Rooms were very nice but small. 1 stars are for the lack of service after my stay as was overcharged by lot of money for no apparent reason. Have been trying to work it out with them but they can’t seem to figure themselves out. Make sure to check your credit card charges after your stay. Updating now About two months later and still haven’t received what I was promised

Not a 5 star hotel. Rooms are ok but no minibar of fridge to keep water cold. It seems as the hotel has known better times. No atmosphere at rooftop bar with the small swimming pool. Great breakfast at small tables.

I was 2 nights in this hotel. It’s about 25min with taxi from the airport. The front desk-staff was friendly and gives all information you needed. I get a high floor room with city view. The room was clean and comfortable, the look was great, the bed was also comfortable! The bad was also good with amenity’s and a good size shower. In the room was also a little fridge and a coffee machine. The hotel has also a gym and a pool. The breakfast was very good with a choice from the menu and buffet with local things. The Beach is with a e-scooter about 15 min away

The staff is very kind, the breakfast is delicious and satisfying. The rooms are a bit tiny (the classic ones) but it’s totally fine and no complaints about that. Unfortunately, I couldn’t rate the swimming pool because it was rainy, but even without that it was great and I’ll definitely visit here again in the future.

The hotel listing is full of inaccuracies and is lies and the cleanliness and service leave much to be desired. will share just a few reasons why this hotel is more like a 3-star property and why Expedia should flag the property's listing until all the inaccuracies are addressed; (1) there is no hotel shuttle, and if you ask the Frons Desk staff about it they look at you like you're crazy and roll their eyes. personally witnessed 2 other guests asking about it. Never existed. Flat out lie. (2) Hotel refused to honour the fact that my booking included breakfast. Even though showed them my confirmation, the app, and even though it said so on their end, they did not want to honour it. Expedia had to get involved to call their management to honour the package. A great way to begin our 2-week stay after a 12 hour flight... A true 5-star hotel would not let this happen, but if a mistake happened, they would have allowed us to check-in and deal with it later rather than making our check-in an hour-long process after a 12 hour flight. Absurd. (3) The hotel is meant to be non-smoking but all the rooms around us were smoking with smoke entering our room. Hotel refused to so anything about it. (4) Hotel rents out the pool every weekend so we couldn't use or enjoy it. Full of drunk, smoking teens. (5) Hotel argued about the price for days and did not want to honour the quoted price that we booked. Do not choose to pay at hotel. This hotel should be 3 stars at best.

Not worth the Money, price per night is very expensive for what you get. This hotel is at least a 15 min taxi ride from the Promenade which make it not really convenient ! This hotel seems to be much more money driven than customers oriented unfortunately. I arrived very early in the morning, and it was absolutely impossible to get an early check-in for free. Gym is super small. The positive things about this hotel is the tiny swimming pool on the rooftop and the little chocolate box that you get in your room. I will definitely not stay again at this hotel.

Had the worst experience ever in this hotel. When i arrived to the hotel (late evening) after having booked a room I was told that i can only have a room thay was not cleaned up. I voiced my shock and the receptionist offered that i call the manager at home. I did and she promised that the receptionist can offer another (clean) room. 20 mins since i got there i got the room. Then in the middle of the night another customer got into my room, waking me up. I assume it was the person who was meant to get this room originally. When i checked out in the morning i complained about the horrible service. I thought that as a customer (who happens to be the at the highest status this hotel chain offers but first an foremost a customer) I will receive some kind of apology. None came. I strongly recommend not going to this place. It is mis-managed in the worst possible way.

Good basic hotel. The breakfast was good and the service was good. AC in the room worked well, but it was definitely not used a lot in common areas. Also, the bar and pool had such limited hours that we never got a chance to use them.

The rooms are a bit small but the service was good. I enjoyed the restaurant but only ate there once. The location was perfect for me. 3 min walk to the office but I could still walk to the beach easily (not everyone will walk that far I understand)

Excellent hotel with great customer service. Check in was quick and easy. Had a nice chat and received all relevant information about the hotel. The room was nice, yet a bit small. Quite OK for 4 nights... We did not make use of the pool as the hours were not workable. Opens at 10am and closes at 6pm. Would have been nice to be able to sit in there later in the evening. But there night be reasons for the opening hours. The breakfast was amazing. Great choice of food and all fresh and delicious. Cooked items available as well. Eggs, Shakshuka and Bagels... All delicious! Overall a very pleasant stay and will visit again.

Great location. Dropped off our laundry around the corner and got breakfast at the best bakery too. Skip breakfast at the hotel and eat at the bakery. Train station is a short walk away. Staff were friendly and the gym was good too. Good mattress.

