I tried to learn how to swim but it was futile. I was scared of the water 🤣🤣 but the food and music made everything better. I'd def go there again.

The economy rooms didn't have the best of smells, bathhouse has faulty taps and water heaters don't work; meanwhile, it's expensive. However, the restaurant's jollof is one of the best in town. In other words, staying there is manageable.

I lodged at hotel last year and this year. Last year's experience was better and the service was great. This year, it was horrible experience. I regretted lodging at the hotel. From the room to the restaurant it was terrible. The staff was not receptive, especially a gentleman that works in the restaurant. Every morning, the food was late and they were not bothered. If you order from the restaurant, you wait for a very long time before you get your food. I will not recommend anyone to lodge at Freedom Hotel!!

The room I slept in was very, very clean. Towels were just super neat. As a Hotel Manager myself, I was looking out for things. And I realized the corridors were very ok, too

No bath towel or bath soap in the room. A call to the reception, followed by a trip to the reception, followed by a promise to supply a towel, followed by more than one hour of waiting and another trip to the reception demanding to talk to the manager. Only then did a receptionist pick a towel from the adjoining room for me. I find this poor level of service quite unacceptable for the amount of money i paid. I will not be lodging in this hotel on my next trip to Ho. I won't recommend this hotel to any friends either.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We had a very comfortable stay. Staff was very friendly and always ready to helpful. The general manager seemed to be very accommodating. He organized a car to drop us off back at the station when we had difficulty.He allowed us check in early with our children which was a plus for us.We will be definitely coming back. I'll be honest, this place is a must stay anytime you visit the HO township. The entrance in itself is captivating, especially the statue at the entrance

It's a serene environment to leave every body can but ,they also run a delivery services swimming pool and other entertainment centers and conference rooms

The service was amazing. The rooms were really clean which we liked. We ordered pizza from the restaurant which delayed but despite that it was really delicious

The service of the kitchen staff is faster than others. The rooms are okay, just that more sockets need to be made available for the guests in the rooms. If not, reception should sell extensions boards or have some for rent. Eitherway, my stay there was cool.

This is my third visit to this hotel. Every visit service is deteriorating. Staff is totally unresponsive and unwilling to solve the problem. Think twice before you check in. Can be considered as the last option.

Very impressed with this place. Accommodation pricing is very affordable with varied options. The staff and ambiance is very professional and organized. They have Wi-Fi, a well stocked bar, swimming pool, conference rooms as well as a shuttle service. Staff were very cordial, timely and helpful.

Close to the main station which was good for my team because we had trainees coming from other places and so was easy to locate. My only reservation was the bath room fittings .Problematic shower and leaking boiler.Aside that very clean rooms 👌 Read about the bathroom issues from another review before I visited and thought these would have been tackled already. Will visit again

Didn't have the opportunity to go inside and see, but am just a passer by person, location is good that's why am able to see and no.

Much better can be done, especially in terms of room service.

One of Volta's finest. Nice rooms, good food, spacious conference rooms, pool and nice staff.

Businesslike set up. They can become even better. Politeness all round.

One of the biggest hotels in the Volta Region of Ghana. Their rooms are clean with almost everything in good condition. My room had an AC, TV, fridge, Water heater, etc. Their food is excellent and their price is affordable. There is also a swimming.

Room not comfortable. TV, shower not in Good condition.AC dripping into the room. Door electronic system very bad. Had to move to the reception for resetting anytime I return from the conference

Very good place with great service. I really enjoyed the place. I think it's a 4 star Hotel.

Security would direct you where to park your car. Receptionist takes you through what your visit is about. The place and workers are hospitable.

Calm location, good food and service. Room was a bit dicey though. A bit of traffic around the location.
