This was one of the best dining experiences we have had in a long time. The food was very good and what you would expect from an Outback. What was outstanding was the service. From the first greeting to the amazing waitress who truly loves her job to the friendly and engaging bus boy. Seriously, the best service we have experienced anywhere. Bravo!

Met two close friends lunch this afternoon. Wait staff was very courteous and checked back with us often. The filet was tender and cooked medium just as I had asked. Enjoyed the food and company.

The service was excellent! The food was delicious. By the time my food came out I was full. My son said his steak was perfect!

The food was excellent overall but the best part in my opinion was the service. Jon (or John) was our server and he was excellent! Top notch at getting everything we needed or more. He was quick to get our food and anything else like refills fast. He was very professional too. Thanks for the great service.

The host was a little stand-offish. Food portion sizes definitely dropped from pre-covid. Food was decent, ribs were fall off bone as usual 😋. Our server was amazing. Very kind lady.

Really great food. I love Outback and been several times. They have a nice little lunch menu and a friendly atmosphere. It was a quiet lunch. Not a very busy location if you want to be able to have a conversation with friends. I’m guessing lunch service is quieter during the weekdays. I went on a Friday lunch when they first opened. It may be busier later in lunch. I got the 5oz sirloin with steamed broccoli. I had a few onion petals too. Oh and those button mushrooms are just amazing. Steak was cooked perfectly to a medium well. Overall just a perfect amount of food. You can order any part of the menu, I chose to stay with lunch. It was a perfect amount of food for me. My server was helpful and nice. Food came out quickly but paced well. Great experience for lunch.

I do not recommend appetizers... The main course with the two sides are more than enough for the regular eater... But if you're craving more you can't go wrong with the wheat 🍞 bread and appetizers..

Food was so good and staff was super friendly and so welcoming. Our server was also just as attentive. I usually get iffy about eating steak somewhere else especially since I only like the way I cook it, but I didn't have to season at all. Everything was perfect as is and we didn't have to wait forever for our food. Good location, hopefully all locations are like this.

Great food! So much fun! Awesome staff! The appetizers didn't disappoint, the drinks came regularly, the entrees were cooked to perfection, and the desserts were to die for! I do suggest calling ahead and making reservations for weekend dinners bc if we didn't, we would have been stuck in the waiting area (inside or outside) for quite some time bc there were so many ppl coming in to eat.

I was hungry for steak and so we went to outback and I had a sirloin steak and it was delicious and I saved every piece of it that I didn't eat and I brought home with me but it was very good and so was there salad

I was treated for my birthday with three of my friends. We had a great time. The food was very good. Our server was attentive, pleasant and knowledgeable. The manager of the restaurant came over to say Hello and to make sure we were happy. All in all, it was a great experience. I will be coming back.

Our server Michele gave us superb service. My wife and I had filets with whipped potatoes and asparagus. Our steaks could have been cut with a fork and were cooked exactly to our liking. Our son had the prime rib and some kind of baked potato/cheese soup. He enjoyed his as well. He and I had tall beers and my wife had a soft drink. Total excluding tip was $125. Bargain for such a great dining experience.

Haven't been to one in ages. Took the opportunity as I had completed my work for the week. Had the small steak and shrimp combo with potato and broccoli, with potato soup for starters. Really nice combo, and not too terribly expensive. Couldn't do this every day unless on expenses.The steak was warm right through as were the shrimp and broccoli. The potato could have done with a bit more heat, but was quite warm.The overall cleanliness if the bar area was really good. Staff were attentive and polite but not overbearing. I don't like it when staff place the bill down and say "no rush" while I am still eating. This restaurant did not do that. So lots of points for you guys. I will definitely drop by next time I'm in town.

I made my reservation the day before and received the confirmation text for my 7pm reservation. When my husband and I arrive the person at the desk couldn't find my reservation. She said it was a different name in my time slot. She asked to see my confirmation text and still couldn't find my reservation. She proceeded to tell us that they were at capacity and we would have to wait to be seated. She didn't know how long this would be because tables would have to be cleaned. No one checked to see if there was a table that needed to be cleaned. I couldn't understand why that was because there was 3 other employees standing there with the young lady that was helping us. You would think that one of them would take the initiative to correct the problem. It was 7:10 by now and there was other people already waiting outside to be seated. We decided to leave.

