This is my favorite kapsalon. So tasty yummy. I am always here for my lunch or dinner. Good price and quality.

The first time I visited I waited in the shop for about 15 minutes without being sure if I was even in the right place to order as I was completely ignored by staff. After such a long time I tried to get the attention of one of the staff to see if they had noticed me, but was told "even wachten" as soon as I had raised my hand. Not the most polite response, but at least it was clear they were aware of my presence, so I continued to wait... For another 15 minutes, after which I simply gave up and left. However I was repeatedly told that is was the best *insert snack bar menu staple* in Hilversum and I had to give them another chance. And upon my second visit I was successful in obtaining a broodje donner, after an equally long wait. The sandwich was cold and shockingly sparce on flavour... What a wait for a letdown.

Very friendly staff, great wraps (falafel, doner, etc.)...! Highly recommended!

Despite not looking like a big deal, this place has excellent food. There are only so many ways you can prepare kebab and this place actually does it very well. It's like a Subway for kebab and other delicious food. Friendly staff too.

I have a bad experience also with with the Turkish worker in this restaurant (the guy who work at kasa). he dear with customers in bad way., refuse to give you what he want.

The audacity of rudeness! Today when I dined it they put my order in wrong and I said it’s okay. The restrooms are paid and filthy. And they would not allow a mother with dietary resitrictions to drink her medical shake. This is just rude and not welcoming.

Very unpleasant people that work here, I didn’t feel welcome at all and everything has an extra charge.

No matter how I try I can never get kapsalon without onions. And somehow they are super paranoid about even a small bottle not bought at their place. They will chase you down even if it's a specific dietary drink for a kid

These 5 stars are for their burger. It is so cheap and sooo good and they are open until very late.

Yummy Turkish pizza & doner kebab. Fries not very great (mayo or curry taste cheap). Other snacks great too.

Realy had a bad experience just now. My husband ordered food for himself here and while waiting for his food the kids was drinking mcdonalds coke.. the waiter just chased us away saying my kids cant drink their mcdonalds there

Best Turkish pizza in the town. Good quality bakery products as well.

They finally have full sized forks!

Their speciality seems to serve you chips that already went in the deep fryer once then got cold and are just put back again in the deep fryer to be served !! You do not see them doing it, you cannat taste the disgusting chips full of oil and soft... 3rd time i come here second time they do it. Also, would be nice of they could simply learn to say "hi/thanks/please/bye"

You will be kicked out if you come in with a little puppy. So I’m not going to this place anymore.

The turkish seller is do not know how to deal politely with customers. I don't this recommend this restaurant for any one.

Worst experience ever! I dont recommend anyone ! I had a disappointing experience at this doner place. The meat was dry and overcooked, lacking any flavor or seasoning. The vegetables in my sandwich were wilted, and the overall presentation was sloppy. Additionally, I visited this doner place and was met with an extremely unfriendly atmosphere. The staff appeared disinterested and unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. They barely acknowledged my presence and seemed irritated when I asked questions about the menu. It's disappointing when a simple meal outing turns into an uncomfortable experience due to unfriendly service. I won't be returning here.

A very bad experience. There were still raw chicken pieces in the meal. The employee did not pay attention to the matter and tactlessly argued that the rest of the meal was not like that!
