Walked in, and the server welcomed us with a big smile on her face. Great italian pizza. Friendly, young and attentive staff. Charming place on a busy street in the city. Big pizza oven is most definitely not for show. The only thing that took away from our experience were the burnt bits of dough in some places. Other than that, great place to sit down and have a delicious pizza.

Overpriced. Pizzas are pretty much all the same, if you add extra toppings it's 2.50 to 3.00 euro a topping so my vegetarian pizza cost me 18 euro. Ridiculous.

Best pizza I've had in my 6 months in the Netherlands, hands down. By far the best in Hilversum. Excellent dough, lovingly baked by an Italian pizzaiolo, delightfully thin with a bubbly burnt crust. Simple yet mouthwatering toppings (in the walk-in menu; there seems to be more on order on the website), all ingredients taste just right. The better is the enemy of the good, they say... It will take a lot to convince me to look elsewhere whenever I crave pizza.

Finally true pizza Napoletana in Hilversum! For those reviewers complaining about the soft crust and some burned spots: that is the essence of Napoli pizza! Fresh dough, with high protein content, baked in an oven with a temperature of at least 750°F/400°C. It makes for a unique pizza. Perhaps there are at most 10 restaurants in the whole of Netherlands that serve real pizza Napoletana, compared to at least 10 restaurants in every little town that serve American pizza or generic Italian pizza. My vote is on pizza Napoletana! As with all pizzas, it should be eaten fresh from the oven. So if at all possible, pick it up yourself instead of hoping Uber eats or Thuisbezorgd will drive straight to your place to deliver it.

Lovely place the pizza there is really delicious and done the right way you can tell they are using top quality ingredients!! Service is good the staff is friendly. We booked in advance but it was fairly empty compared to the one in utrecht. Would definitely go back for the margarita with buratta and the focaccia. We parked 5 mins walk in the mall but i think there is street parking if you are feeling lazy!!

Multiple mistakes in our order, and still mistakes after re-taking and re-entering our order 3 times. Our family ultimately never got the food we ordered or wanted. And the staff seemed very confused / not too interested in making it right. I've had bad experiences here before and decided to give it a final chance, but after this last experience I will not be back.

The worst hospitality which I met. We wait for pizza for 30 minutes, but other people get it earlier ( it was only 2 more tables) The pizza came in horrible condition. All products were on one side. We order pizza which must have salami and ham. We have only 2 pieces of salami. Wow! Service was at a bad level, maybe because I don't speak Dutch and I don't need good service. In the end, we see a receipt, we ask instead of Olives -red onion, and this “nice” place charges for it. ( I don't care to pay, just because it's not the best move) The waiter was unhappy to serve us, we ask for the bill( here only a card) she bring the bill and disappear. So we come to her pay and gone to a normal place to eat.

A really good restaurant for a meeting with friends/family. They have so many good options and the pizza is really really good - with crispy crust and fresh ingredients. Tried their tiramisu and it was also very tasty.

We love the pizza here. The lovely staff and atmosphere are what keeps us coming back.

Really bad delivery. No guarantee that it will be delivered, expected delivery time fluctuated from 36 minutes to over 1:15. Poor excuses when requesting options or clarifications over the phone. No solution offered. Pizza's were probably transported upside down. Total mess. Do not order here!!!

Best pizza we've got this year and definitely best pizza in Hilversum. Dough is thin with the right mix of crispy and chewy. Toppings are fresh and combinations are great.

Really good pizza! Honestly the only good pizza in hilversum. Their online ordering website failed once or twice(I placed the order, but when I arrived to pick it up they were not aware of my order, but made it quickly) but it's otherwise solid

I really wanted to try your pizza. Ordered a custom pesto pizzas .. Pizza cold, underdone, dough either overdone or old. If the dough is like rubber, there is clearly something wrong. Even the rims of the pizza were rubbery and tasted like a soft loaf. The cheese is not of good quality A very unsuccessful dish. But I will order again one day, because I feel that your pizza will not turn out like that
