Very tasty vegan rolls 🌱 service is top notch too! One of the best places in town!

Tried out Nori & Rice with the Family. We had a great experience very accommodating staff the food is delicious and very fresh and the Sake options are great. The waitress was very helpful with her know how on the various Sake options and recommendations regarding the food and desert we had. Although a bit more expensive then other sushi or Japanese inspired restaurants the service, details and quality of produce make it worth it. We will be back.

Lunch menu is not very good ,I have not been at night but it's more food for people from here which do not know about Asian food at all !!!

Fresh wasabi is a highlight, but not spicy as expected. Sushi are better than most fast sushi chains, but adapted too much to the local taste (I guess), as most uramaki on the disco plate contain deep fried ingredients. I dont think the snacks we had worth a try. The top one really is like the crunchy seeweed from ah with salmone and avovado cubes. Also got spring roll and gyoza, but those feel like deep frozen products. I would say the chicken stick is the winner, but it is also not impressing. They taste all good but standard. Considering the price, I would expect better ingredients or prepration. Personally, I dont like their Negroni that much. The combination seems interesting, but the del prof bitter was too overpowering, feeling like a waste of plum wine. Environment is nice and cozy. The only drawback is I could hear next table's conversation quite clearly without pay attention.

Went for a celebration and was greeted by knowledgeable attentive hosts, delicious food and had a wonderful time! A really great addition to Hilversum!

Very good sushi & friendly staff

What a find! This little corner sushi house located modestly on a side street in the center is a hidden gem. Firstly, the interior is beautiful. Natural yet sweet, fun, unique and cozy. The service is above standard — kind, cheerful, helpful. (My daughter was so inspired she asked if they were looking for more staff.) And then the food: another level. Not only some of the freshest sushi I have had in *NL* much less Hilversum, but the combinations are unique, creative, original and absolutely delicious. Bonus for being mindful about food waste and putting in all the effort! This is not a standard sushi house, and it is not for a small budget, but I will say you get way more than you pay for and it is worth every cent. An absolute treat.
