The
desire
to
improve
overall
fitness
and
fitness
brought
me
to
TrainBeter,
where
the
"small-scale"
in
particular
attracted
attention.
The
option
of
the
Personal
Trainer
(PT)
"Try-Out
package"
ultimately
provided
the
final
push.
I
have
now
been
training
for
3
months
under
the
supervision
of
a
PT.
This
is
already
showing
results:
my
overall
fitness
is
increasing,
which
I
notice,
among
other
things,
when
performing
do-it-yourself
work
in
uncomfortable
positions.
It
is
physically
easier
to
maintain.
In
the
first
session
it
was
indicated
that
the
left
knee
and
right
shoulder
had
some
problems.
In
real
1-on-1
sessions
it
quickly
becomes
apparent
that
the
PT's
attention
to
your
movement,
posture
and
execution
of
exercises
and
the
inevitable
corrections
do
justice
to
the
TrainBeter
slogan
"training
is
good,
good
training
is
better."
".
For
me,
the
focus
was
on
core
stability
with
also
exercises
for
overall
fitness/mobility.
Each
session
involves
different
exercises
or
variations
in
the
use
of
equipment
and
loose
materials.
The
PT
sets
out
the
exercise
schedule.
,
counts,
observes,
gives
instructions
and
varies
exercises
to
prevent
monotony
and/or
overload,
in
other
words
I
can
fully
focus
on
the
correct
execution
of
the
exercises.
For
me,
TrainBeter
has
been
a
bull's
eye.
