Great value on the lunch menu. Various lunch menu to choose from. This restaurant has a dining area inside and outside. And also bar area as well. Great atmosphere. Maybe I would try dinner time next. ... I didn't give 5 stars just because the silverware n napkins are dirty... I have to wipe them clean to use it. But other than that, great place. My husband has a memory with our son taking his father lunch, had a great time. That's cherry on top.

UPDATE: We came back to try the dinner/steak and seafood menu. We were impressed. The zucchini was tender, the pretzel bites were soft and warm, and the calamari was perfect. The steak is TOTALLY WORTH IT. I see a lot of power lunches and dinners happening here in the future.. Always loved Claim Jumper. I had no idea they were much more upscale now, they have a separate (and much MUCH PRICIER) menu. You can now enjoy ultra premium steak and seafood here, on par with the likes of Ruth’s Chris or Morton’s. The decor is now a sort of upscale cowboy theme. Big comfy booths and chairs awash in leather like vinyl, and heavy wooden beams throughout. Trust me it’s soothing and nice. We came for lunch, so we got a salad and sandwich. Service was great and the food came out relatively fast. The food is excellent and we have decided to come back and try the aforementioned steak and seafood menu. Can’t wait!

This Claim Jumper is not part of the Landry’s Family Club but does have another rewards club supporting this Claim Jumper. The service is good and the food was good as well. We upgraded the fries for steak fries for an additional dollar or so but so worth it. We’re not fan of shoestring fries, at all!

Had dinner here with my Dad recently. Everything was delicious and the staff was friendly. Very good customer service! I wish I would've taken a picture of the awesome cheesecake I had as well! That Lorna Dune Crust was Yummy 😋

Nothing like the last visit. The lobster mac n cheese was on the dry side and my petite filet was also dry and it didn't come to the table sizzling like last time. My wifes fish n chips was also over cooked. They were kind enough to do her fries over. Grilled shrimp was delicious just not hot enough. I think they forgot our food at the pass. The cocktails were good, service subpar as the waitress forgot a things at times.

Best service in a long time! The server was very very friendly. I think that’s what people is looking for when they go to a restaurant more than just food, is the experience. You go to be treated well. So this was the case. The food was amazing as always and the server really was good. You can tell when someone is happy and loves his job. People like this makes the difference.

Nice menu. Expensive steaks, funny they are on a separate menu. My app was tiny for the price. Food was tasty and friendly service. I’d go back.

First time here tried the Lobster Mac n Cheese and it was very tasteful 😋. The waitress said it was the newest item on the menu. The customer service was great and the atmosphere was relaxing, comfortable and quiet. Will definitely return 👍🏽 👌🏽.

Went for lunch and was not dissapointed. Our server was great, and food was delicious. I was debating on the drink and I got the basil margarita and it was a little too thick for my liking. My sister got the spicy one and that one was great!

Very happily surprised at our old favorite pulling itself out of the dumps with this covid thing. You have to phone ahead and make a reservation but , after a short lecture(hostess stand could still work on their people skills) they were happy to seat us at a decent booth. The food was not only good but an upgrade from the original! Admittedly, we only had one entree, the grilled shrimp, but it was a vast improvement over the shrimp on a skewer that came on a bed of boring rice and forgettable side dishes. Tasty! Side of roasted veggies were AWESOME and one of the best BAKED POTATOES we've ever had in any restaurant anywhere! No doubt the kitchen manager has lifted the dismal standards of the past summer. The only disappointment was the bar/wine choice: none of the chardonnay was available but the house wine and it seemed like the bar menu was kind of lacking. If your servers are somewhat confused about it, you will be too. But it was a very good house chardonnay and I got to save some money too. The takeaway here is there seems to be hope for our old favorite "Claim Jumpers": the kitchen has got it act together, even if the other departments have to catch up. Go there, go there now!

I ordered the impossible Burger . It's actually very delicious. You can even tell the difference between a regular meat and this delicious impossible burger it goes really good with the Arnold Palmer.

We had a nice dinner here. We were greeted immediately, including a welcoming smile. We ordered spinach artichoke dip, which was good, but we were surprised by the stuck together tortilla chips. One clump was about 6 pieces, turned into one big thick one. The calamari was okay. The fish tacos was good. I ordered the BBQ Chicken Salad, which was good, but I question the thought behind putting two butter socked pieces of white bread on the salad plate. The service was good. Our waiter was polite and professional.

We decided to go there for lunch. We ordered sandwiches with a side of clam chowder soup. The soup was absolutely delicious! And the sandwiches were so flavorful and packed that we couldn't finish them. They're a little pricey, but worth it. Oh, anf the service was also great! Highly recommended!

