Ordered online for delivery for the first time. Maybe we were lucky (considering all the negative reviews), but we had a very good experience. Delivered on time and the pizza was DELICIOUS!!! Update: have ordered 5 times so far, and we are satisfied with every order!

Ordered a pizza there, this is what I got: crust wasn't baked propper, almost a comical lack of any topings (one slice was void of toppings entirely) and it didn't look anything like the pizza promoted on the site. Bacon slices look like snippets compared to the strips shown on the site. Taste was mediocre as can be expected from chain pizzarias. Last time for me.

Do not order from this restaurant. Their average delivery time is said to be 35 minutes but they delivered our order in 90 minutes. We ordered 2 pizzas but one of them was wrong. My son didn't like the pizza and he asked me if it is possible to rate them zero stars. Eventually they have sent another pizza and dessert in place of the wrong one.

It is insane. We ordered dunkin Donuts from them today. We got them ICE frozen and old. Smells weird and being hard, they had ice inside. IT IS RIDICULOUS! HOW DARE YOU SELL STH LIKE THAT!? You dont order donut to eat it rock hard. I won't ever order anything from them.

Nice pizzas, always fresh. Organisation could be improved between kitchen and customer service in the shop. Footpath always blocked from their delivery vehicles in front. Despite some points needing improvement, I enjoy the food and do recommend it.

Update as of 6 sep 2019: The service has improved a lot. No major problems off late except a few late deliveries. A mistake ingredients was timely acknowledged and a free replacement was offered immediatly - Great customer care. Ordered 50 minutes ago and status shows delivered in website!!! But yet to see any delivery person with order in it. Looks like some one wants to make sure that delivery is 'systematically' done within the time limit. Worst service.

Never ever order a pizza there. Maybe pizza is not that bad but you have like 50% chance that pizza won't come or you will get different pizza that you order. Now I'm waiting for a refund for 2 months so client service is very bad. I would don't give a f but why.

Pizza was very dry, bought buffalo & mexican wings, both were still partially raw & frozen... Overall not a please experience!

Couldn’t even try their pizza since they straight up cancelled the order. Would be nice to have some kind of clarification of why, or at least when it is possible to order again, because I had to wait till 4 PM when they open to actually put my order in. Not gonna try again.

Very friendly employees and very good customer service. When I was there, for no reason they decided not to charge me for my pizza even though I showed them my card, in fact they also added a cookie. The sauce was very good and the cookie is one of the best cookies I ever had. the sauce had such a nice texture. I also forgot to tell you how good the crust was. All I'm going to say is ....FIVE STARSSSSSSSSS

Ordered a pizza at 1900 expected to be delivered between 1949-2004. It’s 2030, tried calling the Gijsbrecht van Amstelstraat vestiging and the phone is kept off the hook. Second time in the past year that I have this explerience with this same vestiging! Won’t ever order again!!!!

Ordered at 1834, now it is 2030 and the order has not yet come. And false status saying order is on time between 1919-1934 whereas time is 2027. And the phone has been disconnected. New york pizza service becoming bad.
