First
time
out
in
about
a
year
and
first
time
to
outback
in
5
or
more
years....highly
satisfied.
Even
during
covid
cdc
restrictions
we
had
0
wait
time.
Once
we
entered
there
were
2
hostesses
who
greeting
us
warmly.
A
small
walk
through
the
restaurant
i
noticed
it
was
extremely
clean.
After
seated,
we
were
greeted
by
our
waitress
Stephanie
for
our
lunch
experience.
She
was
my
favorite
part
of
the
experience.
From
her
conversation
to
her
knowledge
of
the
menu,
Stephanie
was
amazing.
I
asked
for
her
suggestion
for
my
meal,
and
i
was
highly
delighted
she
nailed
it
for
me.
The
food:
I
ordered
a
traditional
tea
which
tasted
freshly
brewed.
My
wife
chose
a
cola.
We
chose
the
bloomin
onion
for
the
Appetizer.
The
main
sauce
is
a
very
soft
spice
of
horseradish.
Although
the
onion
itself
did
taste
as
if
it
was
fried
in
older
grease,
it
was
still
good.
My
wife
ordered
the
Fillet
Mignon
(medium
rare)
with
a
side
of
loaded
baked
potato
and
mac
n
cheese.
Her
steak
was
done
to
absolute
perfection
both
seasoning
and
sear.
The
mac
n
cheese
tasted
like
a
5
star
restaurant
mac
n
cheese.
It
is
hard
to
explain
the
flavor
but,
i
suggest
trying
it.
I
ordered
the
Ribeye
(medium
rare)
and
stephanie
surprised
me
with
sides
of
baked
sweet
potato
and
creamy
spinach.
I
HAVE
to
start
with
the
spinach.
It
was
so
amazing
it
brought
back
memories
of
my
great
grandmother
from
Romania
who
would
always
make
this
for
us.
My
Ribeye
was
seasoned
and
seared
to
absolute
perfection.
The
baked
Sweet
potato
was
great
as
well.
Lastly,
at
first
the
prices
may
open
your
eyes,
however
once
you
see
the
portion
sizes
you
will
stunned.
The
side
of
mac
n
cheese
and
creamy
spinach
was
a
full
meal
by
themselves.
The
bloomin
onion
was
nearly
the
size
my
my
entire
head.
And
the
steaks
were
right
on
par
with
their
advertised
sizes.
So
my
final
analysis,
i
rate
my
experience
a
9/10...if
the
onion
tasted
a
little
better
from
the
grease
it
would
be
an
easy
10....
Thanks

staff
and
management
for
keeping
high
standards
and
treating
the
guests
like
you
want
us
to
come
back.
