    I have been coming to TrainBeter with great pleasure and success for 3.5 months now. Back and neck complaints have been a problem for me for years due to a predominantly sedentary job and weakening of various muscle groups, despite the fact that I have been exercising several times a week for quite some time. Since I started at TrainBeter, my complaints have decreased considerably (>85%). An important part of this is the good & personal approach, whereby very close attention is paid to my posture during the exercises. The type of exercises is varied, and of course the weight is adjusted to my physical build. Also Since I started here, in addition to my complaints, which have significantly reduced, I have also noticed that my physical condition has also improved (increased strength & decreased fat percentage). This makes me feel 'more comfortable', both literally and figuratively ;) In my opinion, definitely recommended and I repeat their slogan: “Training is good, good trainer is better” ;)

    Been training in a group at TrainBeter for six months now. The training sessions are very pleasant and diverse, you receive targeted feedback to help you do a little better every week and besides that, the atmosphere is also good, which also makes training a lot of fun!

    If you don't like training in a gym full of people then this is something for you. Bob is very focused on his clients, makes sure you do all the exercises correctly, which is very important. He listens to you and adjusts the training to your peronal needs. It is not a typical gym training, more like a mix of different types of exercies, which I find really great.     I have been training with Smallgroups at Trainbeter for 3 months now. I started because I have a weak lower back, so running often resulted in injuries. What I like so much about training here compared to another gym is that they really look at what I need and what is good for me. Continually managing and improving my posture during training is also very nice for me. There is a very nice and open atmosphere that makes you quickly feel at ease! For example, you don't have the "peer pressure" of a packed gym. In the relatively short time that I have been exercising here, I have already noticed a big difference in my posture and I really suffer less from injuries while running. Absolutely great!

    I trained in various gyms for a long time. I felt like I was pretty fit because I could bench press x number of pounds. At TrainBeter I notice the difference of being 'really fit'. Much more focus is placed on smaller muscle groups that you use more in your everyday (work) life.     Been training at TrainBeter for just over 3 months now and the progress is simply above expectations. I feel much fitter and more powerful while the kilos are also steadily dropping. After a few training sessions it was clear where my strengths and weaknesses lie and the exercises were adjusted accordingly. Care is taken of the load capacity, so you never have the impression that irresponsible risks are being taken. The guidance is therefore very professional and tailored to you personally.     This is my first time working with a personal trainer and I highly recommend it. The atmosphere is relaxed, there is laughter, but there is training! The PT sets out the exercise schedule. , counts, observes, gives instructions and varies exercises to prevent monotony and/or overload, in other words I can fully focus on the correct execution of the exercises. For me, TrainBeter has been a bull's eye.
