Best bubbletea is Hilversum. You should definitely try. Friendly employees, 5 stars for sure! Personally, I recommend the fresh mango and fresh watermelon.

1 star just for customer service. We’ve had the food previous and it was good but you need to work on how you engage customers. The door says open daily at 11:30 which is when I arrived. I stayed outside 15min watching an employee do their best to not make any eye contact with me while they finished their setup before I walked away. Please work on your common courtesy. That’s just as important as the quality of your food if you want to keep your business.

We ordered two bubble teas and two bánh mì here. The bánh mì tasted good, but don't expect authenticity. No pâté, jambon, chả lụa, or other typical meats. The bread was also not toasted, so we we're missing that crusty exterior you would normally get. The flavours were still good, especially the chicken one was well-seasoned. But if you're looking for a traditional bánh mì, this is not the place. If you’re craving an Asian/Vietnamese-style sandwich, you could give this a try. The two bubble teas we ordered were mediocre. I like the fact that they have a wide variety of flavours to offer. The default sweetness is less sweet than you would normally get with bubble tea, but you get the option to change the level of sweetness. I was not impressed with the tapioca balls, they were clumping together and are slightly harder than what I'm used to from other tea shops. Another issue is the price. For 5 euros, I would not have expected such a small cup. Taking into account the mediocre quality, I think I would pass on this shop next time unfortunately and go to Utrecht or Amsterdam instead. The service was great though. The lady working there was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful.

By far the best bubble tea in Hilversum! I became a regular within weeks 😊 Frankie and the rest of his crew are always super nice and happy to chat every time I visit. Have tried the majority of the menu by now mostly the milk teas and cheese foam fruit teas. Everything on the menu is really delicious. my favorites are the brown sugar Flambe, jasmine milk tea, lychee cheese & Mango cheese. Looking forward to trying the ice cream as they look amazing as well! Really glad this shop popped up in my town & can't wait to see it grow in the coming years!

Update: The owner took my feedback seriously and addressed the problem properly. He said the store now changed the machine that’s making the tapioca so hopefully next time when I visit, it’ll be much better (today when I was there the tapioca was sold out but I revisit to try it). This time I ordered their lychee galaxy tea with brown sugar jelly. I think it tasted really refreshing and suitable for warm weather! ————————————- I came here and ordered their matcha latte quite often and was and actually is still a fan of this place, but the quality today was disappointing. I ordered the same matcha latte but got informed it dose not come with tapioca by default anymore. It costs 50 cents extra to have the boba. I know in the very beginning, their matcha latte medium size was only 5 euros (including tapioca), and now it’s 5.75(including tapioca), making it a 15% price rise. That’s fine. BUT, the tapioca tasted hard and not fresh. I can almost say it might be put in the fridge over night because of this texture. If not overnight, they didn’t time it well and let the same batch sit there and getting worse in quality during the day (I’ve been there in late afternoon a couple of time and it wasn’t like this before). On top of that, their machine to make warm drink is broken, making this even a more disappointing experience than what I used to have (I came here very often). I hope you can improve the quality and make sure customers are satisfied with it. 50 cents more for hard and bad quality boba is not acceptable.

I am a first time customer at Frankie's and must say, will definitely order again! The creamy strawberry tea is super delicious and refreshing! I also ordered the watermelon tea with lychee jelly and can't wait to try it later. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the Vietnamese ice coffee was slightly too watery instead of the rich deep flavor that it normally is supposed to have and I tried calling twice to ask a question about the cheese foam and banh mi's (being pregnant so wanted to check exact ingredients), no one picked up. But as mentioned, very happy with the creamy strawberry tea! It was too yummy so forgot to take a picture before I finished it ;).

Best best best in hilversum so far. Very friendly staff, engaging and warm. Amazing ! Many to choose from. And super delicious boba. Even they have an ice cream. Wow. Will be back again and again !
