The room was clean and spacious with big windows. It was also affordable and quiet. The man who ran the place was really helpful, he even woke up early in the morning to help me check out and catch an early morning flight.

Great little guest house/home stay at an affordable price. Lift to all floors. Large fridge and a few bowls and cutlery in room. Lots of cupboard space. 2 mini marts close by and some great restaurants. Can easily walk or get a grab to main tourist area's. We stay here as very close to Thai Consulate for a visa. Lovely friendly family.

Owner and his family are very kind and warm. Made me feel safe and at home as a solo woman traveller. Mr Dung accommodated an early check in and dropped me and my luggage to the cab at midnight for a late night flight. The hotel is a bit off the main road so quiet and peaceful. It has a very good central location (probably the best option at this price) and is walking distance from cafes, restaurants, war remnants museum, Shirin spa etc. It is also just 20mins from the airport. The room has good natural light and 2 windows with street views. Easy to open windows for fresh air. Good AC. It is a bit small but 2 tables and wardrobe are helpful. No food/breakfast available but fridge, induction stove, basic utensils and drinking water bottles are provided. Winmart and 24/7 family mart is a 2-5min walk with all the groceries and ready made food options. Basic neat and clean accommodation, good if you are spending most of the time outside.

I loved staying at Mr Dung's hotel. It is in a great location close to all the tourist sites but without the noise and hassle of district one. Lots of great local cafes and restaurants very close by. Very nice neighbourhood, lots of friendly faces. Best of all is Mr Dung, the owner, and his wonderful family.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat because of the value but also it’s location, the family, and the amenities (I really appreciated the kettle and dishes). Thank you again for providing such great service!

I stayed here for 5 nights and was very happy with the place. The place still feels new, spotlessly clean and the hosting family is super helpful and kind. Breakfast in the room was appreciated. Location is convenient to get anywhere and gives an option of tonnes cafes and food places. Family Mart is super close. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Nice hotel, good value for money 👍 strategically located between district 1 and the airport. The owner was very chatty and friendly. Will stay again next time we’re in HCM City.

We stayed at this lovely and quiet hotel from jan 19. 2020 to feb 1. 2020 and now we are back at the hotel for a new 12 day stay.. The young couple goes above and beyond in the effort to service us in the best way possible and we are always met with both helpfulness and genuine kindness. it is a very affordable hotel with fully functioning AC, elevator and the quiet at night is really calming after a frantic day in the noise of HCM city. And luckily it's not in district 1, the taxi fare to the center is only about VND 60000.(USd 2.50) This is our home away from home in. Saigon. Thank you Anh Dung & family.

A lovely place set in a quiet alley. Walkable to most attractions and a great deal. Dung, the owner, was very accommodating and his family is super cute. Clean rooms, good air conditioning, overall an excellent deal for the price. I would certainly stay here again.

Affordable, quiet, and comfortable apartment rental. The host and his family are sweet. He was responsive and helped me when I asked for it. The location is good, close to winmart, family mart, local restaurants, bus stops, and many attractions in Saigon. Having a lift and small kitchenette to cook food was perfect. They also have Animax channel, so watching anime was awesome.

A perfect start in vietnam. Everything was clean and worked very well. The location is very good and some attractions are nearby. Nevertheless it is quite and you can sleep very good :) The host was very helpfull and friendly!

Fantastic little hotel, down a quiet laneway in a nice area. Has a lift. Great value. Nice neighbourhood view from the room.

The hotel is out off the main street so it really quiet at night can't hear the car beeping/horn when sleeping or car/bike drive by

Location but tricky, host is good. Rooms are not that hygienic, combs were kept which is already used by someone.
