A large and spacious beit midrash for Torah and prayer, tidy, lighted, air-conditioned, people gathered in it at an intellectual level (which is not true for every beit midrash, and more so in Bnei Brak). Rabbi Natan Yitzchak Isaac Shalita is a pleasant person and rests with people, smiles and comes to meet. It's really fun to come to study or even just to pray. I used to live right next door and I used to pray there regularly - also due to the convenient hours of the menin - but even when I moved away a little, I come whenever I can.
