After reading their web page I was expecting a totally different experience. However, I just experienced a fast-food restaurant. Food was not great, I didn’t feel any signature flavour in their hamburgers, and fries were soft and lacking salt. The restaurant was quite messy, tables just piling up and missing some cleaning. Good point was that the meat was juicy and tasty. The concept is great but it falls short.

The burgers are tasty and healthy, but the French fries are something else, I don't know what is their recipe but they are to die. Nice price and great ambient.

The burgers are tasty but would probably need a bit more fat because the patties tend to fall apart. They would also benefit from a little bit more sauce, as they are on the dry side. The single most important thing would be to deep fry the French fries in hot oil so they get crispy and not soggy. (If you deep fry too much simultaneously, the oil cools, and you get soft chips). I think Friends & Burgers could rise from the three stars I gave them to five if they just paid attention to those small but so crucial details. To wait for 20 minutes for your food is acceptable, but fast food should be quick.

My favorite burger place in Helsinki! I re-visited friends&burgers 1 year after moving away from Helsinki. The burgers were still good but somehow I feel the patty is drier than usual. I remembered the patty was juicy and the quality of meat was great! I could taste the sweetness and the freshness of the beef. The beef is still fresh but the sweetness is gone. The burger is so good that my son who is usually picky at good finished the whole burger. My friend ordered a chicken salad. She said it’s too salty and she usually likes salty food so apparently it’s way more salty. When we were there, the buns were just out of the oven and they smelt wonderful! I really like how fresh friends and burger is and hopefully they will stay as good as they are now until the next visit.

I took the menu in the hope to get a refreshing juice or lemonade...but was only allowed to serve myself with syrup mixes like at Subway... disappointing. For 15 Euro this menu was overpriced. Service 4/5 Friendly staff but the preparation time took too long which means the management is employing too few people. Atmosphere 1/5 I expected a cosy atmosphere but inside it felt like in an overcrowded fast-food chain restaurant. Total 3.17 -> 3/5

I think one of my favourite burger places in Helsinki. All ingredients made locally and great taste. I like the simplicity and size and effort to make all the ingredients to have freshest taste possible. Fries are also excellent. Bit pricy compared to serving size but I think it's appropriate for the quality. Would be best paired with other beverage though, soda seems not fitting for the quality of other ingredients.

Visited at Aikatalo. Great place with quality fast food in the centre of Helsinki. Stuff is super friendly and professional. Superior burgers with patty from fresh minced local meat. Soft drinks are refillable. Fries are made from local unpeeled potato - probably the best I have ever tried! Meal costs around 15 eur.

Great burgers, came here twice in a short stay. The beef patties are on point. Fries are solid too. Umami was my favourite. Classic is great too. Unlimited soft drink refills if you purchase it.

The best burger I had in Helsinki. I loved the bun which has a distinct flavor and I heard it’s home made. I took chicken friends and my friend took chipotle we loved both. The chipotles are with beef and the crispy chicken is out of this world. They have different cheese for different burgers. Generous portion of fries and the drinks are included in the meal menu. Price is worth every penny! I am pleasantly surprised by the flavors outburst. I loved loved loved every bite of my meal. The proportion of the filling with the bun the crispiness of the chicken, the choice of cheese to complement the taste! Out of this world!

My guest experience here was alright. I ordered the vegan burger meal and was well pleased with the burger and fries. The burger was savory with a kick of spice. I also ordered a strawberry milkshake with I am quite displeased with. My glass was halfway filled with suds and the presentation compared to my partners chocolate milkshake was very different. The milkshake that I received was also warm and not cold at all. I’m honestly without offended that it was even served to me. Other than my milkshake order the food is indeed good.

Same vibes with the fries, not great but not too bad. The place is nice, it’s good you can refill your drink and probably the best choice for a late dinner in the city, as everything around closes earlier - which is great if you are visiting Helsinki from abroad and are not used to their early schedule.

Friends & Brgrs is one of the best burgers you can have in Helsinki. Burgers are the core of this place and they are very tasty, tried this one also in end of 2020 and now end of 2021, perhaps the beef was slightly better back in 2020 but still a very good level. Service is overall good, relatively fast and staff is nice. The place is casual style, so don't expect table service and at this price level it's absolutely fine. In fact the price/quality ratio is very good.

I liked this place. It looks more like a fast food though than a restaurant but the burgers are better. I had the classic beef burger without fries and it was 8 euros, which is cheap for Finland. The portion was okay. So if you want a quick bite at good price this is a good place. The staff were friendly.

Finns love their burgers but this one just did not do it for me. When I go back I’d love to try a different burger place to compare local burgers. Sauce was sold separately for like 1 euro… and I’m never a fan of sauce being charged separately.
