I ordered from Zak's Antiquities twice. The first time I was impressed. The second, not so much. The dimensions for the roman sling bullet. Tells that this particular one was 2 inches. The one I received was not 2 inches. It was just over 1 inch in length and no where near 2 inches. Be wary about sizes. I'm still somewhat happy with it, but it was not what I was expecting based off the information provided.

Zak's is an awesome place to find unique antiques for a good price (don't forget to deal!) He knows an a lot about each piece and is willing to help you find the perfect souvenir or gift. His prices aren't outrageous like some places we visited. He will authentic the items before leaving. He seems very genuine and really took care of us.

Completely satisfied. We were referred to Zak’s business by a family friend. During our visit to Jerusalem, we stopped by his shop with intentions of “just looking.” There were so many unique pieces with such great history/stories to increase the “coolness” of their unique look and style. We purchased 9 items from Zak and he shipped them to our home in the U.S. it was obvious to me, as a “professional sales guy” myself, that Zak was interested in building a relationship and asking me to shop with him again and send him referrals. There are many shops inside the wall and the majority of them are only interested in “showing their shop”…so we could “look for free” and it was refreshing to do business with Zak. We bought several collectible pieces that will add to our home and I’m very thankful for his newfound friendship. I highly recommend!

Had the best time at Zak's antiquities! I am from the State of Georgia, USA. Zak has the best shop in Jerusalem with the best prices! He is extremely reasonable and truly wants you to enjoy a piece of history. I was given the best treatment while I was in his shop (fresh bread and fruit). I would recommend this shop to anyone who goes to Jerusalem wanting to buy ancient coins and many other rare antiques. Thank you Zak! I will definitely stop by again.

Zak has two shops directly across from each other. If you are looking for ancient coins he has a very nice selection at very fair prices. He has some already showcased in Jewellery and some loose. His souvenir shop is very nice as well. Zak is such an authentic humble person to talk with. Happy to give you directions to a place you are looking for, have your items you purchased delivered to your hotel and happy to give an opinion on ancient coins that you may have acquired elsewhere. Such a pleasant person to talk to and can completely trust. Would recommend him highly!
