I bought several items and the lady didn't put my keycharm but they charged me for it!!! It was 4 Euros but still. Is not fair I was on holiday and I realized only when I arrived at my hotel and I can't go back to make a formal complaint!!!

The shop has a very wide variety of really well made products and they are all visually interesting in one way or another. I purchased a range of products as souvenirs for family and friends in addition to myself. The only reason I am not awarding the store 5 stars is because it could be a little more reasonably priced. I know it is usually more expensive in the Nordic countries but these are a bit excessive, even for typical Nordic prices. Would definitely have bought more had it been a bit cheaper.

A very cozy moomin shop with a good selection, though on the pricy side.

Mä oon ihan sikapuolueellinen Muumi-kaupan suhteen, koska mieheni lempinimi on Muumipappa. Tässä kaupassa on siis kyse lähes perheyrityksestä. Nyt olin käymässä Forumissa, ja Muumikauppa oli iloinen yllätys. Katsokaa tätä tunnelmaa: sateenvarjot katossa johdattaa asiakkaan poutapilviunelmiin. Muumipeikko tervehtii oven toisella ja Hattivatit toisella puolella. Muumipappa oli tietty mukana ja sydäntä lämmitti hänen riemunsa. Ihan vähän nolottikin, kun mieheni poseerasi melkein poski Muumipeikon poskea vasten. Tilanne oli onneksi ohi aika nopeasti. Mutta: "muumeilta elämää oppia voi"; eikös se niin ole?

A lot of Moomin stuff. Moomin lovers must go. Though just a small shop, a variety of products here and there. Staff friendly, comfortable, can pay cash or credit cards. Easy to access, just inside the shipping mall Forum, that is city centre nearby the Helsinki City Centre Train Station. Moomin Stationery, Moomin Water Bottles, Moomin Mugs, Moomin Umbrella, Moomin magnetics, Moomin Colour Pens, Moomin Wallets, All Moomin....... Sometimes you may need to wait for payment...

Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of what was being sold here. Went in for a browse not expecting to buy anything but the prices were reasonable and there was a notable lack of tat. Everything was tasteful and well made, and prices very reasonable for merch. The cap I bought is holding up well! Worth a visit.

Near the bus terminal, the location is good and the staff is very kind. Goods are mostly same with the one in the airport but also have which is only sell in this store.

As mentioned in other reviews, the shop is strategically located right around amos rex and outside the shopping complex area. Although relatively small, this shop packs various Moomin merch that you can get as souvenirs to bring back home.

As a Japanese who grew up watching Moomin and being omnipresent, I had to make a pilgrimage! Plenty of Moomin knickknacks to bring home as gifts. I got myself a mug and a water bottle plus Moomin branded coffee beans and tea strainer as gifts. Staff was helpful. I was hoping to stop by the cafe too but sadly found out it shut down few yrs ago....

As a international tourist who don't speak Finnish, the shop is very easy to find because it is located near the central station. I would say the shop is small-scale shop, but there are a variety of moomin products such as kitchen products, stationery and backpack (shopping bags).

A nice shop for your moomin needs :) There is another moomin shop inside the mall across the street, but this one has a bit more books and other things.

This Moomin shop is located far more better than the Moomin shop in the Forum Shopping Center. Products are almost the same I think, but it's calm and nice.

I really liked this shop. Compared to the Moomin shop in Forum centre, there were significantly fewer people there. And the things sold there were pretty much the same.

Great place in Helsinki. Massive stock. Everything lovely. Fin, Chinese, English books, tax free till above 40€, friendly staff... only prices are little expensive

Beautifully decorated shop. Prices were a little bit higher generally than in the Moomin shop in the Forum Mall, but it was nice to look.

Much nicer, bigger and more variety than the other Moomin shop in the mall. Still quite expensive though (but the souvenirs are just too cute!)

If you love Moomins, this is the shop! It is a little small, and doesn't have everything (I found some different things in the various airport duty-free and shops) but the staff was helpful and there was a huge range of Moomin stuff including more of the home decor type of item and other practical gifts.

If you like Moomin then good place to buy related items. Some offers,but I feel like shop mainly for tourists.

Expected but a bit pricey (not crazy though). It seems they often have sales on some products !