Always good! No waiting at 1pm on Tuesday. Waitress was prompt and food was perfectly prepared. Awesome. I had the sirloin steak, broccoli and baked sweet potato. I love the fresh baked bread to nibble on while waiting for the meal.

I ordered the seared Ahi Tuna and fried coconut shrimp and they weren't bad. Big portions and I didn't get any stomach ache. I thought the orange marmalade dipping sauce was interesting...

My first impression was the atmosphere, the greetings, and the service. The food that we ordered was so good the size of the servings is just right for one person. The service is great they check/follow up with you on how their guest doing...two thumbs up for that! We will come here again for a different type of food. If you're looking for the best steak this is the place to eat. I highly recommend Outback Steakhouse to my family and friends at this location in Sunset, Henderson. Of course, we enjoy our evening dinner😊

Steaks were cooked to perfection and seasoned well. The stemmed broccoli tasted great and the portions were more than adequate. Unfortunately, the lobster tail was extremely overcooked and heavily salted. Our server, Justin was phenomenal and did a great job. He truly understands the importance of good customer service. He was very professional and exhibited wonderful demeanor. He is a fine representative for the outback brand and someone that management and corporate should be very proud of.

This is such an amazing place to dine. The manager came to every table and asked if everything was alright. Of course it was. The waitress Michelle was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back, can't wait. We've never been to a restaurant before where the manager came out to talk to the guests. This was awesome, thank you!!!💜💜💜

The 5 stars are strictly for Bobby. He made our horrible experience with the server a whole lot better. The server was rude and incompetent. She brought cold food, her fingers went into my salad, which I asked not to be removed from the table, she only asked 2 of the 4 of us for a dessert order. But again Bobby made it right. He corrected the food mistakes and apologizedfor the bad dining experience. The server never once even told us her name. Even after we told her we were visiting from Atlanta.

It had been 18 yrs since our first visit to Outback Steakhouse. The first visit was a lunch menu & hubby & I weren't impressed but this time we went for dinner & the dinner menu had many great options. I was loving my food - 13 oz ribeye with blue cheese wedge salad & fries. Enjoyed the bloomin onion. Hubby got the 18 oz rib eye with a loaded potato- Yumm.

Hear me out and please forgive me, I've always thought Outback was going to be corny based on the commercials so I never even gave it a thought to try. I couldn't have been more wrong. We got the char grilled bone-in ribeye and when I tell you this was the best god damn ribeye or any steak I've ever had in my entire life you better believe it. I've never had a steak with the texture of 1° before melting stick of butter before but this was it, the fat just vanishes and the meat melts like jello. 11/10 Potato soup was good, fairly standard maybe a little bland but just add salt and pepper to taste and it's a great side. 6/10 Baked potato was great, super fluffy insides. Hard to go wrong there. 8/10 Steamed Broccoli actually picked up some of the steak juices and seasoned it pretty good according to my girlfriend, other than that it's just steamed broccoli. 6/10 Bloomin' onion, my first try. Really enjoyed this but needs to be eaten quick before getting soggy. 8/10 I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a awesome steak with solid sides. It's seriously good and we've still been talking about how amazing the steak was on a daily basis since we've been there. Truly and honestly the most tender steak I've ever had.

Wonderful atmosphere nice lighting and services wonderful the boots are comfortable the service was amazing and the food was delicious I had the Outback hamburger and it was delicious especially with A1 sauce

They were very attentive to helping us with our son's food allergy. The manager even reviewed the ingredients in everything he ate to be sure he would be OK. And they were kind about it, which is rare. Greatly appreciated on all levels!

I only give this place one Star so I could leave a review. Our greeter was very unfriendly. Definitely need a refresher course on Customer Service. Waitress should focus on her job and not talking to Coworkers. We had to get up twice to ask another Waitress for a refill of our Sodas. I had to send back my Steak, because the Cook did not know thr difference between Medium rare an Well done. I know Outback can do way better. Maybe the Manager should care more about the Customers and not jusy his Paycheck.

