Service is terrible. Went there to buy dry shampoos and accidentally dropped one. Only the cap was damaged. Women with short blonde hair working at the checkout whispered under her breath “yeah, now it’s broken,”. I proceeded to apologize, because obviously I made a mistake. We made eye contact and I apologized again and she straight up ignored me. Acting as if I sinned. She did help Dutch woman with a nice attitude though, so I suppose she is just racist. In the end I bought three dry shampoos including the one with the damaged cap. Usually I don’t leave bad reviews, but I felt humiliated for such a small thing as a cap. I’d advice not shopping here unless you want to be judged by Karen.

I have enjoyed shopping here for years. Friendly staff. Only yesterday afternoon I went to the cash register and was the third in line. The lady at the cash register was very friendly with the older lady then she very kindly helped the younger girl and when I was near she didn't say hello and she didn't give me a receipt and when I left she didn't say hello either. But the lady after me was helped again in a very friendly manner. Hate towards someone else is like drinking poison and hoping that the other person will die, but it is true that you will harm yourself. I would like to say that I wish that lady all the best and hope that she recovers from hating.

Etos is part of a large drugstore chain of stores all over Netherlands. This particular shop in Hilversum carries the standard assortiment of products typically of all the stores. Well stocked beauty products, toiletries and over the counter medicines. Well laid out.

This Etos is centrally located in the center of Hilversum and in the middle of the shopping street "De Kerkstraat". The store looks small at the entrance, but it widens considerably at the back, making the range also wide. Eyelove was also located here until recently, but has apparently left.

Great store, bought an electric toothbrush, got a big discount. Friendly help at the checkout

Yesterday I went to this Etos branch in the Kerkstraat (because the Etos branch in the Seinstraat does not have a product in its range and had insufficient stock of another product). I received very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable assistance. Next time I will go to this Etos branch again!

Great store with cosmetics and perfumes! You can buy some medicines (antipyretics, local painkillers), the prices are good, there are discounts and promotions!

I am an 11 year old girl and I was recently at the Etos with 2 friends. We went to pay and the cashier was very unfriendly to us and took the wallet right out of our hands. It left me with a very unpleasant feeling..😔 Greetings
