Lovely place, farm and feeding lambs was great and the cafe by the adventure playground is an absolute must. The cafe made the whole visit you definitely need to go there amazing food and amazing selection and reasonably priced too. I would give 5 stars but paying for parking (£4.80) and having to pay to go in the playground then having to pay to enter the farm just seems a bit excessive

Went for the Farm Trail and the Lamb Bottle-Feeding. It was absolutely lovely, I have visited the park many times as a child, and decided to go back many years later. As an adult, it was so much fun to feed the animals, learn about them and have the experience of feeding adorable lambs! The wonderful lady, Natalie, who was supervising the lamb-feeding experience, was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, she really helped make a trip down memory lane all the more amazing. While the farm is extremely family-friendly, those adults that wish to interact with animals and learn about them are also warmly welcomed. Very happy with my experience, and will be recommending it to all my friends! I'll come back again soon!

Great park. Nice to walk around and if you are with kids there’s also a farm there. Entry applies and around £6 per person. Quite a decent size farm with activities for kids and of course feeding animals. Outside nice trails around the reservoir.

Excellent location for days out or camping. A large beautiful reservoir with ducks to feed, on-site farm, parking, cafe, kids adventure park, trampoline park, snack shop. We camped here numerous times over the 2022 summer - it’s perfect for families and kids. Excellent wash and toilet facilities, ok showers. Camping has multiple large fields, one in open area, another with large trees shading - ideal in blistering weather. I’ve spent many a weekend or evening here through summer, just visiting to feed the ducks and explore with the kids. The farm and extra areas are charged separately, farm is a tad expensive in my opinion. Farm was decent, with some interactive and play areas, short tour bus that goes around farm. Peacock, cows, pigs, llamas, birds, goats, horses, the usual, you can buy feed also. Truly a great area within short distance of central London. Some lovely pubs not far away.

Great little day out, turned up here off the cuff. Held rabbits, chickens, land snails 🐌, lovely day out to take kids, or just adults. We took a picnic, brought some freshly laid eggs 🥚, laid on the day. Perfect family day out. Would highly recommend visiting here if you haven't already. Entrance is £6.95 ,and an additional charge of £4.50 to have hands on with some animals. Also you can purchase food to feed the animals for £3.00 a bag .

Aldenham country park. We went here and as a first timer we didn’t know what to expect. The park is 30mins. Drive from London which is not far for a day out £4.50 for the whole day parking, which is good price. £7.50 each if you’re kiddos what to go see the animals inside the farm and if you like to feed them (animals) you’ll pay extra. There’s a nice café and ice cream shop. The toilets are separate from the shops with wheelchair user access. There is a play area for little ones and a trampoline that kids will enjoy if they’re are bored with play the play ground. Lots of benches and tables for a picnic area which is convenient. If you like to walk for an exercise or exploring the area, they have a path through the forest. Don’t forget they have a lake nearby that you can explore. Watch the ducks and feed them. The rest I will leave it to you to find out. My son said He enjoyed it and it’s one of his favourite place.

Beautiful place. Wonderful experience. My frustration is it is so near to us and we didn't know about it. We come to ISKCON so often and yet missed it somehow despite seeing the sign.. Anyway went for it today. Great place. A big lake which is a sight in itself. You can have a walk in the woods all around the lake. It should be around 4-5 Kms or more. Path was nice and clean even though it was in the woods. A great farm and kids playground. They give coloured packets for feeding different animals. The animal area has clear feeding sign to let you know which color packet to use. Toilet facilities available and they are clean. I noticed someone coming to maintain it. Open parking lots means less space crunch and scratches.(£4.50). See attached photos. Adding a few videos of the path in the woods around the lake. Memberships are available too.

Lovely to walk around the lake . The farm is very good for kids and not crowded. Parking expensive at £4.50 for 3 hours, but there is nowhere else nearby to park. Nice cafe - Rhubarb - on site with home cooked cakes etc.

A short first visit a few weeks ago to check it was still there! Today I did a longer visit. Very good. Walked all around the reservoir. Good path. Lovely animal centre.