Please acknowledge Jenic from housekeeping for a fantastic work ethic and approach to their work. Jenic was so efficient kind and professional and cleaned my room at late night and did so splendidly. He also made me smile and laugh as we engaged in a little chat. What a bright and bubbly individual who puts so much effort into such a laborios task. He also serviced my room really quickly and i even learned how to neatly and quickly change bedsheets. Well done Jenic. İ was staying in room 705

Booked this hotel our first night in Tel Aviv for some quick shut eye before leaving early for a multi-day tour. I was pretty disappointed by the service. The check-in person I spoke with, Alexandra was fairly rude after trying to resolve an issue with our booking. Later when we tried to get assistance booking a cab or finding a restaurant that evening for dinner, she was rude and unhelpful. Other staff I could sense were trying to be more helpful, but overall the experience left a poor taste in my mouth. The shower in our room flooded and we were unable to rectify the issue in time to make our tour. Finally, perhaps due to the situation in the city, the other guests were very loud making it challenging to get a bit of rest. This was my first time visiting Israel and do not plan to stay here again. If you are considering booking here, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Probably the best hotel Ive stayed in. Beautifully modern furnished, tastefully designed bathroom, ideal location, well priced, very friendly staff, great coffee in room, everything was just perfect! The breakfast was amazing, the service at restaurant excellent. Ill stay here anytime again and again.

Nice place but staff was not helpful. We came in on the sabbath when most everything closes from 6pm Friday until 6pm Saturday. We asked the front desk attendant where we could get food as we hadn’t eaten all day. He said everything was closed and that we wouldn’t be able to get food until Sunday or order from Wolts (food delivery service). We drove around the city trying to find something to eat and upon returning to the hotel (after finding everything closed or being turned down from places where reservation was required) the city was alive again and the restaurant on the corner (which can be seen from the front door of the hotel) and every restaurant in the city had opened up. We were also not offered water until we asked and when we asked about all other info we were just given a sheet of paper.

My wife and I stayed for the first time at Hotel Indigo Tel Aviv earlier this month. From check in to departure this was among our best hotel stays. Courteous and attentive service, a beautiful, comfortable room, and great location. We already booked several return visits. Highly recommended. An update on May 31, 2022. How does a favorite hotel get even better? By attention to details and constantly improving. It also doesn't hurt to have a rooftop pool overlooking the magnificent Tel Aviv skyline! Needless to say, we have our return visit already booked.

The Indigo hotel in Tel Aviv is located in the business district about a 30-minute drive from the airport, TLV or a 20-minute train ride together with a 10-minute walk. There is limited parking available at 3rd party providers so a car is difficult and expensive, however you are only a short walk from the TLV centre train station and the hotel provide a shuttle to the beach at set times. The hotel is nice and modern with an upmarket Japanese restaurant at the ground floor, a small gym on the 9th floor and a rooftop pool on the 10th floor. The rooms are a good size and has well working aircons and good working spaces. The only real drawback is the location away from downtown and which also means there is limited food options around the hotel.

Rooms were dusty and not cjwsn as per expectation from an IHG property. On two occasions two days wake up wasn't given. When asked, was informed there was a system glitch. How coukd that happen to my room and my colleague's room 102 & 502. Both days our wake up calls weren't given. The AC wasn't cooling at all even at 18 degrees. The ironing board wasn't clean, had dust on it. Tea coffee sachets weren't replenished after my use during my stay. The only good thing about the hotel was the shower and breakfast.

Friendly but very slow at the reception. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Housekeeping forgot to refill coffee. Location is good. 5 days later still holding my deposit

Location, staff, breakfast, and overall amenities were good. The reason for the four stars is both treadmills were conveniently broken during my entire stay and after considerable travel I was asked to wait nearly an hour to check in. Over all good experience, just not great.

On day 5, the housekeeper doesn't leave any towels, and my (yellow & blue) microfiber towels are missing from the closet. I use them to clean phone screen, iPad, etc. I could see if they were white and in a pile with towels. But nope. These where on top of my luggage in the closet. Just Gone. The do not disturb sign means nothing here. Most hotels do not even knock if the sign is on the door. They knock and I let her know I'm on a conference call. Two minutes later. More knocking. It just keeps getting worse.

Nice clean hotel. Had some issues with key card (lock) so i got another room. Reception was bit slow and not flexible to accommodate puting company info on the invoice. Process took over half an hour and there were no other guests checking out. Hotel is 500 meter from train station, so trip to the airport is easy.

Loved my room. It was immaculate, and it was great being able to slip into the plush robe after a shower. Breakfast was excellent, I woke up purposefully just for that. Location was perfect, the cafe at the corner (Dominic) had everything I needed. But most important, the service. Thank you Ella for being the kindest hostess. This weary, jetlagged traveler really appreciated it.
