Not too busy usually. Nice staff, ok pool and snooker tables, ok materials. 2 floors, upstairs it's nice and quiet for some concentrated snooker(fails) haha

Great pool cafe, the tables are new and super smooth. Staff is super friendly, great music, cozy atmosphere. On top of that great beer & snack offers. Keep up the awesome work guys! 🙌

Pool, snooker and darts bar. Has a great choice of drinks, special beers and things to do. They occasionally host events for darts and pool, also have clubs for that. Live sports is always on one of the many televisions hanging around. Would definitely recommend going here with a few friends to play a few games and have a few drinks.

Hippo is a fantastic place in Hilversum where a group of friends can go to enjoy a beer and play some games. I love it because is way less crowded than a normal pub, we can still enjoy a beer together and we can choose to play darts or pool. My most favorite place in Hilversum!

I went tonight to watch the game Barcelona-Real Madrid. I ordered a beer while I was carrying a bottle of mineral water which btw was almost empty. I started watching the game and then I received a phone call. I was drinking my beer and the bottle of water remained untouched. Suddenly ,one of the bartenders approached me and told me to put the bottle of water out of sight of everybody. That made me feel absolutely unwelcome and uncomfortable ,like if I were a kind of sponger. I don´t blame the bartender who is just following houserules and he was very polite all the time. However I truly found his reaction exaggerated since I was firstly ordering and drinking and secondly I did not do anything with the water.