Normally the food and service are really good here. We have gone every year for the last 4 years for New Years Eve dinner and sat in bar area and service and food have been good. This time we went for our anniversay and what a disaster, service started good then we got our meals. My wife got my steak and it was under cooked. I got her steak over cooked. The waiter sent them back and they came out wrong again. The manager came over, we explained and she said she would get it correct asap. Took just a bit, when we got our meals they looked just like before, the manager rechecked and said they were correct, however my wife sent hers back 2 more times because it was still to rare. It finally came back but now was well done...not medium well. Mine was still to rare but I was able to eat it. The waiter did bring us a free dessert since we had told him it was our anniversary but that was not why we gave him the info. We then got thr bill and it said we sent back meals because we didn't like them, however the meals will the exact same as the ones we didn't like. We paid and got ready to leave and my wife stopped at front desk to see if she could speak to someone else and the hostess said she could get the manager who had already seen my wife at counter and seemed to hide eyes from here and hide. Not sure at this point if we would go back. Previous dinner nights out have been good. May have just been an off night, but it was a Tuesday, not very busy

Great food and great service. We had the ribeye and New York strip steaks with twice baked potatoes. Everything we had was cooked just right and tasted great. The waitress was very outgoing and fun to talk with. Chill atmosphere and I would definitely go back.

We went in for an early Saturday dinner. It wasn't too busy. We were seated quickly. Food came quickly and was great. Best tri tip I've had. It was seasoned well, vegetables were cooked well and fries were crispy. My Husband and I split the meal and it was enough for both of us.

Overall good experience, service was great, the lemon pepper fried zucchini was super good we enjoyed every piece. I forget what salad I ate was very tasty but the lettuce seemed old was discolored and wilted, my sister barely ate her salad due to the lettuce.

Always a pretty nice experience at this locations. For those who don't know what a claim jumper is, it's basically the best "cheap" steakhouse. It's better than Logan's or a Texas roadhouse but not Ruth's Chris or a Mortons. The price is accordingly in between those groups. This one is pretty darn good, better than some other locations I've been to. The steaks are solid and the ribs are great for Vegas. The pasta dishes aren't bad but every time I go an someone orders pasta they always stare at someone else's steak and it's obvious they should have gotten that.

This is one of our favorite spots to enjoy a family dinner together. With generous portions and great tasting food, it makes for a perfect dinner spot to feed hungry little mouths. The ambiance is warm and inviting and the staff is always friendly and happy to accommodate whatever we need. Food comes out quickly and always to spec. Definitely one of my go to places when I don't feel like cooking at home.

Lovely location in Henderson, NV. It was late afternoon so it wasn't busy and it was so enjoyable. I had the spinach dip & chips and BBQ chicken pizza: both were wonderfully flavorful. My husband had clam chowder and fish & chips. Both of these were delicious also. The fish was amazing; not greasy at all. Service was excellent. We spent about $30 each. We will be returning.

Ate here earlier this evening with family. Waited for 15 mins for our drink’s to be brought to the table. We ordered the bonanza appetizer platter plus the pretzel 🥨 poppers bites to munch on. The entree I had was the bacon 🥓 Mac & cheese 🧀 burger. With a side of coleslaw. It was delicious 😋. Attentive service with an incredible atmosphere. Will be coming back here for sure!!!!!!

This restaurant has really good options. I had the chicken pot pie with a side of rice, recommended by my waiter. It was really good and filling. I only was able to eat half of it. For dessert, I ordered the Carmel Pecan Butter Cake, topped with Ice cream. It was really good but also filling, I only was able to eat half, therefore it is a great option to share.

I have been to thus location one other time but on that visit it was a peak time and weekend so, I did not want to judge on that visit even though the service was poor, went this last Saturday at 1pm. It was not busy, and there was plenty of wait staff around but unfortunately the service was really poor, in my party there were 4 adults, the server took a very long time to come take our drink order, the problem was we could not get the waiter to bring thing, I asked for paper napkins when we ordered drinks and had to ask 3 other times because he kept forgetting eventually I got some mid way thru dinner after I asked another waiter and when the napkins came they were tiny bar napkins, another thing that was off is 2 of our party asked for A1 when we ordered the food and again had 2 remind him 2 other times and and finally we got some mid way through eating and it was one little cup at this point no point in asking anymore. We had ordered an appetizers platter and it was good but the waiter never offered to remove the small plates or the big platter and condiments even though the table was crowded with our entrées, and of course refills were never offered we got refills by letting other wait staff know we wanted and needed refills, at the end we were supposed to get a Birthday desert that we had asked for when we ordered but of course the waiter forgot so we had to remind him and finally got it after we had paid. I like the food here but the service is disappointing considering the price point.

