold that you could no longer even see what it was supposed to be. On the other hand, the drinking was good, but I don't think you can easily ruin that. Immediately after dinner we went to the toilet to let out everything that went in (1 snack of hair salon). All in all, not very good.
