    Today (Sunday) the service was good and fast, nice and correct people and fairly modern facilities. At the Pharmacy I noticed how much administration there is to dispense medication (just some painkillers), it seemed as if a whole book had been written in the system.

    I needed to get an injection vaccine that was missing at my local pharmacy when I was there in the morning, so I was first at the dienstapotheek. The pharmacy didn't understand what I needed for quite some time, they called and consulted someone else, and all that took about 30 minutes. afterwards we waited for the doctor to administer the injection, that was an additional 40 minutes. The doctor was very nice, professional and quick, so I was out in about 5 minutes after that, pretty satisfied with the service overall

    Schandalig je word niet gezien. Je zegt dat je pijn hebt en dat je het niet houd. Zeggen ze morgen naar huisarts je krijgt gewoon pijnstillers. Zonder dat ze je gezien hebben. Apart ik dacht juist hap is voor pijnlijke klachten die niet kunnen wachten. Zorg is wel duurder maar de zorgverleners zijn zo lui als ik weet niet wat.     During our summer camp in Baarn, a member of our scouting group had received a blow to the eye during a game and was seeing double. Via the self-slow on the ER site we quickly found the telephone number to make an appointment. A number of questions were asked over the telephone and we were able to come straight away. It takes some searching on the hospital grounds because the ER is all the way at the back, but it is well signposted. We had to wait a while at the entrance, but we were helped quickly and efficiently and we were outside again within 0.5 hours, very nice!

    what extremely poor service. The "triagist" on the phone doesn't get any further than reading a file while my daughter is in extreme pain (she walks through the house crying). I'm tired of that tape (voice response system); I have never heard so often that they apologize for "that you have to wait longer than you expect from us". What a bad, trashy organization with annoying employees. I actually want to give 0 stars but that's not possible

    An annoying repeat tape for more than 20 minutes before I got through. A friendly lady was available...an appointment at 2:30 PM. Unfortunately it wasn't my turn until 4 p.m. I was seen and heard excellently by a doctor and went home with advice and medication. It was Sunday and very busy. That's annoying, but the people there are clearly doing their best. I'm glad it exists!

    I am a chronic pain patient and new to the Netherlands from the US. My specialist prescribed a new medication that caused a serious side effect. I fought the worst headache I've ever had for 7 hours before calling them. Crying, pacing, and scared. I started to feel nauseous and quite honestly like I wouldn't wake if I did ever fall asleep. The staff who answered the phone was amazing and very helpful. Friendly and calm. They recommendedI come in. When I got there I didn't wait long at all. The Doctor saw me within half an hour and she was wonderful. She clearly wrote out all I could safely take to calm my fear of the medication I'm on and explained what was happening. She wrote me a prescription for nausea and a mild pain medicine to take on top of my current medication. She was patient, friendly and her bedside manner was very much needed. I was terrified. New to the country, a single mom with no friends and family. This entire place was a God send to me last night. I would have never gotten such amazing treatment, respect and such quick help in the US. The pharmacy was right outside and she was a very nice woman as well. Quick and helpful. I want to thank all who work here as the very few I met say a lot about the level of quality care at this hospital. I got safe back to my kids very quick and am doing much better today thanks to these wonderful people.
