Just like my stars suggest, this place has amazing food, service and atmosphere. If you're in Jaffa, and you're local or new, morning or all nighter, you will find good times, good food, and good company here. Give it a shot, eat something you haven't before, and trust me... you won't regret it. :)

Great food, great outside, terrasse with air despite the hot weather. Fresh and authentic food. Not cheap but worth it.

We started with the Artichoke and Labane appetizer and it was absolutely amazing! We then had the Lamb kebab: very very good. The lamb and chicken: good, the brioche was maybe a little too thick, and the hamburger, that was perfectly cooked and delicious. Great service, beautiful place inside and out. Highly recommended.

Located in the Jaffa flea market, this charming restaurant is the perfect spot for a nice dinner with a whole lot of Middle Eastern specialities. The food is really good and the atmosphere around Raisa is great. Strongly recommended!

Good food in a nice atmosphere. When I was there, there was a DJ playing music. Cauliflower was divine, so the olives and the meat.

The herb salad and ceviche were fantastic! Exactly what we were looking for our brunch. We also love the eggplant dish with the creamy garlicky sauce. The restaurant was kind enough and get us a chocolate mousse on the house. Very nice ambiance and lively atmosphere.

Great Jaffa party on a Saturday restaurant. They even had a live DJ playing 80s hits. The food was wonderful. We did send the kebab back to get cooked thoroughly, but they were very understanding and professional. Excellent host as well. Highly recommend

Really nice food bar. The business lunch deal is great, served on the bar and you can try lots of good food. We enjoyed it a lot.

Great food. The choices aren't the ordinary, but instead all have a touch of ottolenghi :-) We loved the atmosphere with the band playing live music.

Nice place with good atmosphere and typical Jaffa ambience. The food is OK. The service is nice, but sometimes slow. Had Israeli breakfast - good, and Artichoke and Labneh salad - didn't really connected to it - almost no rocket leaves, too much onions and labneh and chips. Good value for your money. Recommended mainly for simple food lovers and getting Jaffa atmosphere.

Walked in for a later dinner with my husband. It was muggy out but the fans helped cool us down from our walk. We orders two small plates (arayes and cauliflower) and the labneh and bagel appetizer. Everything was delicious and very affordable. They also had live music playing outside. Lovely staff as well. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

All-around good restaurant! Great ambiance, friendly bartender (and great cocktails!), good dinner options. The service for seated dinner was slow, which is why I rated four stars - it took us a while to get drinks, even though the restaurant didn’t seem that busy. Regardless, would definitely recommend Raisa and looking forward to returning!

Really tasty bread, dips and lamb pitas and cigars. For the price - amazing quality food. Really friendly and funny front of house staff. Great vibes sitting outside watching the world go by. Good music and not too loud so you can still speak comfortably.

Food was outstanding, services can be improved, maybe a little more training. Bartender was nice but was kinda sweaty. Restroom was very entertaining and the street music was a little too loud. The table was on the street and was a little cramped. Overall was a special night.

100% recommended! The food was very good and arrived quickly after ordering, with a lot of options in the menu. The staff was very friendly and had a good vibe. The location is very nice, and has a cute outside seating area, with live music. Have been there twice in one weekend, really loved it. Definitely will be back!

The homemade bagel bread with dip that they have is incredible! I had the risotto, which was recommended by the waiter and good. It was a bit al dente, which isn’t my preference, but I still enjoyed it. The service was not great. They never brought the water we ordered or came back to check on us at any point. If they had we may have ordered more drinks or dessert, but they didn’t and we ended up having to flag down a waiter for the check.

Good location and vibe. I’ve been there several times, the food is average, most of the dishes aren’t good we had to return or replace sometimes. The staff and the service are great though.

Highly recommend the shakshuka! Staff friendly and attentive ! One of the few places open on a Saturday morning for breakfast too!

Great food, friendly and pretty fast service (which is unusual in Tel Aviv), and cute atmosphere. Had the sea bream fillet which was a good size for the price, everything was perfectly cooked and really enjoyed their twist on the aperol with orange and grapefruit juice.

A wonderful experience! We came to celebrate a birthday. Ordered several meals and all were esthetic and delicious. One came a bit late, and we got it “on the house” without even asking. The atmosphere is great, the stuff professional and friendly. Such a joyful lunch. Highly recommend!

Came in for a breakfast to a nice and cool atmosphere. There are tables inside and out. The good was fresh and tasty. The crocmadam was huge and we didn't finish it, highly recommend 😊

Amazing food! We’ve been there for lunch time, which enabled us to get a lunch deal (1x Starter, 1x small main dish, 1x drink) for 58 Schekel pP. The food was really amazing, with a perfect combination of various flavours and spices. The staff is super friendly!! Overall absolutely recommended + good atmosphere!

Just a little note that there was a complicated menu that could be simplified or easier on the eye. No water was served till we asked with the bill and short of cutlery but service was very pleasant and quick and we enjoyed our experience there as a family. We loved the sashimi and ceviche they were both divine! and the shakshuka was nice it was served with toasted brioche, the chips were very good too but the schnitzel had a weird crust it was fried to a crisp with a thick batter and the chicken was dry.

Patio dining on a narrow little street in Jaffa. Sat under umbrellas and the vibe was definitely cool and the food was fantastic. Only thing I’d say was that the service was a little slow and they weren’t super clear about things on the menu. Other than that, the labneh was to die for and I’d highly recommend getting the Jerusalem bagel to dip into it. Really nice brunch vibe before it gets too busy and hot in the sun. DJ was playing the whole time and it was great

They try but all in all the service is super bad. We got our drinks only after we got the food and manged to finish it. Also, the cocktail we ordered came a bit less full than expected

Booked a table on Thursday at 9pm. Tourists , locals . all around The atmosphere is great. Its a kind of a bar and restaurant , the music is pretty loud inside , but we managed to hear eachother. The food is really good , abit pricy . Service is slow , the beer snack came before the beer and we waited like 10 min to our beers Not much parking around . Overall , good restaurant to hang out. I Recommend to get the sharing plates, really big enough for 4 .

In the rather dense culinary landscape of the flea market area, Raisa truly stands out. Original, tasty and generous dishes, mostly inspired by local flavors. Service is attentive and graceful, and in my opinion Raisa embodies all that's good in Israeli/Tel Aviv Jaffa dining.
