Honestly, one of my favourite place in Heidelberg. So lively, so full of life. Being is just wholesome. Also, almost everything is here. It's an amazing place.

Crowded market in the evening hours... Visit before 7 30 if you want to purchase some day today stuffs.. After that you can find restaurants only.. .. Must visit the one euro shop... For reasonable price souvenirs, and other day today household items..

You can reach this place very easily by a tram or a bus, although it is loud and crowded. Besides the statue of Bismarck there is not much to see here. There is also a toilet, which is free of charge.

All in one place, restaurants, cosmetics, bakeries and a small park as well for resting

Very busy place, a transfer centre with a lot of people everywhere. You can feel a little unsafe because of that, I did at least and I had to transfer there a few times. I did not see any particular sightseeing-worth pieces there. Overall - a good transfer place.

Really one of the most important transit points in Heidelberg as it is at the entrance to the Old Town. Fairly busy, especially during rain.

Awesome place to hang out and check out the Christmas markets!!! There were some creperies that were so darn good. Warning to people like me who are ignorant of German culture: Germans sure like to go to their Christmas markets!!! If you don't want to be in a mosh pit, then go on Monday-Wednesday. Even Sunday is crowded as hell.

I was here in 2016, and it was pretty in summer, I don't know maybe because of the last 2 years of corona they cannot take care the condition of the city, quite disappointed really

For delhiwalas 😬 consider this place as mix of CP and Hauzkhas, this is the city centre of Heidelberg and one would get most of the things here from groceries to clothes to pubs & bars, eateries, banks etc.

Very cozy park with a beautiful statue of Bismarck in the middle. You won't miss it.

There is not one thing you wont be able to find nearby, there are maps and schedules for all trams and buses, theres a little shop for water and cigarettes, there is an Asian market nearby, a shop for toiletries, restaurants, clothing stores and virtually everything else.

Crowdy little area, but really useful to be around. Easy to have it as orientation point.

This is not a real park..in the actual sense..it's a place where buses and street trams meet. You can get a link to the rest of the city. There is a Post office, shopping arena and eateries,. pharmacy store, tickets agents. Toilets available. You can get a place to sit..but no playground

Bismarckplatz is a main point of transportation and connecting point in the city. With this little park behind transport stops everything there looks nice and relaxed. Good place to have a little break on the way.

I liked the feel of the shopping atmosphere. And even though I walked a good distance, I still didnt happen upon a shop or store that appealed to my taste.
