My Family and I decided to go here cause we saw they did a Sunday Roast lunch/dinner. To dine a minimum of 2 people to get it. Here's a tip if you take a 3rd person you get 50% more food cause they can't half the 3rd person's meal. Cost was $40 per person which included a house beer or wine and if you have an under-age child you are able to get a soft drink or hot chocolate for them. Now for the food. It was so delicious and well presented. The flavours were filled with herbs and spices that accompany the cut of meat. We got to choose between roast pork and lamb shoulder. We got both. It came perfectly cooked and tender. Veggies were honey glazed with cinnamon carrots and baked kipfler potatos with rosemary. A beautiful rich red gravy was also to accompany the meat choices. We also got the baked olives as a starter and you also get invluded the Byron Bay bread with a smoked whip butter which is to die for. We ended up getting another serving cause it was that good. The staff and waiters were really on point and really went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Never once did we have to wait or look for anyone. The ambience of the venue was very high class and peaceful. Great place to take friends and family. They have a spectacular wine cellar which houses penfold wines which date back as far as 1990 and then they have every year right to present. The outside area was a bit cool but it is the middle of winter. In summer you definitely would sit outside. The only thing that is a pain is the parking as there is only on street only and no on-site. Put this one down to checkout if you are looking for something different and want to impress.

From start to finish, what an amazing experience. Very warm welcome as we were shown to our table. Our lovely waitress gave us a run down of the menu. Food was so delicious together with a couple glasses of Cloudy Bay, and topped off at the end of the night with a Mexican Standoff cocktail. Very classy venue, ambience was superb and service was fantastic. We will definitely be coming back and bringing a few friends with us next time. Highly recommend with a big 5 star.

From the moment we stepped into Coast Beach Bar and Kitchen, the warmth of the welcome set the tone for the evening. Even though we arrived a tad early, the friendly hostess greeted us with a radiant smile and promptly ensured we were comfortable with refreshing table water. The interior speaks volumes about the establishment’s essence; it is beautifully crafted, making it an ideal spot for a romantic rendezvous or a cherished evening with loved ones. The well-presented kitchen adds to the ambiance, emphasizing the meticulous attention to every culinary detail. Our choice for the evening was the Sunday roast, and oh, what a delightful choice it was! Before diving into the main course, the Burleigh sourdough graced our table, paired with smoked butter, and it was simply divine. The slow-roasted lamb that followed was nothing short of perfection, complemented by the Kipfler with a hint of duck fat, rosemary, and garlic, as well as the honey-roasted carrots sprinkled with toasted oats. Generous portions ensuring both your heart and stomach are content. Accompanying our meal were two standout mocktails. My marzipan sour was a blend of flavors, while my date's 'rum no fun' lived up to its playful name, both in presentation and taste. Dessert was the proverbial cherry on top. The Strawberry Eton Mess was a beautiful medley of sweetness, and while the top of the Crème Brûlée had a slight char, its creamy interior was delightful. Special mention to our server, a charming young lady with a British accent. Her impeccable service, combined with her engaging demeanor, added to our wonderful experience. In conclusion, Coast Beach Bar and Kitchen is a gem on the Gold Coast. I eagerly anticipate my next visit and would wholeheartedly recommend others to do the same.

This is one of GC premium restaurants. Complimented by sea views, excellent service and exceptional food. Bookings essential. This venue is on the 1st floor off street level. There is wheelchair access, please check with staff. There are options from beer on tap to champagne. Afterwards kick back with a single malt with spectacular views. What ever dish you choose, you will be in for a treat. Please dress accordingly.

IMHO this place doesn’t get the recognition it deserves. It is really the only restaurant in surfers paradise with excellent food that is in a resort. If you are staying in surfers you don’t need to go to Broadbeach for excellent dining. The staff were professional and friendly. The steak’s excellent. The big draw card is the gluten free options. It has plenty and they are delicious. Ok it’s a bit expensive but the food is worth it. Had a Canadian waitress who was absolutely gorgeous and a consummate professional. Our Australian staff could learn a lot from her. Have the truffle Mac n cheese. Probably best you’ll ever eat.

It’s always nice to try out the new restaurant in town. And we were pleasantly surprised how nice this addition to Surfers Paradise is. Just out of the hustle and bustle, the restaurant boasts a great wine menu plus a delicious sharing menu as well, we shared 4 entrees and 3 mains between 5 people and it worked well plus we had special kids meal that they don’t point on te menu! My 12 year old was enamoured with the whole fish platting and the Morton bay bugs were also fabulous topped off with great service from the staff. Worth a stop by when on the GC.

If you are looking for a beach side venue with exceptional service, DELICIOUS and well presented food. A responsive, trustworthy Venue Manager who knows his business and has the best advice like Stevie Dallas I couldn’t this venue more. The rooftop views over looking the beautiful beachside and indoor boujee style atmosphere it has the most beautiful photo backdrops. We were the first people to have our wedding at that venue and we are so honored. All this was organized with 2 weeks notice and 75 people. We had the best time, package deal included Moet and they were quick service with not only drinks package but there was ao much food and we are all BIG eaters. There was so much food left over, unbelievable portion sizes. Including the oysters! I am so happy with EVERYTHING. I have had non stop compliments about Steve and his team for the service they provided. Thank you Stevie Dallas and Team!