Love the food, never disappointed with Outback food. But the parkinglot is a disaster. Way way cramped, hard to get in and out of. Its no wonder I see a fender bender almost every time we go for a pick up order.

Place was very clean. They leave every other table empty for covid. They have hand sanitizer at the door. Service was good. Drinks, soup and lobster were great. We asked for our steaks medium well and they were a little overcooked. My T-bone was not too bad but my wife's filet was dry. We've been there (same location) before and it was great.

Amazing food. My bone in rib eye was huge, rare (the way I like) and seasoned great. My wife got the filet mignon with lobster tail. She says whomever the cook is, he is definitely working at the wrong place it is that good! Manager was nice and checked on us too. Great place.

Hey Friends, Out Back was very good. Kent was our waiter, he was awesome. I had chicken and shrimp pasta, a bit spicy but they can dial it down for you if you ask, i would have it again. There was no wait to get in, that's always a plus during these times. Go and enjoy.

We ordered one bone-in steak medium rare to share and got a burnt steak well done. We also ordered the same to go. When I told the Manager I wanted to make sure the to-go steak wasn't burnt as the first one he took off $15. The meal was $32 and change. When we got home and I got to cut into the steak I saw the steak, or the cow, was still mooing. Blood raw. Definitely won't come back. When restaurants have a hard time staying open with Covid situation, we like to support them the best we can. So many restaurants are closing and this is the restaurants that are still open show such gratefulness. They deserve to be closed with how they disrespect food. The server should never have served the food to us when it was obvious a charcoal steak. Really, really bad.

For being a steak house, the food is not at all anything to rave about. The salads are o.k. but can be better. For the pricing its not all that.

The server always stuffs my olives with Bleu cheese for my martini and they never rush us. The food is always good. I moved from Vegas and still went back during covid. They are handling it very well. Great job. 👍

So good and hearty, it was almost a meal in itself. I highly recommend it.

First time out in about a year and first time to outback in 5 or more years....highly satisfied. Even during covid cdc restrictions we had 0 wait time. Once we entered there were 2 hostesses who greeting us warmly. A small walk through the restaurant i noticed it was extremely clean. After seated, we were greeted by our waitress Stephanie for our lunch experience. She was my favorite part of the experience. From her conversation to her knowledge of the menu, Stephanie was amazing. I asked for her suggestion for my meal, and i was highly delighted she nailed it for me. The food: I ordered a traditional tea which tasted freshly brewed. My wife chose a cola. We chose the bloomin onion for the Appetizer. The main sauce is a very soft spice of horseradish. Although the onion itself did taste as if it was fried in older grease, it was still good. My wife ordered the Fillet Mignon (medium rare) with a side of loaded baked potato and mac n cheese. Her steak was done to absolute perfection both seasoning and sear. The mac n cheese tasted like a 5 star restaurant mac n cheese. It is hard to explain the flavor but, i suggest trying it. I ordered the Ribeye (medium rare) and stephanie surprised me with sides of baked sweet potato and creamy spinach. I HAVE to start with the spinach. It was so amazing it brought back memories of my great grandmother from Romania who would always make this for us. My Ribeye was seasoned and seared to absolute perfection. The baked Sweet potato was great as well. Lastly, at first the prices may open your eyes, however once you see the portion sizes you will stunned. The side of mac n cheese and creamy spinach was a full meal by themselves. The bloomin onion was nearly the size my my entire head. And the steaks were right on par with their advertised sizes. So my final analysis, i rate my experience a 9/10...if the onion tasted a little better from the grease it would be an easy 10.... Thanks to the staff and management for keeping high standards and treating the guests like you want us to come back. Lol

We have supported you and other Henderson businesses in 2020 and ordered NYE dinner 4 hours ahead of wanted delivery because we are shut in for 10 days and you canceled less than 10 minutes before scheduled delivery time of 6:30PM?? Not good Outback. You really suck.
