Honesty is what stands at the basis of diamond trading and it's exactly what I found in this shop. After coming in to look for a specific set of ear rings, which were not on display, I was told I'd better look for them elsewhere, as they won't sell me a product I can't see first. I did walk out and after looking in other shops, I found the design I wanted, but it was more expensive and had lower grade stones. Based on this knowledge, I went back to the diamond factory shop and bought the ear rings. Had them shipped to the UK and they arrived promptly with all the design alterations I asked for. This is definitely a shop I'll get back to!