Amazing family day out with so much to do, the walks are really good even with a buggy, so much to see and really well kept. The park is great and am amazing little eatery provides everything for everyone, the 100 acre wood is so cool and so much effort has been put in to make it feel so real

Pros Easy to navigate once inside (clearly signposted). Polite lady on entry. Complimentary farm activity book for children with crayons. Lots of hand washing reminders. Free indoor bouncy castle play. Picnic area outside the farm (good for warm days only). Free tractor play area Cons Expensive day out (but I understand that’s personal choice) Not enough animals out. I can understand the reason why (foxes) but perhaps letting visitors know beforehand i.e on website would be good. Lack of baby changing facilities. Limited food options on site (bring your own is best). No benches or resting areas within the farm. Young children or disabled persons need assistance to view some animals as viewing platforms are only 5ft+ friendly. Expensive parking.

This 3 stars for car parking payment. We came for pumpkin picking activities. We paid £7.5 each person and more £ for others activities such as pumping carving, trampoline, gulf and etc. that okey. But why we paid for parking??? Because farm is not in city crane you should go there with car. Why we paid £4.5 for parking??? Additional information, pumpkin picking area is very small . Farm has not enough activities for kids

Wonderful Farm. Plenty of parking and really well layed out. Could be more places to eat as wait times were a little long with young children but guessing it's due to covid so no way does this effect the five stars. Truly magical day of, from seeing pigs and sheep to walking around the 100 acre wood. Love this place. Definitely will come again.

Aldenham Park offers a tranquil (though sadly not with our kids) walk along a beautiful forest path. The route makes a circle around a (privately owned) reservoir and on site there are plenty of activities for different ages. There are breakout areas to build dens and jump on logs, kids playground, a farm, SEND playground. There is plenty of parking on site (£4.50) and toilets as well. We went with friends and their children and all the little ones loved running about and having fun climbing felled trees and exploring the surroundings. A brilliant place to visit to get out in nature.

Great place with live animals you can feed. The animals are very interactive and feeds from your hand. Lovely educational place for kids. The playground, and the walk around the park is also nice.

Went camping 🏕 for nights with my family at aldenham. Kids had great fun . A situation arise the first night but Andy and his team was brilliant and helped us out the best way they could to make our holiday enjoyable. Kids loved the farm feeding animals, adventure playground, trails, and the relaxing lake view. I will recommend to everyone and will definitely visit again.

Beautiful park and farm. Very well designed for a family day out, with lots of activities for children: playgrounds, Winnie the Pooh walk, sensory adventure park, nature walks, trampolining, mini golf and the farm! Everywhere accepts card payment which is great. Arrive early for lunch if you want a spot at the café!

It is a very nice place. We had great time with our 5-year-old. There are plenty of things a family can do together from long walks in the nature to camping in a tent. The only thing I would recommend is to put bins to some more spots because it is a bit annoying to walk around and carrying with you all the empty water bottles or some minor pieces of trash. Apart from it everything else was perfect. Thank you the nice weekend!

Beautiful country park to come visit with the family. Lots to do and see, perfect for taking the kids on a day out. Lots of parking available, had no issues. Alot of animals to see, highly recommend getting an orange bag of feed. Great experience for the kids. Found very little toilet facilities, hope this could be improved. Still highly recommend.

A great day out for the family. Parking £4.50 all day, plenty of space for it too. Farm £6.95 per person with feed for 3 for £5. Adventure playground £3. All avaliable to purchase online beforehand. Brand new toilets, very clean and very well maintained. Staff around the vicinity are courteous and friendly. Food from rustic rhubarb is delicious and priced ££. Has a variety of food on menu, refreshments, snacks and delicious sweet treats. Beautiful and cottage like. Outdoor area is fabulous! Very festival vibes. Adventure playground is across from this. Adventure playground- you can pay in advance or by card at the gate. SEN friendly. Has a sandpit, little noise stations, plenty to climb and swing on, secret tunnel and ornaments - 2+ Winnie the pooh trail - a wonderful bit of nostalgia. It was great finding the little homes and all the little stories to accompany it - took around a hour maybe a bit more. Very well pathed and routed. There is a beautiful vast lake. The farm has tractor rides, some animals are free roaming on fields protected by fences. There is a community project, we bought strawberries and plants from but you can buy eggs etc. There are trampolines, go karts, golf for a extra fee. Extra private areas to hire. Camping or glamping for extra. Plenty of space. Plenty of picnic spaces and tables etc. Will certainly return. Beautiful place in Hertfordshire. 100/100

Aldenham farm is always a great day out. The kids loved the Halloween Theme 🎃. We got to pick out pumpkins, they cleaned them for is and cut them open and then the kids got to take the insides out and started carving.

