Nice store but the staff plays chicken and you literally need to jump to the side because she won't let you pass first.

Lovely typical HEMA restaurant on the upper floor. Cashier friendly and the food offer is good as well their coffee and tea selections. Fair priced and nice atmosphere

There are always friendly, kind and helpful employees at HEMA. When I'm in the centre , I always visit this place to do some shoppings. I'm always satisfied with choice and service.

Quality department store. All their products are re-branded to Hema. They actually have a big testing facility where they test all their products. Good smoked sausage as well, it is a Dutch classic.

The Hema basically a good place to get household items, bake goods (you can order personalized birthday cakes), food for parties, wine, they have a clothing line including sleepwear, basically an all in one shop. You can also order window coverings here. They have recently updated their look and it is much improved giving a modern image. The prices are relatively low. HEMA is a an acronym for Hollandsche Eenheidsprijzen Maatschappij Amsterdam, "Hollandic Standard Prices Company Amsterdam") is originally a Dutch discount retail chain that started life as a dimestore, owned by the British investment firm Lion Capital LLP since 2007.

Nice place, well-known for its sausages and I personally like their kitchen appliances, cakes and snacks.

She went the extra mile when she couldn't find my freshly printed pictures and then she found then. So good job :)

I had this experience at the dhl point. It was a self service which I never used before so I asked some staff how to use it. She said to ask on the person working at the till there so thats what I did. I asked her how to do it but she did not show me how to do it properly now I think my parcel is screwed because I cannot track the tracking code. Unfriendly! Now I will have to call tomorrow, and Idk what to do with that untraceable parcel.

Never over cake from here again. I made the order, paid then came to pick up 2 days later than the email they sent me. They threw away my cake without telling me anything. No where on the website says anything about not picking up ur cake then it will be thrown away. I called the store, had to call 3 times because they didn’t know how to handle it. Terrible!!! I asked for solutions they just said yeah sorry can’t do anything about it. And that if I want I should pay again!!! What is this??? I bought a product, you can’t deliver to me and now tell me to pay again?? The supervisor or manager even said yeah every where it is like this and that’s its my problem then if I can’t pick up on that day. I don’t know what store is like this that you can just throw customer’s order after taking the money yourself but this is first and last time!!!! Rob from hema.