I visited this restaurant whilst in area from the UK based on a recommendation. I eat out a lot and have high expectations of restaurants in terms of both the service provided and quality of food. This visit was exceptional on all fronts. The service was provided with front of house by Pete and then the person serving the food was Dani, both provided a first class service that exceeded my expectations. Clean in appearance with a meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of the products was evident with a clear passion for the work conducted. The food was outstanding, there was a clear menu offering a variety of foods, we ordered a rump cap steak and when it arrived it was cooked to perfection. You hear people speak of steaks that melt in the mouth! This steak was exceptional in that it simply melted in the mouth with a fabulous flavour and it was as tender as you could ever expect to get. The whole evening was a total success with a great ambience about the setting. The food was really next level and in line with the service and the wine was again offered with a knowledgable staff and range of wines to meet anyones palette. This was a stand out meal of not just this three week trip to Australia but any meal. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that enjoys fine food and wine who understands quality.

We were greeted in on arrival by very nice and polite staff. Immediately sat down and drinks were served, our waitress was absolutely amazing, explained the menus and also gave her opinions and recommendations when asked. Food was prompt hot and absolutely to die for !!! Full of so much flavour and every bite just melted in your mouth. We ended up with 2 entrees, steak and also managed to squeeze in a dessert and espresso cocktail. This would have to be by far our favourite restaurant on the coast, we will be back over and over again… regardless of the price. The atmosphere was so calming and a real fine dining experience, staff were always within a coohee of the table and always ensured we were happy and our glasses full. A full credit to management and their team for an experience to remember. We were seated near the kitchen so we could actually see our meals being prepared. The chefs took so much care and finesse to ensure our meals were perfectly plated and we’re just presented like something off MasterChef. Great job guys !!!

Booked a table of 10 for Friendmas last Friday night. I had high expectations as the service is received in the lead up to the booking was great. Phone call confirmation as well as request for dietary requirements, for me all excited about receiving excellent service. As it was a group of more than 8 we had to have the banquet menu which was $90pp - not an issue. But honestly, for what we received it’s extremely overpriced. Bread - were provided 3 plates with 4 pieces of bread on each so not even enough for 2 slices each - had to ask for 4 more plates and of course were charged $10 per plate extra 😬 Burrata - massive serving, hence why we needed to ask for more bread. Was nice enough but definitely needed a bit more flavour, the pea mash was quite bland, Prawns - these are by far some of the best prawns I’ve ever eaten. I could have eaten an entire plate to myself easily. Highly recommend!! Chorizo - over cooked and an odd dish on its own?? Flank - far too rare to eat for many of us 😞 Sides - chips and a dry salad The service wasn’t great with multiple mistakes, and we could rarely get the attention of someone when we needed it. It was clearly understaffed, especially in the bar. We requested 2 x espresso martini’s and were given 2 x more burrata’s, offered 10 x fireballs and were given 10 x cello drinks. The venue is absolutely stunning and the outdoor bar has a gorgeous view of the beach. Could have been an off night but at $170 a head was sadly disappointing 😞

Went for drinks and possible feed. Made a booking for outside and was taken to restaurant table - I think they want people to eat there rather than just sit and drink. Outside was too windy so had a small table near the bar and that precluded us from ordering from the restaurant menu, and restricted us to the 'bar snacks menu' which was limited to say the least. This place is new and still has teething issues and the electronic menu didn't have one paper menu options so had to order from the var in the end anyway. Food was good, very overpriced for the portion sizes and being a bar snacks menu. Drink prices pretty good doe thr type of place they want it to be, staff need some polish in clearing tables but generally courteous and helpful when serving. Will try the restaurant one day when it has more time under its belt to get settled.

My husband and I went to the Beach Bar side of this restaurant for lunch which had a sweeping view of the beach and a cool, relaxed vibe. We were surprised when the food came out as had expected standard pub food when ordering the steak and burger options, but they were next level in flavour. My burger was one of the best I’ve had and my husband said his steak was amazing (and he loves his steaks). We look forward to our next visit!

Amazing dining experience!! My husband and I dined here for his 41st birthday dinner and it was just amazing. The service was impeccable, the food was delicious, quite good value too. The main meals are meant to share and quite large for a fine dining restaurant, which ends up being well priced. The wine selection is out of this world. And we also loved the fitout, very stylish. As locals it’s nice to see a place of this calibre in Surfers. Well done!

My wife and I have just spent a week on the Gold Coast. We experienced some of the great culinary delights the region has to offer. Our last night proved to be the best. Coast Bar and Kitchen was simply superb and delivered in every aspect. The service from waiter George and drinks waiter Ethan was outstanding. We had the shared BBQ Chicken with a number of sides. The flavours and quality of the meal were sensational. Can’t wait to come back and try the steak, it looked amazing. Finally the setting and ambience in this restaurant sets it apart. The Gold Coast has a true GEM here.

Finally! We’ve been waiting for this! Beautifully fitted out venue, excellent service and the meals are sensational! An absolute delight for the senses! We went for a 40th birthday, family lunch, the lunch menu catered perfectly for everyone, even the fussy kid! We’ll be back time and time again for sure!

Went there after seeing good reviews, but it’s very average, not worth it for the price and taste (though the interior design was nice). We ordered the prawns, chicken and broccolini. First of all the prawns were over seasoned and dry, the natural fresh, juicy taste that prawns should have is over powered by saltiness. The broccolini was over cooked therefore did not have the nice crisp crunch (although the charred taste was nice). Most importantly part of our chicken was undercooked, when we notified the waiter, he tried to convince us that it is not raw it’s just pink around the bones, well, as people that cook at home, we know what cooked chicken look like. He gave us a ‘discount’ of $16 at checkout, what a joke, my husband insisted we are not paying for the raw chicken that could make us sick. It is only then he said ‘oh ok I just need to check with the kitchen’ we waited for a bit before he came out and cross the chicken off the bill. Definitely won’t be back
