A week after ordering Gil sent me a CAD design of the set for approval. 19 days later I received notification my rings had been sent via FedEx with the tracking details and my rings arrived to my door in regional Australia only 33 days after ordering. I live in Australia, I am a qualified gemologist and worked as a jewellery valuer and fine jewellery buyer for many years, so it was with much trepidation that I placed an order online with an offshore company for two matching pear shaped diamonds. The experience has been excellent, the sales process was very easy, dealing with Gil was a pleasure, the stones arrived within 10 days of ordering (FedEx advised the GST and clearance costs prior to delivery so delivery was not held up pending payment) the diamonds were accompanied by their GIA certificates and look beautiful. Buying my fiance an engagement ring from Israel Diamonds was probably the best customer service I have experienced in my life! They have such a great variety of certified diamonds at amazing prices. Israel Diamonds was the only place I could find a Trillion cut diamond that was certified, and it was cheaper than comparable diamonds from other online stores. I wasn't sure what setting would work for the diamond I wanted, so I reached out to them through the online chat feature. Gil Paz was the diamond expert who got back to me in order to help. He suggested that I buy a more symmetrical diamond that was even cheaper than the one I was originally looking at. He also sent me pictures of ring settings that they could make so that I could choose which one I liked the best. Gil Paz even video called me in order to show me the diamond before I bought the ring. I ordered the ring later than I should have, but they worked with me to make sure my ring arrived the day before my proposal. It came exceptionally fast, and my proposal was a success! I am very thankful for the quality of service I received from Israel Diamonds. They are very professional and also friendly. They also have fair, wholesale diamond prices. They won't try to rip you off like some retail stores do. I would strongly suggest that you never go to a diamond retailer if you have time to order from Israel Diamonds instead.