This place is really close to my house, so it's convenient for me to get to. Great atmosphere, feels very nice. Food is good - very heavy, comfort food vibes. Big portions - I always have leftovers. Highly recommend the fried zucchini and spinach artichoke dip appetizers which are on their happy hour menu. Service has been great every time I've gone.

My husband and I went out for date night and it was wonderful. The food was delicious and the wait staff was very friendly and professional. We had the pick 3 combo and a bowl of Clam chowder and for dessert we had a piece of chocolate mother and carrot cake.

We came in just before the dinner rush. We were offered a booth in the bar but preferred a booth in the dining room. The hostess happily granted our request but let us know that she has just sat another table and our server might be a bit busy. You would never know if she was. Danielle’s service was on point!! And her fellow coworkers picked up the slack when she may have gotten a bit busier than expected. I have not been impressed with service in general in the last couple years, but dinner tonight was more enjoyable than ever!! Thank you Danielle, your coworkers and the Claim Jummper for a relaxing and delicious dinner out!!

We are from out of town. Decided to drop in for lunch. We were greeted by a very rude and unhappy hostess. She was complaining bout being short handed and very meanly explained she'd be with us shortly. Once we were brought to our tables, she threw the menu's down and ran off. I asked our waiter if we could be sat altogether. We are a family of 5. Again, from out of town. Was not aware of the law being 4 per table. Yet, no one could explain this. A manager then approached us and explained. I thanked him. We just were not aware. The waiter calmed the situation and was actually very very good to us. He went above and beyond. The food was great. Dylan was amazing! The hostess was disgusting and may need alot of training with customer service.

Great overall restaurant for lunch. Been here 20+ times in last year. Even with Sisolac's craziness this place is one solid establishment that while dining it gives you a break from how current even are & you have a chance to just Enjoy!👍

Close to home. Havent been there for awhile but stopped for a quick dinner. Meatloaf sandwich was great. They now have a steakhouse menu. Usually avoid ordering a steak at someplace that is not known for that but might give it a try sometime.

  • 2/5 William G. 3 years ago on Google
Not what it once was. Tortilla soup was grainy and more of a sauce rather than soup. Fries were "floppy" and oily. Fish was more coating than fish. Club sandwich was excellent. I would go other places before returning to CJs

  • 2/5 Jonathan D. 3 years ago on Google
I was surprised to find out they only had baked chicken, mashed potatoes, and veggie, or salad. I have many fond memories coming here before becoming gluten intolerant so I was disappointed. The chicken tasted very dry and dehydrated. 😥. The mashed potatoes were the highlight of the meal. The veggies were ok. Our server was hardly around, forgot things ordered like drinks or food. My service dog was distracted by all the food left on the floor. This is my experience and I was disappointed in the food, service, and cleanliness of this restaurant/chain. I will not be coming back.

  • 2/5 Tyria Scott - V. 3 years ago on Google
I was told great things about this place was very disappointed. My food was just ok, had some very cold mashed potatoes. The service definitely could have been better but she was ok guess. For the price point I thought I would get great food and service. Definitely won't be back! Giving it 2 stars is because we had a reservation for 12 but ended up with more people and they were very nice and help us solve that problem.

Slow service and that's with only 25% capacity. We didn't get our food for over 40 minutes and then it was over cooked. Probably from being under a heat lamp for too long. Never going back.

Worst experience ever not what I remembered Claim jumper was. First ordered country fried steak ,received two rectangular pieces of factory breaded steak ? That I could have picked up at local grocery store frozen foods section .and to top off the experience I got sick with stomach cramps and diarrhea all the next day . Do not believe the pictures posted on website menu. Will not ever consider again for take out or dine in ....Terrible !!!!!

Usually this place is great, this time server was quite slow, in Taking our order, getting our drinks, and then when food was delivered did not check on is until we were almost finished eating, as I did want to request other items to go with dinner, this place seemed to have gone down hill the last few visits, not sure we'll be returning.

One of my favorite places for dinner. Nice cozy decor that invites you in to a woodsy, rustic environment. Love the soft low lit glow and the food is delish! Full menu with lots of creativity in its choices. All the dishes I have ordered meet all my expectations and satisfy my pallette every time. Great staff who really go out of their ways to make you feep special.

Steak was cold, tough, flavorless, and had a LOT of fat on it. The Mac and cheese was good, but nothing to call home about. The best part of my meal was the baked potato. It had cheese on the inside and was warm. Beer was cheap, The waiter was great!
