I went to this location on March 15 in the early evening and I had wonderful customer service. Everyone who helped me with my drive-through experience was so friendly and thorough. Then I got home and started to eat and my food was perfect. Usually fast food looks like a sad version of the photos on the menu but as you can see here these were picturesque. Do whatever you can to keep these employees, this was my best Wendy’s experience of my life.

Always a pleasure to go2 this Wendy's Always a friendly,clean atmosphere and very fast service .I was shocked by the time I paid for my order WHICH WAS QUITE LARGE they called my name and handed me my 🔥 HOT FOOD. I took my whole family there for a outing .They kept coming out to make sure the tables were clean and clear there was plenty of condiments ,napkins, straws etc. So far Always very friendly staff and no bickering behind the counter. TEAM WORK MADE THE TEAM WORK I WILL BE BACK AGAIN

I would have given a better review but when you pull up to the drive thru and get a list of roughly a dozen toppings and other items that are unavailable, that's not going to happen. Better stock your restaurant! That was unacceptable!!

This place should close, food never taste fresh, Pop flat. They are always out of Stuff. The young lady at the Drive through is always professional. Why are the fries Day old tasting.?

Good food always never upset like McDonald’s down street does

No lettuce, no tomatoes, no pickles, no ketchup,?????? Wth are y'all open? Employees can't hear the order on the speaker because of all the giggling and non factor conversation. Then some booger bear with bi-focals on was hollering something out the drive thru window. Disrespectful kids work here. And thank God I don't work here. Smh. Close this store. Which is typical at all fast food in Highland Park!!!!!!

The guy at the window smiled and welcomed me. The team was fast and friendly.

What we ordered: 10pc spicy nuggets, no sauces, 5 large fries, a large coke, a large diet coke, a large orange fanta, and a medium vanilla frosty What we got: 8pc spicy nuggets, ghost pepper ranch sauce, 3 large fries, 1 medium fries (all cold/mushy fries by the way), a large diet coke, a large cherry coke, a large grape Fanta, no frosty, NO STRAWS for the drinks This Wendy's is the wild west after like 9pm