3rd time back at the camp site. My daughter and me love to go for a couple of nights as its not to far from London. The farm is amazing and is centered around winnie the poo. You can also feed the animal's there and prebook for petting. There is also a winnie the poo nature walk which was entertaining for the adults as well. Has lots of parking (all day £4.50) but is inculded with the camping, defiently make use of the activity passes as its worth the money. We loved making a campfire which is somthing that alot of campsites don't allow. (Also dogs are permitted) Thanks for a lovely trip!!!

Has been there for Halloween party. Great for small children plenty of animals like pigs, goats, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, ducks and many others. Is cheap and worth the experience. They have an arrangement car park which cost you £5 per day

I visited with my elderly disabled mother who loves animals. She really enjoyed hand feeding the goats and sheep. Most of the pathways are sound, although some are gravel so could be tricky for wheelchair users and people with impaired mobility. There are accessible toilets. Carers go free

Lovely place to bring the children, great location, good selection of animals the children can entertain themselves with. Beyond the farm there is a big lake and other woodland/nature areas to walk in. Lots of family fun

Lots of woodland walks around the reservoir, which was lovely on a sunny afternoon. Farm pass is definitely worth it with the very tame cute fluffy animals, and get free parking. Loved the young ferrets 😍

Great place for the kids, lots of activities. We went around Easter though, not sure if the activities are all year round. It would be nice if hot food could also be provided not just snacks, although the ice cream was nice.

This was one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. I have heard good things about the place so I took my 2 year old to play in the park and have some lunch. The small playground by the park was broken and there was nothing to do, plus the flies everywhere were horrible, the big playground (which looks great) was shut and we weren't allowed in and lunch cost us over £8 (sausage roll, crisps and a brownie) and then we were told it was £4.50 to exit (but no cards just cash unless you log onto a website and pay but you are only told this at the exit gate with cars waiting behind you). So I went into the shop and spoke to a lovely girl who explained why parking was so expensive which I get, but when nothing is open and things are broken it doesn't seem right so I spoke to the manager and he came in with such an attitude, shouted at me and told me to never come back and so I won't! I never write reviews but this man was just so horrible I don't want anyone else wasting any money. I would give it no stars if I could

Lovely place for children. We enjoyed looking for the bears and doing the treasure hunt. There are animals and a walk around Hundred Aker Wood (Winnie the Pooh). Places for hand washing and a gift shop with toys and some frozen food. We had a great afternoon, one to remember 🐖🐑🐂🐇🐓🐻

Great Farm with lots of animals to see and feed. If you visit during special events like halloween, Easter, Christmas they theme the farm with decorations. Very reasonably priced, easy to book online. Parking and small cafe on site. Pushchair friendly, small playground on site. Only downside is no baby changing facilities in the main Farm area. You will need to exit the farm and go to main toilets within car park. Plenty to do, easily could spend half a day there. Plenty of picnic facilities on site

Love taking my little one here to play and he loves feeding the animals, specially the goats, the playground its also great for the little fee of 3 pounds, it was very rainy so he actually was almost swimming in the puddles, great fun for him

Lovely spook fest and pumpkin carving here. Walkable farm. Friendly staff. Ample parking. £4 to exit parking. Not a lot of options for refreshments though, mainly biscuits.

Amazing place to take the kids, or just for the adults to unwind. Animals are amazingly looked after, and farm is amazingly maintained. All proceeds goes into running the park and care of the animals.

Nice farm, went there with my daughter, she really loved. We had a nice time. I thought the farm is small but was actually big. Lots of animals to feed. Really nice farm :)

Nice rural area with an average variety of animals including scott, birds and rodents. Oh, and if you’re a motor enthusiast there would be x2 Ferguson tractors standing on a display. The drawbacks-pricey entrance, both to the car park and farm.

A beautiful spot for a dog walk or if you have children there’s a park and a farm trail.
