Sain käsittämättömän ynseää ja aggressiivista palvelua myymäläpäälliköltä, kun tiedustelin Espritin käytännöstä tilanteessani jossa ostamani talvitakin neppari oli irronnut kriittisessä kohdassa eikä takki pysy kiinni. Lopulta hän vastahakoisesti lupasi selvittää vaihtoehdot ja ottaa yhteyttä. Tämä tapahtui noin kuukausi sitten. Mitään yhteydenottoa ei tapahtunut.

Aivan mielettömän palveluystävällinen henkilökunta. Myyjä haki varastosta tuotteen, jota ei enää ollut myymälässä ja se oli juuri sellainen, mitä olin etsinyt ympäri Helsinkiä. Suuret kiitokset henkilökunnalle ihanasta palvelusta 25.2.2022.
